Allgemeine Einbauhinweise
Der Einbau dieses hochwertigen Lautsprechersystems sollte unbedingt von
einem autorisierten Fachhändler durchgeführt werden, um Fehler in der
Positionierung und beim Anschluss zu vermeiden.
Für ein Lautsprechersystem dieser Qualität ist die richtige Platzierung und
Ausrichtung enorm wichtig, da sonst Phasenfehler etc. das Klangbild negativ
beeinflussen können.
Der 165 mm Tief-/Mitteltöner sollte in ein speziell angefertigtes Paneel oder in
einen für das Chassis vorbereiteten Originalplatz eingebaut werden. Es ist wichtig, dass der Lautsprecher absolut ebenmäßig aufliegt (bei Verwindung können
Gußkörbe brechen) und gut abgedichtet ist. Zur Befestigung verwenden Sie den
Montageringsatz und die beiliegenden speziellen Edelstahlschrauben (3,5 x 19
mm), die mit dem mitgelieferten Schraubendreher angezogen werden sollten.
Der Matrix 1.1 sollte auf Höhe des Armaturenbretts montiert werden um eine
hohe und breite Bühnenabbildung zu realisieren. Die Ausrichtung der Chassis ist
sehr wichtig und sollte vor der endgültigen Montage durch intensives
Experimentieren ermittelt werden, da die Akustik in jedem Fahrzeug unterschiedlich ist.
Die Frequenzweichen sollten aufgrund ihrer Größe im Kofferraum eingebaut
werden. Wir empfehlen den Anschluß an einen 4-Kanal Verstärker, da dieser
bessere Moglichkeiten zum "Fine-tuning" hat. Sollte das System mit einer
Stereo-Endstufe betrieben werden, so empfehlen wir Bi-Wiring.
Achtung
Zum Anschließen und Einstellen der Matrix Frequenzweichen müssen die
Plexiglas-Abdeckungen mit beiliegendem Werkzeug entfernt werden.
General installation instructions
The installation of this high-quality loudspeaker system should be done by an
authorized and specialized dealer to avoid mistakes in the positioning and connection.
For a loudspeaker system of this quality the correct placement and adjustment
is absolutely important, otherwise incorrect phases can affect the sound negatively.
The 165 mm (6,5 inch) mid/bass speaker should be mounted in a special made
panel or in the original speaker place prepared for the chassis. It is important to
fix the mid/bass speaker absolutely flat and tight (twisting can cause a break of
the basket).
For fixing use the supportring and the attached special stainless-steel screws
(3,5 x 19 mm) which should be drawn with the included screwdriver.
The tweeter Matrix 1.1 should be mounted on dashboard level to achieve a wide
front staging. Due to different acoustics in every vehicle the correct positioning
of the speaker is very important and should be determined only after intense
experimenting before final mounting.
Due to their size the crossovers should be mounted in the trunk of the car. We
recommend the connection to a 4-channel amplifier, because it provides more
possibilities of fine-tuning. Should the system be used with a 2-channel amplifier we recommend bi-wiring.
Caution
For connections and adjustments of the Matrix crossovers remove the glasslook plexi cover with attached tool.
