MASTERBUILT Mfg., Inc. warrants all parts of this HITCH-HAUL® Bike Rack
product to be free from defects in material and workmanship within one year from
the date of purchase. Within this period, MASTERBUILT Mfg., Inc. shall correct
any defect by repairing or replacing defective parts of the equipment, or making
available the parts thereof, FOB Columbus, GA.

MASTERBUILT Mfg., Inc. shall not be obligated to repair or replace equipment
which has been repaired by others, abused, altered or misused. We further state
that we shall not be held liable for any losses due to neglectful use on the par t
of the operator. Upon the expiration of such warranty, all liability shall
terminate. No other warranties are expressed or implied.

NOTE: Paint finish will scratch and chip under normal use, and therefore

carries no warranty.

Crescent Wrench or 9/16" Wrench

•Never exceed receiver hitch manufacturer’s tongue weight rating.

• The bike rack is used as a stablizing suppor t only.

• All bikes MUST be tied down with straps and/or secured with a
chain.

• Check all hardware connections (nuts & bolts) before each use.

• The HITCH-HAUL® Bike Rack is designed to carry most bikes or
small motor bikes where the wheels fit inside the cradle arms.

•For added security, use a locking bike chain.

The Bike Rack comes in three sections as shown in Fig.1.
Assemble the three sections to become one unit.

1. Place the flat plate sections of two Bike Rack Runners side by side. One should
overlap the other to form a square hole. (The one of top will be the center section.)

2. Insert one of the carriage bolts from under neath. Secure with one of the locking nuts.

3. Place the third Bike Rack Runner underneath the center section to form a square hole.
Insert one of the carriage bolts from under neath. Secure with one of the locking nuts.

4. Place bike rack into the HITCH-HAUL® platform as shown in Fig. 2. Secure with one
of the carriage bolts by placing the bolt from the top of the bike rack and securing from
underneath the platform with one of the locking nuts. The holes are pre-punched in the
platform.

5. The bike rack may be mounted on either the left or right side of the HITCH-HAUL®.
The Bike Rack Runners MUST slant toward the outside of your vehicle as indicated in
Fig. 3. The tie down strap is included to secure 1, 2, or 3 bikes. See Fig. 4.

Before each use, ensure all bolts are secured tightly.

Tip: The Bike Rack works great as a security device. When bikes are in place and

secured, weave a chain through the bike tires and the bike rack runners and lock
into place. (Chain and lock are not provided with this product.)

HITCH-HAUL® Folding Tow Bar

The Masterbuilt range of Hitch-Haul® products can be

your Hitch-Haul® cargo carr ier attached to your vehicle.

These two accessories, sold separately, round out your
Masterbuilt Hitch-Haul® for those camping, vacation or even
short trips. Your load will be safe and secure during your
journey.
