Refer to the Medtronic Reusable Instruments Instructions for Use (IFU) prior to reprocessing this instrument. After the
instrument is disassembled, refer to the Medtronic Reusable Instruments IFU.
DISASSEMBLY
1. Press tabs on Screw Guide (A) to compress outer sleeve. See Figure 1.
2. With outer sleeve compressed, slide Screw Guide (A) out of Plate Inserter (B). Sees Figures 2 and 3.

ASSEMBLY
1. Press tabs on Screw Guide (A) to compress outer sleeve. See Figure 4.
2. With outer sleeve compressed, slide Screw Guide (A) into slot of Plate Inserter (B). See Figures 5 and 6.
