WARRANTY
Express Warranty:
Masterbuilt® warrants all of its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under proper assembly,
normal use and recommended care for 1 year from the date of original retail purchase. The Masterbuilt® warranty does
not cover paint finish as it may burn off during normal use. The Masterbuilt® warranty does not cover rust. Masterbuilt® requires proof of purchase for warranty claim, such as a receipt. Upon the expiration of such warranty, all such
liability shall terminate.
Within the stated warranty period, Masterbuilt®, at its discretion, shall replace defective components free of charge,
with the owner being responsible for shipping. Should Masterbuilt® require return of component(s) in question for
inspection, Masterbuilt® will be responsible for shipping charges to return requested item. This warranty excludes
property damage sustained due to misuse, abuse, accident, or damage arising out of transportation.
This express warranty is the sole warranty given by Masterbuilt® and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied including implied warranty, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Masterbuilt® nor the retail
establishment selling this product has authority to make any warranties or to promise any remedies in addition to or
inconsistent with those stated above. Masterbuilt®’s maximum liability, in any event, shall not exceed the purchase
price of the product paid by the original consumer/ purchaser. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages. In such a case, the above limitations or exclusions may not be applicable.
California residents only: Not withstanding this limitation of warranty, the following specific restrictions apply; if service, repair, or replacement of the product is not commercially practical, the retailer selling the product or
Masterbuilt® will refund the purchase price paid for the product, less the amount directly attributable to use by the
original buyer prior to the discovery of the nonconformity. Owner may take the product to the retail establishment
selling this product in order to obtain performance under warranty. This express warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
WHEN DOES THE WARRANTY COVERAGE BEGIN?
Warranty coverage commences on the original date of purchase and covers only the original purchaser. For the warranty to apply, you must register your grill. If a defect in material or workmanship is discovered during the applicable
warranty period under normal use and maintenance, Masterbuilt® will, at our sole option, replace or repair the defective component at no cost to you for the component itself. This warranty does not apply to labor, or any other cost associated with the service, repair or operation of the grill. Masterbuilt® will pay all shipping charges on warranty parts.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by abuse or use of the product for purposes other than that for
which it is designed, damage caused by lack of proper use, assembly, maintenance or installation, damages caused

by accidents or natural disasters, damage caused by unauthorized attachments or modifications, or damage during
transport. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear from use of the product (for example,
scratches, dents, dings and chipping) or changes in the appearance of the grill that do not affect its performance.
Commercial use is not recommended with the use of Masterbuilt products, and this warranty does not apply to commercial use of any kind. This usage for example is for restaurateurs, caterers, butchers, rental companies, food trucks
and other such commercial entities.
This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty, written or oral, express or implied, including but
not limited to the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The duration of any implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is expressly limited to the
duration of the warranty period for the applicable component. *Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
The purchaser’s exclusive remedy for breach of this limited warranty or any implied warranty shall be limited as specified herein to replacement. In no case shall Masterbuilt be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages. *Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
WHAT WILL VOID THE WARRANTY?
Purchasing any Masterbuilt® product through an unauthorized dealer voids the warranty. An unauthorized dealer is
defined as, but not limited to discount clubs, big box stores or any retailer who has not been expressly granted permission by Masterbuilt® to sell Masterbuilt® products.

Esta garantía no se aplica a los daños causados por el abuso o el uso del producto para fines distintos de aquellos
para los que está diseñado, los daños causados por la falta de uso, ensamblaje, mantenimiento o instalación adecuados, los daños causados por accidentes o desastres naturales, los daños causados por accesorios o modificaciones
no autorizadas, o los daños durante el transporte. Esta garantía no cubre los daños derivados del desgaste normal
por el uso del producto (por ejemplo, rayones, abolladuras, golpes y astillado) ni los cambios en el aspecto de la parrilla que no afecten su rendimiento. No se recomienda el uso comercial de los productos Masterbuilt, y esta garantía
no se aplica a uso comercial de ningún tipo. Este uso, por ejemplo, está destinado a dueños de restaurantes, empresas de catering, carnicerías, empresas de alquiler, camiones de comida y otras entidades comerciales de este tipo.

Garantie expresse:
Masterbuilt® garantit que tous ses produits sont exempts de défauts de matériel et de fabrication pendant 1 an à
partir de la date d’achat d’origine s’ils sont assemblés de la manière appropriée, utilisés normalement et entretenus
de la façon recommandée. La garantie de Masterbuilt® ne couvre pas la finition de peinture, car elle peut brûler au
cours d’un usage normal. La garantie de Masterbuilt® ne couvre pas la rouille. Masterbuilt® exige une preuve d’achat
lors de réclamations au titre de la garantie, par exemple un reçu. À l’expiration de la garantie, toute responsabilité et
obligation en découlant cessera.
Durant la période de garantie déclarée, Masterbuilt®, à sa discrétion, remplacera gratuitement tout composant défectueux, le propriétaire étant responsable des frais de transport. Si Masterbuilt® demande que le ou les composants
lui soient retournés pour inspection, Masterbuilt® assumera les frais de transport pour le retour du composant demandé. Cette garantie exclut les dommages matériels dus à un mauvais usage, à un usage abusif ou à un accident,
ainsi que les dommages résultant du transport.
Cette garantie expresse est l’unique garantie offerte par Masterbuilt® et remplace toute autre garantie expresse ou
implicite, y compris toute garantie implicite de qualité marchande ou d’adaptation à un usage particulier. Ni Masterbuilt® ni le détaillant qui vend ce produit ne sont autorisés à fournir des garanties ou à promettre quoi que ce soit
qui dépasse ou qui contredit ce qui est énoncé ci-dessus. La responsabilité maximale de Masterbuilt®, dans tous
les cas, ne peut dépasser le prix d’achat de l’article payé par le premier consommateur ou acheteur. Certains États
et certaines provinces ne permettent pas l’exclusion ou la limitation de dommages accessoires ou consécutifs. Par
conséquent, les exclusions ou limitations indiquées ci-dessus peuvent ne pas vous être applicables.
Résidents de la Californie seulement : Nonobstant les limitations de cette garantie, les restrictions suivantes vous

QUAND COMMENCE LA COUVERTURE DE GARANTIE?
La couverture de garantie commence à la date de l’achat original et couvre seulement le propriétaire d’origine. Pour
que cette garantie s’applique, vous devez enregistrer votre barbecue. Si un défaut de matériel ou de fabrication est
découvert durant la période de garantie applicable dans des conditions normales d’utilisation et d’entretien, Masterbuilt® remplacera ou réparera, à son entière discrétion, le composant défectueux sans vous facturer de frais pour
le composant lui-même. Cette garantie ne s’applique pas la main-d’œuvre ou à tout autre coût associé à l’entretien,
à la réparation ou au fonctionnement du barbecue. Masterbuilt® paiera tous les frais d’expédition des pièces sous
garantie.
EXCLUSIONS DE LA COUVERTURE
Cette garantie ne s’applique pas aux dommages causés par l’abus du produit ou son utilisation à des fins autres que
celles pour lesquelles le barbecue a été conçu, aux dommages causés par une mauvaise utilisation ou installation
ou par un assemblage ou un entretien inadéquats, aux dommages causés par des accidents ou des catastrophes
naturelles, aux dommages causés par des attachements ou des modifications non autorisés, ou aux dommages subis
durant le transport. Cette garantie ne couvre pas les dommages résultant de l’usure normale d’utilisation (par exemple les rayures, les coups, les bosses et l’écaillage) ou les changements dans l’apparence du barbecue qui n’affect-

ent pas sa performance. L’utilisation commerciale n’est pas recommandée avec les produits Masterbuilt, et cette
garantie ne s’applique pas à une utilisation commerciale de quelque nature que ce soit. Cela concerne, par exemple,
les restaurateurs, les traiteurs, les bouchers, les entreprises de location, les camions-restaurants et d’autres entités
commerciales de ce genre.

défini comme étant, notamment, un club d’escompte, un magasin à grande surface et tout autre détaillant n’ayant
pas été expressément autorisé par Masterbuilt® pour vendre ses produits.

Ausdrückliche Garantie:
Masterbuilt® garantiert, dass alle seine Produkte bei ordnungsgemäßer Montage, normalem Gebrauch und empfohlener Pflege für 1 Jahr ab dem ursprünglichen Kaufdatum frei von Material- und Verarbeitungsfehlern sind. Die
Masterbuilt® -Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf die Lackierung, da diese bei normalem Gebrauch abbrennen kann.
Die Masterbuilt® -Garantie deckt keinen Rost ab. Masterbuilt® benötigt für die Inanspruchnahme der Garantie einen
Kaufnachweis, z. B. eine Quittung. Mit dem Ablauf der Garantie erlischt jegliche Haftung.
Innerhalb des angegebenen Garantiezeitraums tauscht Masterbuilt® nach eigenem Ermessen defekte Komponenten
kostenlos aus, wobei der Eigentümer für den Versand verantwortlich ist. Sollte Masterbuilt® die Rücksendung der
beanstandeten Komponente(n) zur Überprüfung verlangen, übernimmt Masterbuilt® die Versandkosten für die Rücksendung des gewünschten Artikels. Diese Garantie schließt Sachschäden aus, die durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch,
Missbrauch, Unfälle oder Transportschäden entstanden sind.
Diese ausdrückliche Garantie ist die einzige von Masterbuilt® gewährte Garantie und tritt an die Stelle aller anderen
ausdrücklichen oder stillschweigenden Garantien, einschließlich der stillschweigenden Garantie, der Marktgängigkeit oder der Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck. Weder Masterbuilt® noch die Einzelhandelseinrichtung, die
dieses Produkt verkauft, ist befugt, irgendwelche Garantien zu geben oder Rechtsmittel zu versprechen, die zu den
oben genannten hinzukommen oder im Widerspruch zu ihnen stehen. Die maximale Haftung von Masterbuilt® übersteigt in keinem Fall den vom ursprünglichen Verbraucher/Käufer gezahlten Kaufpreis des Produkts. In einigen Staaten ist der Ausschluss oder die Beschränkung von zufälligen Schäden oder Folgeschäden nicht zulässig. In einem
solchen Fall sind die oben genannten Einschränkungen oder Ausschlüsse möglicherweise nicht anwendbar.
Nur für Einwohner von Kalifornien: Ungeachtet dieser Garantiebeschränkung gelten die folgenden spezifischen Einschränkungen; wenn eine Wartung, Reparatur oder ein Austausch des Produkts wirtschaftlich nicht sinnvoll ist, wird
der Händler, der das Produkt verkauft, oder
Masterbuilt® den für das Produkt gezahlten Kaufpreis zurückerstatten, abzüglich des Betrages, der direkt auf die
Nutzung durch den ursprünglichen Käufer vor der Feststellung der Nichtkonformität zurückzuführen ist. Um die
Garantieleistung zu erhalten, kann der Eigentümer das Produkt zu dem Einzelhändler bringen, der dieses Produkt
verkauft. Diese ausdrückliche Garantie gewährt Ihnen bestimmte legale Rechte. Es kann sein, dass Sie noch weitere
Rechte haben, die sich von Staat zu Staat unterscheiden.
WANN BEGINNT DIE GARANTIEABDECKUNG?
Die Garantie beginnt mit dem ursprünglichen Kaufdatum und gilt nur für den Erstkäufer. Damit die Garantie gilt,
müssen Sie Ihren Grill registrieren. Wenn während der geltenden Garantiezeit bei normalem Gebrauch und normaler Wartung ein Material- oder Verarbeitungsfehler festgestellt wird, wird Masterbuilt® nach eigenem Ermessen die
defekte Komponente ersetzen oder reparieren, ohne dass Ihnen für die Komponente selbst Kosten entstehen. Diese
Garantie gilt nicht für Arbeitsleistungen oder andere Kosten, die mit der Wartung, Reparatur oder dem Betrieb des
Grills verbunden sind. Masterbuilt® übernimmt alle Versandkosten für Garantieteile.
WAS IST NICHT ABGEDECKT?
Diese Garantie gilt nicht für Schäden, die durch Missbrauch oder eine nicht bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung des
Produkts entstanden sind, für Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Verwendung, Montage, Wartung oder Installation
entstanden sind, für Schäden, die durch Unfälle oder Naturkatastrophen entstanden sind, für Schäden, die durch
nicht autorisierte Anbauten oder Modifikationen entstanden sind, sowie für Schäden während des Transports. Diese
Garantie deckt keine Schäden ab, die auf normalen Verschleiß durch den Gebrauch des Produkts zurückzuführen
sind (z. B. Kratzer, Beulen, Dellen und Absplitterungen) oder Veränderungen im Aussehen des Grills, die seine Leistung nicht beeinträchtigen. Eine kommerzielle Nutzung wird bei der Verwendung von Masterbuilt-Produkten nicht

empfohlen, und diese Garantie gilt nicht für eine kommerzielle Nutzung jeglicher Art. Diese Verwendung gilt z. B. für
Gastronomen, Caterer, Metzgereien, Verleihfirmen, Food Trucks und andere derartige gewerbliche Einrichtungen.
Diese beschränkte Garantie gilt ausschließlich und anstelle jeder anderen Garantie, ob schriftlich oder mündlich,
ausdrücklich oder stillschweigend, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf, die Garantie der Marktgängigkeit oder
der Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck. Die Dauer jeglicher stillschweigenden Gewährleistung, einschließlich
jeglicher stillschweigenden Gewährleistung der Marktgängigkeit oder der Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck, ist
ausdrücklich auf die Dauer der Gewährleistungsfrist für die betreffende Komponente beschränkt. *Einige Staaten
lassen keine Beschränkungen der Dauer einer stillschweigenden Garantie zu, sodass die obige Beschränkung möglicherweise nicht auf Sie zutrifft.
Der ausschließliche Rechtsbehelf des Käufers bei Verletzung dieser eingeschränkten Garantie oder einer stillschweigenden Garantie ist wie hier angegeben auf den Ersatz beschränkt. In keinem Fall ist Masterbuilt für besondere,
zufällige oder Folgeschäden haftbar. *In einigen Staaten ist der Ausschluss oder die Beschränkung von besonderen,
zufälligen oder Folgeschäden nicht zulässig, sodass die obige Beschränkung oder der Ausschluss möglicherweise
nicht für Sie gilt.
WODURCH WIRD DIE GARANTIE UNGÜLTIG?
Wenn Sie ein Masterbuilt®-Produkt über einen nicht autorisierten Händler kaufen, erlischt die Garantie. Als nicht autorisierte Händler gelten unter anderem Discount Clubs, Big Box Stores oder jeder Einzelhändler, der nicht ausdrücklich von Masterbuilt® die Erlaubnis erhalten hat, Masterbuilt®-Produkte zu verkaufen.
