Log in — using your Grant number — and check the McAfee download site
http://www.mcafee.com/us/enterprise/downloads/index.html
Check for CD image updates, if a later image is available, download the latest version of the Email and Web Security Appliances software that you have purchased and create an installation CD.
Insert the CD into the CD-ROM drive, and reboot the appliance to start the re-imaging of the appliance.

To confirm your appliance is detecting viruses, either send email messages containing the EICAR test string or with EICAR test files attached, or download an EICAR test file from
http://www.eicar.org, making sure the email or the
downloaded file passes through your appliance.
To confirm your appliance is detecting spam messages, send email messages containing the GTUBE spam test string (available from http://spamassassin.apache.org/gtube/) through your appliance.
View the
Dashboard to confirm test viruses and spam messages
are detected.
