Introduction
Thank you for purchasing a monoblock SANERO M201. To take full advantage of all features of the product, carefully read all instructions and put it onto available place in order to it is accessible for all potential users.
Attention
This manual contains general instructions for use, operation and maintenance of this product. Directions can not cover all the details, so safe and proper use of this product is entirely on user. Safety information is provided as a service to users. All other security measures taken by the user should be under the applicable regulations. It is recommended arranging training about the correct use of this product in specific situation before use.
No part of the manuals delivered with this product may not be reproduced, copied, transmitted, stored in a backup system or translated in any form into another language without prior written permission of Medirol.

Safety Information

Warning
The product may be operated only by trained personnel. Untrained personnel may cause injury.

COMPATIBILITY WITH FASTENING SYSTEM
Integral part of the monoblock SANERO is fastening system ROLFIX, fixing the ambulance cot in ambulance car. MEDIROL Company Ltd. strongly recommended to fasten the monoblock only using fastening system Medirol® ROLFIX F102, which with the monoblock Medirol®SANERO M201 complies with European standard EN 1789 in section 4.5.9. Using products from other manufactures greatly increases the risk of personal injury or risk of harm to the patient or stretcher.

Guarantee Certificate
The producer MEDIROL Ltd. provides a guarantee for each product against defects in materials and workmanship:
With two years guarantee-
• monoblock frame and all its components
• pillow
• mattress
• restraint system
• wheels
This warranty does not cover:
• standard wear
• improper installation
• improper maintenance
• installation of parts or accessories which are not originally intended for this product (or are
not compatible with it)
• damage or failure due to accident, improper use, misuse or negligence
In case of any modification of frame or any parts of the product this warranty expires completely.
Producer proceeds repair in guarantee time by product´s repair or exchange for another.
Producer does not cover the freight charge for defective product or its parts.
Production label and this confirmed guarantee certificate are documents for claiming the guarantee.

Positioning of the rear legs
It is not allowed to brake the trolley during positioning – rear swivel wheels have to find their position themselves.
During positioning the monoblock always uplift to decrease the action of force at the positioning locker.
Handle of monoblock´s carriage during legs positioning, entry and exit from ambulance car always hold from under, as presented at the picture to avoid tripping of the carriage from hands.
During monoblock riding in any case do not manipulate with lever for back legs release. With forward riding might happen unwanted folding of front legs.

Drive into ambulance car
During drive into ambulance car is possible to take advantege to sequent unlock of the locker front and rear legs in two positions of the operating lever.
During drive into ambulance car monoblock must be always in basic transport position.

Drive into ambulance car
During drive into ambulance car and unlocking the locker for positioning monoblock always uplift in order to reduce action of force at locker for positioning.
During drive out from ambulance car is necessary hold lever of the lock off legs locker during unfold rear legs. Especially care about right unfold of front legs which must be safely secured in unfolded position before front carriage wheels ride down from ambulance car´s deck.

Maintenance
Maintenance schedule
The stretcher requires regular maintenance. Build your maintenance schedule and follow it. The table below represents the minimum maintenance intervals.

Revision
MEDIROL recommend doing revision regularly. First revision inspection performs after 2 years and then regularly ones a year.
Cleaning
• wash all parts with warm water
• remove blood stains with brush or solvent
• blow the water with compressed air and wipe with soft cloth
• surface treat with universal agent WD-40 and polish
Disinfection
• common disinfectants based on active and hydrogen peroxide can be used to disinfect
• the producer recommends to perform test on hidden unused place if used disinfectant is
inert to the surface of the surface of the product cover
Warning
Long-term use of disinfectants in excessive concentration without neutralization may change color of
surface, or damage the surface. For cleaning and disinfection of surface do not use the products
containing organic solvents such as acetone, toluene and gasoline.
Oiling
Lubricate all hinged and sliding joints with the universal product WD-40. Disinfectant may cause undesirable degreasing of moving joints. Therefore pay attention to correct lubrication.
