Matchbox TREASURE TRACK Instructions Manual

IMPORTANT:
• Readjust dial if needed when moving your search to a new location.
• The truck may not find metal objects correctly in certain environments where there is a high concentration of metal in the sand/soil, such as in desert sand and some topsoils.
• If all steps are followed and truck is continuously flashing red and detection sounds are heard, move to a different search area.
For push around play, fold up antenna loop and press button on truck cab for lights and sounds.
• No metal detection in this mode.
• Larger metal objects can be found at deeper depths.
• Do not leave the truck outdoors in sun or rain.
• Do not carry the truck by the antenna loop as this will cause damage.
• Do not use the antenna loop as a shovel.
• Do not bury the truck in sand.
• Avoid playing on wet surfaces or in water.
• Shake sand off and use a soft cloth to wipe the truck clean.
• Scooper can be rinsed and immersed in water.
• Do not rinse or immerse the truck in water.
• Do not use chemicals to clean the truck.
Pinpointing takes practice and is helpful to locate the buried treasure.
1. When detection occurs, continue sweeping the antenna loop over the target area with a continuous side to side motion to gradually narrow down the search area.
2. Detected metal objects can be located under the truck’s antenna loop or very close to it.
