Standard Features

Cabinet - Stainless steel front, door(s) and exterior ends.
All metal, welded construction. All joints and seams
closed and sealed. Enclosed rear with removable
machine compartment panel, Zinc coated steel exterior
bottom and rear with coved, sanitary aluminum interior
(S/S interior available if specified).

Doors - Self-closing with full face S/S exterior and
aluminum inner pan standard, stainless steel optional.
Door insulated with one-shot, polyurethane and one
piece vinyl, self-adjusting magnetic gasket keyed into a
thermal-breaker retainer frame. Gaskets are removable
without tools for cleaning. All door openings have full
perimeter minimum-wattage anti-condensate heaters
behind the S/S facia to retard condensation. One piece
door pull with concealed self-closing hinge mechanism,
safety tops and stay open feature.

Insulation - Entire cabinet and door insulated with
special, extra rigid one-shot, high pressure, foamed-in­place, closed cell polyurethane, average thickness 2".

Interior Shelves - Two heavy-duty, adjustable,
removable epoxy coated shelves are furnished for
each door section.

Condensate Evaporator - Sanitary, removable,
automatic electrical evaporator mounted in machine
compartment for easy access. No plumbing connections
or floor drains required.

Self-Contained Refrigeration - The system is a forced­air, automatic defrost, hermetic design with R-404A
refrigeration, capillary-metering device, and automatic,
thermostat and timer. It is self-contained with air-cooled,

condensing unit and a high-efficiency, space-saver
evaporator with fin coil for extra long life. The defrost
system is time-initiated, with a built-in, auxiliary,
safety, time cut off. This system is capable of
maintaining a cabinet temperature of 0°F average
internal air temperature.

Tops - All freezer models are available with full size
S/S counter tops and matching integral S/S back
splash. All freezer models are available with S/S flat
tops. The sub-topsis available for undercounter and
built-in applications.

All units are performance tested on the production line
prior to shipping.
