Reference 845
Integrated amplifier in class “A”
Parallel single ended
Congratulations on your choice!
The Model Reference 845 that You chose is a integrated amplifier in pure class “A” which enhances the technical evolution of the famous triode 845.
The output transformer we designed and manufactured for this triode allows to reach a range of extension which would be otherwise impossible with the use of standard output transformers which need work with a negative reaction.
The result is a perfect sound stage and a surprising presence
Inside
We built the Reference 845 model with the utmost care, using only selected materials. Our product passed the stricter quality tests with excellent results and is now ready to offer You many years of pleasant listening.
A new amplifier needs to be put on at low volume in order to perform at its best the musicality and high definition of sound.
After a “training” period, You will have to play Your apparatus for at least twenty minutes before the circuits can entirely stabilize and reach the ideal temperature for playing.
We therefore recommend that You follow our simple instructions to get the best results in listening.
Tubes installation
During the transportation the tubes are kept in an appropriate box and then they must be placed in the correct position (see the photo above).
The 845 tube is indicated either by letter A, B, C, D which stand between the pins and are written on the base: that is the right place for the tube to be installed.
BE CAREFUL: there is only one correct position for the tube! So please check the right position of the four pins and do not force the installation in any way: You could seriuosly damage the sockets .
Rear panel
1. Holder containing a plug with incorporated fuse.
2. Speakers connectors: two with black rings and four with red rings (8-4 ohms).
3. Our logo label with the serial number.
4. The bias control input.
5. RCA input connector.

When the inner tensions have reached the correct level, while the red led light grows bright, the Reference 845 is ready to work.
Only after the amplifier be pre-heated for at least twenty minutes, will it reach the ideal temperature so as to get the best results in listening
