FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS
• This deluxe 10L food purifier uses ultrasonic, high-frequency oscillating waves (40kHz/minute) which pass through water, creating millions of tiny bubbles that carry dirt and grime out of thin and stubborn crevices for a more effective clean.
• The cleaner creates electrolysed water, helping to sterilise and disinfect items by killing bacteria and breaking down organic pesticides and other chemicals.
• This cleaner is energy efficient, food-grade and does not require additional cleaning agents, just pure or distilled water.
• Extra-large 10L capacity to clean more items including meat, shellfish and baby bottles.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
• Once all required cleaning is complete, switch off the appliance and disconnect the plug from the outlet. Open the lid and remove the cleaned items before emptying the water basin.
• Rinse basin with water and wipe with a clean dry cloth and ensure no residual water droplets remain inside.
• If any dirt or grime enters the ultrasonic wave generator, use a toothbrush, paintbrush or chopstick to gently dislodge and wash it away. Ensure no deposits remain on the ultrasonic generator to extend your appliance’s lifespan.
• Certain food items may leave scales or other debris in the mesh of the electrolysis module. These can be cleaned manually with a small brush or using the ultrasonic cleaner. Unlock the electrolysis module by turning anticlockwise and take it out of the tank. Rinse module with a small amount of vinegar or lemon juice, or soak in mild lemon water for 10-15 minutes and rinse with clean water, using a brush to clean the mesh.
• If the water pipes are blocked, unplug the drain and clean any debris within the water circulator mesh with a small brush.
• Use a clean cloth soaked in warm water to clean the main body of appliance.
• Store appliance in a cool and dry place after each use. Do not expose to water or direct sunlight.
