INSTALLAZIONE CAMBIO DI TENSIONE E ROTAZIONE

CHANGING THE VOLTAGE AND ROTATION

RICEVIMENTO DE L MACCHIN ARIO:

Dopo aver tolto l'imballo, assicurarsi dell'integrità del macchinario; non utilizzare
apparecchi danneggiati dal trasporto! In caso di dubbio rivolgersi al fonitore.

CONTROLLI PRELIMINAR I:

Prima di collegare il motore è importante assicurarsi che i dati contenuti nella targa
(solitamente applicata sullacassetta della centralina elettrica) corrispondano a quelli
della rete di distribuzione elettrica del Vostro esercizio (cfr. pag.09).
La sicurezza elettrica del macchinariooggetto del presente "manuale per I'utilizzatore"
è garantita solo quando lo stessoè accuratamente collegato ad un efficace impianto
di messa a terra (come previsto dalle vigenti norme di sicurezza elettrica).
Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni causati dalla mancanza
di messaa terra dell'impianto elettrico. Per una corretta installazione occorre preve­dere un interruttore omnipolare con distanza di apertura dei contatti di almeno 3
mm.. Se sono presenti dei fusibili, il valore consigliato è di 10 A.
Sul cavo di alimentazione del macchinario andrà installata, da personale professio­nalmente qualificato, una spina compatibile con il tipo di presa esistente sull'impian­to di distribuzione elettrica principale. E' fatto divieto l'utilizzo di adattatori elettrici,
prese multiple e/o prolunghe. Nei modelli con motore trifase non è previsto l'utilizzo
del neutro.

RACCOMANDAZI ONI:

Questa apparecchiatura deve essere destinata solo all'uso per cui è stata espressa­mente concepita, e cioè per l’abbinamento a speciali Utensili per la lavorazione del
cibo. Ogni altro utilizzo, in particolare l’abbinamento con Utensili costruiti da altre
ditte, è da considerarsi improprio e quindi pericoloso. L'apparecchiatura deve esse­re utilizzata solo da personale addestrato all'uso della stessa.

L'in stallazione deve essere effettuata s eguendo le pres enti istruzioni e solo da
personale pro fessionalmente qualificato .

Il Biriduttore può essere appoggiato su un tavolo o fissato sull'apposito carrello
(che è indispensa bile per l'utilizzo degli Utensili Sbattiuova d a 23 o 30 Lt. e degli
Utensili Stacciatrici/Mescolatri ci d a 23 o 50 L t.)
Se viene appoggiato su un tavolo, la superficie deve essere accuratamente pulita
per permettere ai piedini antisdrucciolo di aderire alla stessa.
Il Biriduttore può inoltre ruotare sulla propria base per permettere l'utilizzo dei vari
Utensili in diverse posizioni. Per far ruotare il Biriduttore è sufficiente allentare il
pomello, ruotare il gruppo motore fino al raggiungimento della posizione desiderata
e ribloccare il pomello.

raccomanda di scollegare la spina di alimentazione dello stesso dalla rete di distri­buzione elettrica principale.

l modelli trifase vengono solitamente forniti collegati a 380V (se non diversamente
richiesto). Per modificare la tensione in 220V (sempre trifase), procedere come da
figura, assicurandosi che i fili che portano tensione alla basetta siano collegati allo
"0" ed al morsetto con la tensione desiderata.

IL CAMBIO DI TENSIONE SI PUO’FARE SOLO NEI MODELLI A 1 VELOCITA’

Per invertire il senso di rotazione del motore è sufficiente invertire due dei tre fili
dellapresa di alimentazioneelettrica, lasciandoinvariata laposizione delfilo di massa
(giallo/verde).

required). To change the voltage in to 220V (alw ays three-phase), proceed as showed
her einbefore, making sure that the wires that lead the tension to th e base are
conn ected to "0" and to the terminaI with the desir ed tension.

YOU CAN CHANGE THE VOLTAGE ONLY ON THE 1 SPEED MODEL

To change the s ense of rotation of the motor it is suff icient to invert two of the three
wires of th e lectrical-f eeding plug, leaving unchanged the position o f the grou nd-wire
(yel low/green).

RECEIVEMENT OF TH E E QUIPMENT:

PRELIMINARY CH ECKS:

Befo re connecting t he mo tor it is important to make sure that the data contained in the
motor data-plate (usually applied onto the PCB c ase) corresponds to those of the
main electric net of Your establishment (chk . page 10).
The electric safety of the e quipment subject of the present "user manual" is guaranteed
onl y w hen the sam e is carefully conn ected to an effect ive grou nding-system (as
fore seen in the electric-safety-standards i n force) .
The manufacture r declines each responsability for pro bable demages caused from
the want of th e g roundi ng-connecti on of the elect ric-plant. For a correct insta llation i t
must b e foreseen an omnipolar switch (of wh ich contacts th e openin g distan ce must
be at least 3 mm.). If there is any fus e, the sugg ested value is 10A.
On to th e fe eding w ire of th e eq uip ment it mus t be i nst alled , from pe rso nnel
prof essionally qu alified, a plug compatible with th e socket o f the main electric net of
Your establ ishment. It is forbi dden using electric-a dapter s, multipl e-sockets and/or
exte nsion-socke ts. For the three-phase moto rs it is not for eseen th e neutral.

ADVI CES:

This equipment is destined only to the use for which it has bee n expressl y conceiv ed,
and p reci sely t o l ink sp eci al Uten sils f or the fo od prepara tion . Each ot her us e,
part iculary the linking of Utensil s manufactored f rom o ther firms, has to be considered
improper and then dange rous.
This e quipment must only b e used from personnel trained to use the same.

The ins tallation must be carried out following the present instru ctions and only
from pe rsonne l professional ly qualified.
The Universal-mach ine can be lea ned on a table o r fixed to its pr oper trol ley (tha t i s
compul sor y when u sing t he Pla net ary-Mix er Ute nsils 23 or 30 L t. and t he
Masher&Mixer Utensils 23 or 50 L t.)

If leaned on a t able, clean the surfac e so to all ow the antiskid feet to adhere to the
same.
The Un iversal-Mach ine can rotate on its base to allow using the Utensils in differe nt
posi tions. To rotate the Universal-Machine, s imply unscrew th e turning-base knob and
rota te the moto r-grou p until reaching the desire d positi on; than block the kn ob.

FUNZIONAMENTO BREAKDOWNS AND MALFUNCTIONS

FUNZ IONAMENTO:

Questa apparecchiatura deve essere destinata solo all'uso per cui è stata espressa­mente concepita, e cioè per I'abbinamento a speciali Utensili per la lavorazione del
cibo. Ogni altro utilizzo, in particolare I'abbinamento con Utensili costruiti da altre
ditte, è da considerarsi improprio e quindi pericoloso.
L'apparecchiatura deve essere utilizzata solo da personale addestrato all'uso della
stessa. Collegare la spina di alimentazione della macchina all'impianto di distribu­zione elettrica principale.
Premere il pulsante di avvio "I" (verde) ed assicurarsi che il senso dirotazione sia lo
stesso indicato dalla frecciaadesiva posta vicinoall'innesto degli utensili. In partico­lare, guardandofrontalmente l'innesto abassa velocità (dove è presente il tappo per
il cambio olio del riduttore) l'albero motore dovrà girare insenso antiorario. Nel caso
in cui l'albero motore girasse al contrario: consuItare il capitolo "CAMBIO DI TEN­SIONE E SENSO DI ROTAZIONE" (pag.14).
Per arrestare il motore premere il pulsante di stop "O" (rosso).
Nel caso in cui il motore non dovesse funzionare correttamente, consultare il capito­lo "GUASTI E FUNZIONAMENTO ANORMALE" (Pag.11).
Il Biriduttore è dotato di due innesti con velocità differenti: la presa diretta che gira a
1'400 giri/min. e la presa ridotta che gira a 180 giri/min.
L'innesto in presa diretta è predisposto unicamente per il fissaggio degli Utensili
Grattugia, Macinacaffè e Tritaghiaccio. Tutti gli altri Utensili si montano sull'innesto
in presa ridotta. Il fissaggio degli Utensili all'innesto viene effettuato mediante l'ap­posito volantino filettato che deve essere ruotato manualmente (senza I'ausilio di
utensili, martelli o pestacarne).
Fissare gli Utensili a motore spento ("OFF").
Nei modelli a2 velocità siseleziona la velocità desiderata solo a motore fermo ("OFF")
e per mezzo dell'apposita manopola. Se la velocità selezionata è la 2^, la rotazione
sarà 1'400 giri/min. in presa diretta e 180 giri/min. in presa ridotta. Se invece si
seleziona la 1^ velocità ,la rotazione sui due innesti sarà dimezzata e quindi scende­rà a 700 giri/min. in presa diretta e 90 giri/min. in presa ridotta.
La 1^ velocità viene utilizzata unicamente quando si lavora con l'Utensile Sbattiuova
da 23 o 30 Lt. perchè il prodotto lavorato, amalgamandosi, diventa sempre più com­patto ed ha bisogno di essere lavorato più lentamente. Per tutti gli altri Utensili è
consigliabile lavorare con la 2^ velocità che permette una maggiore produttività.

IF THE MOTOR DOES NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY, IT COULD BE THAT:

1) The fee ding-plug is not wel l-taped into the socket of the mai n electric net.

-Retap the elec tric fee ding-plug properly.

2) The main s witch is "OFF".

-Turn it "ON ".

3) One (or mo re) fuses of the main switch are brok en.

-Check the fuses of the main sw itch.

4) The pre ssing-lever of th e Grater Utensil is lifted up.

-Pull down the lever.

5) In the Utens il in use it has be en intro duced s omething that cause an effort
high er than in the no rmal working condi tions.

-Disconnect the Universal-machine from the mai n electric line and remove the product
that c auses the e ffort.

6) The the rmal-p rotect ion has int ervented in cause of an o verloa d of work.

-Hold on few minutes that the motor gets colder.

WARNIN G: If, a fter having verified the previous points, the malfunction persists,
contact the Customer Servicing Cent er that will be indicated to You from the Supplier
of the eq uipment in Your possession.

WARNING: Nobo dy has the right to disassemble the equipmen t looking for demages;
the penalty is the i mmedia te expir ation of the guaran tee.

To a li enate the equip me nt s ubjec t of the prese nt " us er m an ual”, it i s
recommended to respect t he following advi ces:

* DISCONNECT THE EQUIPMENT FROM THE MAIN ELECTRIC NET.

* CUT THE ELECTRIC-FEEDING W IRE OF THE SAME.

* DO NOT LEAVE S CRAPS IN FORBIDDEN AREAS.

* ENTRUST THE DESTRUCTION TO SPECIALIZED FIRMS, AUTHORIZE D T O
SWALLOW THE MATERIALS/COMPONENTS OF THE EQUIPMENT.

WORKINGGUASTI E MALFUNZIONAMENTI

SE IL MOTORE NON SI AZIONA, LE CAUSE POTREBBERO ESSERE:

1) La spina di alimentazi one non è inserita correttame nte nella presa della rete
di distribuzi one elettrica principale.

-Reinserire la spina correttamente.

2) L'interruttore generale non è ins erito "ON".

-Inserire l'interruttore generale su "ON".

3) Uno o più fusibili dell'interruttore generale sono interrotti.

-Controllare i fusibili dell'interruttore generale.

4) Su l Biriduttore è montato l’Utensile Gra ttugia e la leva premen te non è a b­bass ata, quind i il microinter ruttore di sicurezza non dà il co nsenso per l’avvio.

-Abbassare la leva premente e riprovare.

5) Nell ’Utensile in uso è stato introdotto del materiale che pr ovoca uno sforzo
supe riore all e normali condizi oni di lavorazione .

-Scollegare il Biriduttore dall’alimentazione elettrica, smontare l’ Utensile in uso ed
estrarre manualmente il prodotto che ha causato il blocco.

6) E' intervenuto il termic o salvamo tore a causa di u n sovracc arico di la voro.

-Attendere qualche minuto che il motore si raffreddi.
ATTENZIONE: Se dopo aver verificato i precedenti punti il malfunzionamento persi-

ste, contattare il Centro Assistenza che Vi sarà segnalato dal fornitore del macchi­nario in Vostro possesso.
ATTENZIONE: Nessuna persona non autorizzata deve accedere all'apparecchiatu­ra alla ricerca di guasti, pena la scadenza immediata della garanzia.

Per alienare il macchinario og getto del presente "manuale dell 'utilizzatore", si
raccomanda di r ispett are le seguenti avvertenze:

* SCOLLEGARE ILMACCHINARIO DALL'IMPIANTO DI DISTRIBUZIONEELETTRI­CA PRINCIPALE.

* TAGLIARE ILCAVO DI ALIMENTAZIONE ELETTRICA

WORKING:

This equi pment is on ly destined to the use for whic h it has been express ly conceived,
and pr ecisely to link special Utens ils for the food prep aration. Each other us e,
particularly the linking of Utensils manufactured from other Firms, has to be considered
improper and then dange rous.

Connect the fee ding-plug to the socket of the main electric net.
Pres s th e start push-button "I" (gre en) and ascertain Yourself that the rotation sense
of the motor-shaft is the same as indicated by the adhesive-a rrow placed ne arby the
reduced-side cl utch (Io oking the reduced-si de clutch, the mot or-sh aft must tu rn
coun terclockwise).
If the motor-shaft turns the wron g way, please consult chapter "CHANGlNG THE
VOLTAGE AND THE ROTATION" (Page 14) .
To s top the mot or press the stop push-button "O" (red).
If the motor does not o perate correctly, please consult chapte r "BREAKDOWNS AND
MALFU NCTIONS" (Page 12).
The Do uble-Hub Uni versal-Machine is p rovided with tw o clutc hes with d ifferent
spee ds: the direc t-side clutch that turns at 1'400 rpm. and t he reduced-side clu tch
that turns at 180 rpm.
The direct-side clutch is only predis posed to link the Gr ater Ute nsil, the Coffee -mill
Utensil and the Ice-crusher Utensil. AlI other Utensils have to be linked to the reduced­side clutc h. The fixing o f the Utensils is obtained by mean s of the special lock ing­hand le-wheel that must be tight manually, withou t using any utensi l (hammers, etc.).
Fix th e U tensils only when the motor is off-working.
On the two-spee ds models the rotation speed c an be halved: if the selected speed
is the 2nd, the rotation will be 1'400 rpm on the direct-side c luutch and 180 rp m on
the reduced-side clutch. If the selected speed is the 1st, the rot ation will be 700 rpm
on the direct-s ide clutch and 90 rpm on the reduced-side c lutch.
The 1st speed is onl y us ed w ith the Planet ary-Mixer Utensil 23 or 30 Lt. because th e
prod uct, whi le worke d, gets more compact and it needs to be work ed slowliest. Fo r
alI oth er Utensils it is suggeste d to work with the 2nd spee d that is m ore productive.

Prim a di procedere a qualsiasi op erazio ne di pulizia o manut enzion e, si raccoman­da di scolleg are l a spi na di alimentazione dall'impian to di distribuzione elettrica prin­cipa le.
Per la pu lizia esterna della macchina è suf ficiente utili zzare uno strofin accio in umi­dito c on acqua: m ai usare solventi o prodotti abrasivi.

AT T E NZ IO NE : non lavare il Biri duttore c on getti d'acqua diretti e ad alta pressione.

E’ buona norma sostit uire l ’olio del riduttore di velocità ogni sei mes i di funzion a­ment o. Per ques ta ope razion e è suffic iente svitare il tappo dell’ olio (spalle tta lato
ridu zione) con una chiave da 17mm. ed inclinare la macchin a in avant i per for fuoriu­scire l’ olio esausto; qui ndi, dopo aver posizio nato la macchina in verticale (con il
foro dell’o lio rivolto verso l’alto), int rodurre 200gr. di o lio ISO VG 460 e riavvitare il
tapp o.

L'utilizzo di ricambi non originali può compro mettere seriamente il b uon funziona­ment o dell'apparecchiatura ed è quindi da ritenersi i mpropr io e pericoloso.
Il costru ttore declina qualsiasi responsabilità derivante dall' utilizzo di particolari o
rica mbi non originali.
