Overview
MSP-100II is a portable bluetooth printer with bigger paper roll
bucket and larger capacity rechargeable battery.
Functions:
Can print many barcodes ,EAN8,EAN13,CODE39,CODE128,etc and
QR code.
Interface :Bluetooth, micro USB
Driver support: Windows XP/Windows7/Windows8/Windows10
Android 4.0 and above,Ubuntu system.

Operation
1.Loading paper roll
User finger by proper force to pull paper bucket wrench, as below
Then open bucket and put in thermal roll

Keep a little paper outside of bucket and close it.
Notice: a. user need to put thermal coating side downward.
b. user need to keep a little paper out of printer

c. suitable paper roll size : 58* 50 ( paper width* roll diameter)
Power on
press power button 2～3 seconds , printer will turn on power.
Note: user should charge printer over 3 hours.
Power off
When the printer is power on,press the power button 2～3 seconds,the
printer will power off.

Loosen screws on printer back cover to open the battery cell and matc
h battery polar with the printer polar.close the battery cover and tighten th
e screws

Battery charge
When the printer has worked period of time.the Red “CHARGE”
indicator will turn on. (charge time :at least 3 hours)
Self test page
how to print self-test page:
Method A:
Loading paper well
Turn off printer power
Press paper feed button on printer panel firstly,then press the power
button to turn on printer
2～3 seconds later,release paper feed button,then printer will go with
a “self test-page”
Method B
Send command: 1D 28 41 02 00 00 02 , user can get the self-test page.

with OTG cable and micro USB cable as above..

II. Bluetooh app
notice: load paper roll in printer roll bucket, then turn on printer power.
Printer will print out a password &ID ticket ,as below
1. Install demo app in device(smart phone,tablet ,etc) which supports
bluetooth connection. And activate device bluetooth function.
Note: device android OS version should be at least ver 2.1 or above.

2. Click demo app icon and enter into next step,then click “scan
device”button to search the printer’s Name and ID word.

3. When user connect printer with bluetooth device successfully. Demo
app will enter into a new page like below

4.Press “Print data” button, there different printing functions for user
testing.

Notice: user can refer demo app and SDK ( software development kit)
provided by MASUNG sales to develop your own application software.
Matters need attention
Safety matters
1. Do not apply voltage or current to any pins excess of the absolute
maximum ratings.If voltage or current in excess of the absolute
maximum ia applied,excess current will flow through the
device,which may result in heat damage.
2. Do not short-circuit any output pins with the power supply.
3. Do not drop conductive material onto the circuit board.Short
circuiting pins on the board may cuase heat damage due to excess
current or may melt the bonding wire.
4. Be sure to connect the device with the specified cables.
5. Improper connection may cause fire or shock
6. Never disassemble or modify this product.Tampering with this
product may result in injury,or electric shock.
Usage matters
1. User should use standard thermal paper, or it will influence our
printer ,moreover ,it can damage thermal head gradually.
2. The width, inner diameter, outer diameter of paper roll have to meet
standard requirements, or it can make paper sensor unable to work
and paper jam.

3. Never use hard tools to clean the cutter, or it may result in
unrecoverable damage to the cutter.
4. Never pull out the signal cable (USB & serial) or power wire when
the printer is power on.
5. Never touch the printer head or motor driver at once directly after the
printer has been working a long time, or will get scald.
6. There is great frication between the rubber roll and thermal head, so
user cannot press feed button or print anything when there is no paper,
or it can damage thermal sheet. Also cannot print when the platen
open.
7. User should clean thermal head regularly with anhydrous alcohol to
ensure the printer perform better and service life.
8. If the printer works outside, it needs to be cleaned regularly to ensure
the sensors work reliability.
9. When the printer is working, block up the paper mouth is forbidden.
Storage matters
1. Be sure to set this equipment on a firm, stable, horizontal platform.
2. During transport or storage, protect the device by storing it in
conductive sponge, aluminum foil, etc.
3. If the equipment falls, it may break or cause injury.
4. Excess of humidity and dust may destroyed the equipment
。
5. Do not place heavy objects on top of this product. Never stand or lean
on this
product.
6. Equipment may fall or collapse, causing breakage and possible injury.
7. To ensure safety, please unplug this product if it unused for a long
time.
