Preparation

1. Switch off the main power switch on the Powerpack (power supply).

2. Disconnect the power cord and communication cable/cables.

3. Remove all 11 plastic plugs (1).

4. Lift the cover out and remove the ground wire from the cover.

5. Remove the cover.

6. Use a small screwdriver to move the securing plate (2) downwards.

7. Remove the gas springs (3) on both sides and lower the accumulator box.

CAUTION: Whitout the gas springs, the accumulating station will fall down to it´s transport position.

8. From the rear, remove the four screws (4) using a 10 mm key.

9. Lift the Model 49 (5) from the stand.

10. Lift the accumulating box (6) from the stand.

11. Cut the tie-wraps (7) and move the ribbon cable from the mounting bracket.

Installing Hardware

1. Install the PCB-mounting bracket (1) on the bracket with two screws (2).

2. Install the reader-amplifier bracket (3) on the PCB-bracket, with two screws and
washers (4) .

3. Install the standoffs, (5) on the PCB-bracket and mount the PCB-board (6) on the
standoffs.
