1 Sicherheitshinweise
• Bevor Sie das Gerät an Ihre Stromversorgung anschließen, achten Sie darauf,
dass die auf dem Typenschild angegebene Netzspannung mit der Ihres
Stromnetzes übereinstimmt.
• Tauchen Sie das Gerät nicht in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten.
• Sollte dennoch einmal Flüssigkeit in das Gerät gelangen, ziehen Sie sofort den
Netzstecker.
• Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Kabel oder Stecker beschädigt sind,
halten Sie das Kabel von heißen Oberflächen fern.
• Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur mit Wasser und mit dafür geeigneten Badezusätzen, nicht mit anderen Flüssigkeiten.
• Schalten Sie das Gerät nach dem Gebrauch aus und ziehen Sie den Stecker aus

Ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Fußpflege ist ein entspannendes Fußbad.
Die besten Voraussetzungen dafür bietet das MEDISANA Fußsprudelbad WBM.
Es ermöglicht eine Fußmassage mit oder ohne Wasser, eine intensive Reflexzonenmassage und eine Wärmebestrahlung mit Infrarotlicht. Je nach Wunsch
kann bei dem Gerät die Massage- oder Sprudelfunktion alleine oder in Kombination mit der Infrarotbestrahlung gewählt werden. In jedem Fall erzielen Sie mit
den vielfältigen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten eine Wirkung für Körper und Seele,
die von vielen als wohltuend und entspannend empfunden wurde.
Massage
Ausgestattet mit Vibro-Noppen , Luftsprudelleiste , Massage-Jet-Düsen

mit Wasser
Infrarot-Bestrahlung
Die in Position 1 und 3 eingeschaltete Infrarotbestrahlung durchdringt die
Fußsohlen und kann ein angenehmes Wärmegefühl hervorrufen.
Wärmebehandlung
Das MEDISANA Fußsprudelbad WBM erwärmt das Wasser im Gerät auf eine
angenehme Temperatur und sorgt dafür, dass während der Anwendung eine
gleichbleibende Temperatur aufrecht erhalten wird.
Aromatherapie
Für die Zugabe von Aromaölen oder Badezusätzen ist eine Vertiefung im
MEDISANA Fußsprudelbad WBM eingelassen. Die Zusatzstoffe vermischen sich
langsam mit dem Wasser und unterstützen die entspannende Wirkung des Fußbades. Der kräftige und warme Wasserstrahl umspült den gesunden Fuß und
sorgt für Entspannung.
Bevor Sie Wasser in das Gerät einfüllen, stellen Sie sicher, dass keine Verbindung zu einer Stromquelle besteht, d.h. das Netzkabel darf nicht in der
Steckdose stecken! Stecken Sie den Netzstecker erst in die Steckdose, wenn
das Fußsprudelbad mit Wasser befüllt ist und kippsicher auf den Boden steht.
Generell können Sie sich für ein Fußbad mit Massage ungefähr 10 bis 15
Minuten Zeit nehmen und täglich ein- bis zweimal durchführen.Allerdings
sollten Sie darauf achten, dass nach jedem Gebrauch das Gerät vollkommen
abgekühlt ist, bevor es wieder in Betrieb gesetzt wird!

Sie können das Gerät auch für eine Fußmassage ohne Wasser nutzen – stellen
Sie dafür den Drehschalter auf die Position 1 (Vibrationsmassage mit Infrarotbestrahlung) ein.
Das MEDISANA Fußsprudelbad WBM kann mit bis zu 3,3 Litern Wasser gefüllt
werden. Die maximale Einfüllhöhe ist im Fußsprudelbad gekennzeichnet . Je
nach Wunsch können Sie kaltes oder warmes Wasser, mit oder ohne einen
Badezusatz verwenden.
ACHTUNG
Stellen Sie sicher, dass das MEDISANA Fuß-Sprudelbad
kippsicher auf einer feuchtigkeitsunempfindlichen Oberfläche
betrieben wird.
Verwenden Sie keine schäumenden Badezusätze und kein
Badesalz.

Setzen Sie sich bequem vor das Fußsprudelbad und wählen Sie eine der drei
verschiedenen Funktionen am Drehschalter .
Wärmefunktion auswählen
Das MEDISANA Fußsprudelbad WBM verfügt über eine innovative Wärmefunktion. Diese technische Verbesserung ermöglicht es, das Wasser während
einer Anwendung konstant auf gleicher Temperatur zu halten oder zu erwärmen.
Position 1 : Wassertemperatur beibehalten
Wenn Sie den Drehschalter auf 1 gestellt haben, wird die Temperatur des eingefüllten Wassers beibehalten – bzw. nur geringfügig erwärmt.
Position 2 und 3 : Wasser erwärmen
In der Position 2 und 3 wird automatisch eine Wärmefunktion beigeschaltet.
Leitungswasser erreicht nach ungefähr 10 Minuten eine angenehme Temperatur für ein entspannendes Fußbad, die dann während der Anwendung beibehalten wird. Sollte das Wasser in Position 2 und 3 für Ihr Empfinden zu stark
erwärmt werden, stellen Sie auf Position 1 um und warten Sie, bis es auf die
von Ihnen gewünschte Temperatur abgekühlt ist. Wenn Sie kaltes Wasser hinzufügen, um die Temperatur zu senken, achten Sie bitte darauf, dass die maximale Einfüllhöhe nicht überschritten wird.

• Bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gerät ausgeschaltet und der Netzstecker aus der Steckdose gezogen ist. Schütten Sie
dann das Wasser über die dafür vorgesehenen Ablaufkerben aus und
reinigen Sie das abgekühlte Gerät mit einem Tuch.
• Benutzen Sie keine aggressiven Substanzen, wie z.B. Scheuermilch oder
andere Spülmittel, für die Reinigung. Das könnte die Oberfläche angreifen.
• Lagern Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen Platz.

5 Garantie
Bitte wenden Sie sich im Garantiefall an Ihr Fachgeschäft oder direkt an die
Servicestelle. Sollten Sie das Gerät einschicken müssen, geben Sie bitte den
Defekt an und legen eine Kopie der Kaufquittung bei.
Es gelten dabei die folgenden Garantiebedingungen:
1. Auf MEDISANA Produkte wird ab Verkaufsdatum eine Garantie für drei
Jahre gewährt. Das Verkaufsdatum ist im Garantiefall durch die Kaufquittung oder Rechnung nachzuweisen.
2. Mängel infolge von Material- oder Fertigungsfehlern werden innerhalb der
Garantiezeit kostenlos beseitigt.
3. Durch eine Garantieleistung tritt keine Verlängerung der Garantiezeit,
weder für das Gerät noch für ausgewechselte Bauteile, ein.
4. Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind:
a. alle Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Behandlung, z.B. durch Nicht-

Just a few minutes’ attention per day suffice for highly stressed feet to feel good
and cope with the daily chores without pain. One important part of pedicure is a
relaxing footbath.
The MEDISANA WBM foot spray bath offers the best pre-requisites for this. It
makes a powerful foot massage with or without water possible, an intensive
reflex zone massage and infrared light heat radiation too. If required, the device
can be used for the massage or spray function only or it can also be combined
with the infrared radiation. Whatever you select, the varied applications help you
to achieve an effect for body and soul which most people find pleasant and
relaxing.

exchangeable acupressure inserts
enables a foot massage from the sole to the foot instep.

Infraredradiation
In positions 1 and 3, the infrared radiation is activated and penetrates the
soles of your feet, producing a pleasantly warm sensation.
Heattreatment
Das MEDISANA WBM foot spray bath heats the water in the device to a
pleasant temperature and ensures that the temperature remains constant during
use.
Aromatherapy
A depression is embedded in the MEDISANA WBM footbath for the addition of aromatic substances and bath salts.
The added substances mix slowly with the water and intensify the relaxing effect
of the footbath.
Before filling the device with water, make sure that no mains leads are connected, i.e. the electricity lead must not be plugged-in!
When the foot spray bath is securely placed on the floor (ensuring that it
cannot tip over), and has been filled with water, insert the mains plug into the
power supply socket.
Generally speaking you can take about 10 to 15 minutes for a footbath with a
massage, once or twice daily. However you should ensure that the device has
completely cooled off before it is used again!

You can also use the device for a foot massage without water - for this mode
switch the Rotary switch to position 1 (vibrationmassage with infrared

The MEDISANA WBM foot spray bath can be filled with up to 3.3 litres of
water. The maximum filling height is marked in the foot spray bath. You
can use cold or warm water with or without bath additives, just as desired.
CAUTION
Make sure that you use your MEDISANA foot spray bath
on a safe and even surface that is not sensitive to moisture.
Never use any foaming bath additives or bath salts.

Sit down comfortably in front of the foot spray bath and select one of the three
different functions using the Rotary switch .
Heat function selection
The MEDISANA WBM foot spray bath includes an innovative heating
function. This technical improvement makes it possible to keep the water at a
constant temperature during application or to warm it.
Position 1 : Maintain the water temperature
If you have switched the Rotary switch to 1, the temperature of the filled water
will remain – or it will be heated a little.
Position 2 and 3 : Heating water
If set to position 2 or 3, a warming function is turned on automatically.
Tap water reaches a pleasant temperature for a relaxed footbath after ca. 10
minutes and this is kept constant during application.
If the water in position 2 or 3 is heated too hot for you, turn down to position
1 and wait until the water has cooled down to the temperature you desire. If
you add cold water to lower the temperature, please make sure not to exceed
the maximum filling height .

• Before cleaning the device, make sure that it is turned off and the mains plug
is removed from the socket. Pour the water out over the water outlet
notches and clean the device with a cloth when it has cooled off.
• Please do not use any aggressive substances, e.g. scouring chemicals or
other washing-up liquids when cleaning. These could damage the surface.
• Store the device in a dry, cool place.
• Wind-up the electricity lead carefully to avoid it parting.

Please contact your dealer or the service centre in case of a claim under the
warranty. If you have to return the unit, please enclose a copy of your receipt
and state what the defect is.
The following warranty terms apply:
1. The warranty period for MEDISANA products is three years from date of
purchase. In case of a warranty claim, the date of purchase has to be
proven by means of the sales receipt or invoice.
2. Defects in material or workmanship will be removed free of charge within
the warranty period.
3. Repairs under warranty do not extend the warranty period either for the
unit or for the replacement parts.
4. The following is excluded under the warranty:
a. All damage which has arisen due to improper treatment, e.g. non-
observance of the user instructions.
b. All damage which is due to repairs or tampering by the customer or
unauthorised third parties.

1 Consignes de sécurité
• Avant de raccorder l’appareil à l’alimentation électrique, veillez à ce que la
tension indiquée sur la plaque signalétique corresponde à celle de l’alimentation secteur.
• N’immergez pas l’appareil dans l’eau ou d’autres liquides.
• Si des liquides s’infiltrent dans l’appareil, débranchez immédiatement la
fiche secteur.
• N’utilisez pas l’appareil si le cordon ou la fiche sont endommagés, tenez le
câble à l’écart des surfaces chaudes.
• Utilisez l’appareil uniquement avec de l’eau et des sels de bain adaptés,
n’utilisez jamais d’autres liquides.
• Après l’utilisation, éteignez l’appareil et débranchez la fiche secteur de la
prise de courant.
• Ne jamais se tenir debout dans le bac, il n’est pas conçu pour supporter le
poids du corps.
• Placez l’appareil sur une surface plane de manière à éviter tout renversement.
• Toujours manipuler les touches et la fiche secteur avec des mains sèches.
• N’utilisez pas le câble pour tirer ou porter l’appareil.
• Cet appareil n’est pas destiné aux personnes (y compris les enfants) à
capacités physiques, sensorielles ou mentales réduites ou dépourvues d’expérience et/ou de connaissances, sauf si elles sont surveillées par une personne responsable de leur sécurité ou ont été instruites de l’utilisation de
l’appareil.
• Les enfants doivent être surveillés en s’assurant qu’ils ne jouent pas avec
l’appareil.
• L’appareil n’est pas prévu pour une utilisation professionnelle.
• Ne laissez pas l’appareil sans surveillance lorsqu’il est allumé.
• Utilisez uniquement l’appareil conformément aux instructions du mode
d’emploi.
• N’utilisez pas l’appareil en plein-air ou dans des pièces humides.
• Veillez à ne pas obstruer les fentes d’aération de la face inférieure de
l’appareil.
• En cas de défaillances, ne réparez pas l’appareil vous-même. N’utilisez plus
l’appareil. Contactez votre revendeur et confiez uniquement les réparations
à des techniciens agréés.

Si vous avez des questions de santé concernant l’utilisation, veuillez consultez votre médecin.

Si vous souffrez de douleurs ou gonflements inexpliqués dans les jambes ou
les pieds, de même qu’après une lésion musculaire, consultez votre médecin

Interrompez les massages si vous ressentez des douleurs durant l’application
ou si des gonflements apparaissent ensuite.

Il est conseillé aux femmes enceintes de consulter leur médecin avant

que votre peau est enflée, irritée, inflammée, blessée ou que vous avez des
problèmes de circulation, consultez votre médecin avant utilisation.
• Les personnes ayant une perception réduite de la chaleur doivent être particulièrement prudentes lorsqu'elles utilisent cet appareil.

qui, s’il est correctement utilisé et entretenu, contribuera longuement à votre

Afin d’obtenir le résultat souhaité et de profiter longtemps de votre thalassopieds, nous vous recommandons de lire attentivement les instructions
suivantes concernant l’utilisation et l’entretien.
Veuillez vérifier si l'appareil est au complet et ne présente aucun dommage.
En cas de doute, ne faites pas fonctionner l'appareil et renvoyez-le à un point de
service après-vente.

Les emballages sont réutilisables ou peuvent être recyclés afin de récupérer les
matières premières. Respectez les règles de protection de l’environnement
lorsque vous jetez les emballages dont vous n’avez plus besoin. Si vous remarquez lors du déballage un dommage survenu durant le transport, contactez
immédiatement votre revendeur.

Soins des pieds
avec le thalassopieds WBM
Les pieds soignés sont non seulement beaux, mais aussi généralement sains. Il
suffit de quelques minutes d’attention par jour pour soulager des pieds fortement
sollicités et repartir de bon pied et sans douleurs. Un élément essentiel des soins
des pieds est un bain relaxant.
Le thalasso-pieds
Massage vigoureux avec ou sans eau, massage intensif des zones réflexes et
rayonnement chaud avec lumière infrarouge, vous pouvez au choix activer les
fonctions massage et bulles d’air seules ou combinées avec le rayonnement infrarouge. Le bien être physique et mental procuré par les possibilités d’utilisation
variées est ressenti par la plupart des personnes comme agréable et décontractant.
Massage
Équipé de doigts vibrants , barre de bulles d’air , buses d’hydromassage
et semelles de massage par acupressure interchangeables , le thalasso-pieds
MEDISANA WBM
du pied. Le massage améliore la circulation dans les couches de tissus et décongestionne les vaisseaux sanguins et lymphatiques.Les muscles tendus peuvent
être décontractés et les douleurs articulaires soulagées. Le métabolisme des
cellules est stimulé.

3.1
Bain de pieds et
hydromassage
Rayonnement infrarouge
Le rayonnement infrarouge activé en position 1 et 3 traverse la plante des
pieds et peut provoquer une sensation de chaleur agréable.
Chaleur
Le thalasso-pieds
et la maintient constante durant l’utilisation.
Aromathérapie
Le thalasso-pieds
pour les essences aromatiques et les sels de bains.
Ceux-ci se mélangent lentement dans l’eau et renforcement l’effet relaxant du
bain de pieds.
Avant de remplir l’appareil d’eau, vérifiez qu’il soit électriquement coupé du
réseau, c.-à-d. que le cordon secteur ne doit pas être branché dans une prise
de courant! Lorsque le thalasso-pieds est posé au sol de manière stable et
rempli d’eau, insérez la fiche secteur dans la prise de courant.
D’une manière générale, comptez environ 10 à 15 minutes pour un bain de
pieds avec massage, une à deux fois par jour. Il faut cependant veiller à ce que
l’appareil soit entièrement refroidi avant de le rallumer!

Vous pouvez aussi utiliser l’appareil pour un massage des pieds sans eau – il
suffit pour cela d’amener le bouton rotatif sur la position 1 (massage
vibrant avec rayonnement infrarouge).
Le thalasso-pieds MEDISANA WBM peut contenir jusqu’à 3,3 litres d’eau. La
hauteur de remplissage maximale est indiquée dans le bac . Vous pouvez au
choix utiliser de l’eau froide ou chaude, avec ou sans sels de bain.
ATTENTION
Le thalassopieds MEDISANA doit être installé sûrement
sur une surface insensible à l'humidité.
N’utilisez pas de bains moussants ni de sels pour le bain.
