Take the seat from the packing and remove the packaging also of the accessories. Put the seat to a just and firm pad and adjust this as follows:
Unpacking
The back and shoulder belt height is adjusted with the headrest. Please take the L-shaped hexagon key Sw2 from the device (1) and solve the screws (2) at the back. Adjust the head-rest, that between the shoulder belts and the shoulder is as broad as “one finger” distance. Fasten the screws again.
The seat depth can be adapted by solving the wing screws under the seat on the needs. The hollows of the knee should have distance to the seat edge as broad as approx. “two finger”.

Seat depth
In case that the part of the belt going diagonally, doesn't run over the shoulder of the child but above (left picture), a running of the shoulder belt must be appointed. The running of the belt takes care of the correct position of the belt in the shoulder area (right picture). For adjusting the running of the shoulder belt solve the maggot screw with a L-shaped hexagon key 3 mm. Through this the running can be moved into the respective position. (page 4)
Running of the shoulder belt
Be a good example for your children and put on your belt before every journey. Also take care that adults are strapped on. Don't put objects on the back shelf of your vehicle. These objects can lead to heavy injuries of the passengers at a braking action. Safeguard moreover all pieces of baggage and make sure that bars are attached between pillion and load area at station cars. Respect: The plastic parts of the seat can cause burnings if they are exposed to strong solar irradiation for some time. Activate the childproof lock, provided that your car is equipped with that.
In principle, we warn against a re-use since it isn't to start out of complete intactness of the product. Even if a previous accident has to be excluded, the safety facilities of the seat can also by one drop strongly be damaged. The seat hits at a fall from 80 cm (table edge) of height with a speed of approx. 14 km/h.

The car safety seat Timy should as a matter of priority be occurred on the right back seat of the car. Therefore, the Timy car seat is moved to the seat with an adapter and pushed tightly against the back of the vehicle. The back of the child's seat must be at the cushion of the vehicle back.
The sticking joint (1) serves for higher curve stability and should lie in the opening between seat and back of the vehicle. The sticking joint can be adapted with the maggot screws in the angle.
This rigid version offers a stable seatengaging surface and must not be adjusted.
Adapter
Adapter 300 120
The horizontal adjustment of the adapter is made by solving the four maggot screws (2), push the seat to the desired position. The angle adjustment is done by altering the front points, also with the enclosed Lshaped hexagon key.
This additional option to the adapter 300130, offers you a rotating of the seat to the door and therefore greater comfort at strapping on and putting in the child. To do this, please press the lever (3). For this adapter we recommend to put the footrest in the lower attachment since this is fixed.

The light adapter connects the rotating function with the angle adjustment at flat style and low weight. You accomplish the rotating function by pulling the red belt webbing and swiveling the seat. Different click in options are predefined.
The angle adjustment is carried out with a Lshaped hexagon key and if necessary a prolongation lever which are both put in the upper footrest attachment (1). Solve the adjusting screw (2) with that and take the seat to the desired position. Make sure after the adjustment that all screws are tight.
The footrest is put into the (fixed) attachment, adapted in the depth and fastened by means of the socket-head cap screws. The height can be adapted on the lower leg length of the child. If the conditions shouldn't allow it to use this footrest in the car, our service has a smaller one for you.

Installing the Timy to the Vehicle seat
Shoulder belt guide:
At side of backrest, unwind the small grub-screw to position the belt guide correctly for the child.
Swivel ‘D’ Bar:
Position the ‘D’ bar into the
gap between the seat, and tighten the 2 grub screws. This is to help hold the seat from turning when the swivel function is used.
Seat Position:
If the top of the backrest rubs hard against the seat back and restricts the swivel function, this adjustment will allow the seat to slide forward to enable it to function properly.
Use this adjustment to also ensure that the top of the backrest is sitting against the vehicle seat back to increase stability.
