Phillips Screwdriver

The purpose of this instruction is to inform you of changes made to the switch, making the switch no longer adjustable. The lid switch mechanism is designed to shut off the machine if the lid is lifted no more than 1-7/8" and will allow the machine to start when the lid is less than

1/4" high. The plunger is only used with Atlantis washers.

Note: The new lid switch (identified with a grey button) is now non-adjustable. You cannot adjust by pulling on the lid switch button.

Procedures

1. Disconnect power.

2. Remove console to gain access to lid switch.

3. Lift lid slightly to remove pressure on the lid switch.

4. Remove lid switch and install new.

5. Reverse the afore mentioned steps.

6. Verify proper lid opening per measurements in the first paragraph.

7. If machine continues to not operate properly, please follow information shown on the follow ing page.
