Gefahren, die beim Anschluss einer Druckluftlei­tung an das Werkzeug auftreten können:

Vor jeder Inbetriebnahme Gerät, Anschluss
und Druckluftschlauch auf Beschädigung über­prüfen.

❏

Druckluft nur bei ausgeschaltetem Gerät an­schließen. Bei Werkzeugwechsel, Wartung und
nach Gebrauch die Druckluftverbindung tren­nen.

❏

Richten Sie die Druckluft niemals auf sich selbst
oder einen anderen Menschen. Umherschla­gende Schläuche können ernste Verletzungen
hervorrufen. Achten Sie stets darauf, dass
Schläuche und Verbindungsstücke nicht lose
oder beschädigt sind.

❏

Schließen sie das Druckluftwerkzeug nicht an,
wenn die Versorgungsleitung kein leicht er­reichbares und einfach bedienbares Ventil be­sitzt.

❏

Montieren Sie keine anderen Schleif- oder
Trennwerkzeuge, bevor Sie nicht beim Herstel­ler oder Lieferanten dieses Druckluftwerkzeuges
die Eignung geprüft haben.

❏

Versuchen Sie nicht, Schleifwerkzeuge aus Ver­bundmaterial zu verwenden, wie z.B. Korund­schleifscheiben. Zwar könnten diese von der
Größe passen, dürfen aber ohne Schutzein­richtungen nicht verwendet werden. Eine Schut­zeinrichtung ist für dieses Werkzeug nicht ver­fügbar.

Passen Sie dieses Druckluftwerkzeug nicht an
eine andere Verwendung an, bevor Sie mit
dem Hersteller oder Lieferanten dieses Druck­luftwerkzeuges die beabsichtigte Verwendung
geprüft haben.

❏

Schließen Sie das Druckluftwerkzeug nicht an
die Luftversorgung an, bevor Sie das Einsatz­werkzeug montieren und der Zusatzgriff sicher
befestigt ist.

Gefahren beim Betrieb:

❏

Montieren Sie niemals andere Schleifwerkzeu­ge anstelle des Schleiftellers. Dieses Gerät be­sitzt dafür keine geeigneten Schutzeinrichtun­gen. Der Einsatz nicht zulässiger Schleifwerk­zeuge kann zu schweren Verletzungen oder
zum Tode führen.

❏

Nur Schleifteller verwenden, die für die Dreh­zahl des Gerätes zugelassen sind. Schleifteller
vor Benutzung auf Risse und Verschleiß unter­suchen. Abmessungen der Schleifscheiben be­achten.

❏

Untersuchen Sie vor jeder Benutzung den
Schleifteller. Bei Rissen oder anderen Schäden
das Gerät nicht benutzen.

❏

Bei Betrieb nicht an den Schleifteller fassen.

❏

Schleifblätter die eingerissen oder abgenutzt
sind nicht weiter verwenden, weil dadurch der
Arbeitsablauf uneffizient ist und mit unnötig ho­her Kraft gearbeitet werden muss.

Gefahren am Arbeitsplatz:

❏

Verwenden Sie eine persönliche Schutzausrüs­tung.

❏

Achten Sie darauf, dass sich keine Kleidung,
Krawatten Haare oder Putzlappen in drehen­den Teilen des Druckluftwerkzeugs verfangen
können. Dies kann sehr gefährlich sein, weil
der Körper zum Werkzeug gezogen wird.

❏

Tritt Wasser am Getriebehals oder anderer
Stellen am Gerät als vorgesehen aus, die Arbeit
unterbrechen und das Gerät von einer autori­sierten Kundendienststelle für Würth-Druckluft­werkzeuge überprüfen lassen

❏

Das Gerät immer mit beiden Händen führen.

Druckluftanschluss

❏

Versorgen Sie das Werkzeug mit sauberer, tro­ckener Luft (max. 6,3 bar). Ein höherer Druck ver­mindert die Lebensdauer des Werkzeugs dras­tisch.

❏

Das Druckluftwerkzeug wurde für einen ölfreien
Betrieb entwickelt, vorrausgesetzt wird hierbei
eine saubere, trockene Luftversorgung. Vor Inbe­triebnahme einige Tropfen Öl in den Lufteinlass
des Druckluftwerkzeuges geben. Verwenden Sie
alternativ in der Luftleitung einen Druckluftöler,
der auf max. zwei Tropfen pro Minute eingestellt
ist.

Zu niedriger Druck mindert die Leistung des
Druckluftwerkzeuges, zu hoher Druck ist nicht zu­lässig.

Wasserhahn oder einem geeigneten Wasserdruck­behälter.

Bei Verwendung eines Wasserdruckbehälters ist
darauf zu achten, dass mit genügend Druck gear­beitet wird (2 bar).

Der max. Wasserdruck darf 6 bar nicht über­schreiten. Bei höherem Wasserdruck Druck­minderer verwenden!

Es wird erwartet, dass der Bediener bei
Anschluss, Verwendung, Wartung sich eine
sichere Arbeitsweise aneignet und die relevanten
gesetzlichen Anforderungen beachtet.

Wartung und Reinigung

❏

Vor allen Arbeiten das Gerät von der Luftversor­gung und vom Wasseranschluss trennen.

❏

Gerät stets sauberhalten, um gut und sicher zu
arbeiten.

❏

Um Rost zu verhindern und Verschleiß zu mini­mieren, das Gerät

nach Gebrauch reinigen.

❏

Täglich Kondensat ablassen an Luftfilter und
Kompressor.

❏

Luftfilter 4 von Zeit zu Zeit reinigen.

❏

Druckluftwerkzeug sauber und trocken lagern.

❏

Reparaturen nur vom Fachmann ausführen las­sen.

Sollte das Gerät trotz sorgfältiger Herstell- und Prüf­verfahren einmal ausfallen, ist die Reparatur von

For Your Safety

Working safely with this machine is
possible only when the operating and
safety information are read com­pletely and the instructions contained
therein are strictly followed.

Wear safety goggles.

Wear protective goggles, ear protec­tion.

Wear protective gloves.

Dangers that can happen when a compressed air
line is mounted to the tool:

❏

Each time before putting into operation, check
the machine, connection and compressed air
hose for damage.

❏

Only mount the compressed air when the tool is
switched off. Cut the compressed air connection
when changing the tool, during maintenance
and after use.

❏

Never direct the compressed air towards
yourself or other people. Whipping hoses can
cause serious injuries. Always make sure that
hoses and connecting pieces are not loose or
damaged.

❏

Do not install the tool unless an easily accessible
and easily operable on/off valve is incorpora­ted in the air supply.

❏

Do not fit any other abrasive or cutting device
before checking the suitability for use with this
tool with the manufacturer or the manufactu­rer's authorised supplier.

❏

Do not attempt to use any bonded abrasive de­vices, i.e. grinding wheels, as those which
could be fitted because of their size, cannot be
used without a suitable guard. A guard is not
available for this tool.

❏

Do not modify this tool for other use before che­cking the intended alternative use with the ma­nufacturer or manufacturer's authorised sup­plier.

❏

Make sure that the tool does not connect to the
air supply before fit an abrasive disc to the tool
and the dead handle is tightened sesurely.

Dangers during operation:

❏

Never mount other grinding tools at the place of
the grinding disc. This tool does not have the
appropriate protections to this effect. The use of
not admissible grinding tools can cause serious
injuries or death.

❏

Only use grinding discs that are admitted for
the speed of this tool. Observe the dimensions
of the grinding discs.

❏

Check the grinding disc prior to every use. Do
not use the tool if it has cracks or is otherwise
damaged.

❏

Do not touch the grinding disc during operati­on.

❏

Do not continue to use abrasive discs that are
clogged or worn as this will make the sanding
process inefficient and the need to apply unne­cessarily high forces to the tool.

Dangers at the working zone:

❏

Use personal safety equipment.

❏ Take care against entanglement of moving

parts of the tool with clothing, ties, hair, clea­ning rags etc. This will cause the body to be
drawn towards the tool and can be very dange­rous.

❏ When water comes out at the gear collar or at

other locations of the machine than intended
for, stop working with the machine and have it
checked by an authorized customer service
agent for Würth compressed-air power tools.

❏ Always guide the machine with both hands.

Intended Use

This machine is intended for wet sanding.
For damage caused by usage other then intended,

the user is responsible.

Compressed-air connection

❏ Provide the tool with clean, dry air. A higher pres-

sure (max. 6.3 bar) reduces the lifetime of the tool
considerably.

❏ The compressed-air tool has been designed to be

used without oil, assuming a clean, dry air supp­ly. Prior to use, add some drops of oil into the air
admission of the compressed-air tool. As an alter­native, use a compressed-air lubricator in the air
conduction which is set at two drops per minute
max.

❏ Pressure that is too low reduces the performance

of the pneumatic tool; pressure that is too high is
not allowed.

Water Connection

❏ Connect the water hose 12 to the machine. Con-

nect the water hose to a water cock or a suitable
water pressure-tank.

When using a water pressure-tank, pay attention
that the water pressure is sufficient while working
(2 bar).

The max. water pressure may not exceed
6 bar. When the water pressure is higher, use
a pressure reducer!

For Your Safety

Provide for good lighting. Keep your working
zone tidy. Protect the hose from bends, contrac­tions, heat and sharp edges. Ensure a secure
stand.

❏ Repetitive work movements, unfavourable posi-

tions and vibrations can damage your hands
and arms. Interrupt your work if you feel
numbness or pain in your arms/hands, if you
feel tingly or if your skin turns pale. Consult a
doctor if the problems continue to persist.

❏ Never lay a tool down unless the working at-

tachment has stopped moving.

❏ This compressed-air tool may not be operated

in rooms with danger of explosion.

❏ This compressed-air tool is not insulated

against the contact with electric sources.

❏ Keep tools and accessories that are not used at

a dry place which is not accessible for children.

❏ Use only original Würth parts and accesso-

ries.

Changing the grinding disc

Keep the spanner flat 14 at the motor spindle with a
flat spanner and unscrew the grinding disc.

Screw new grinding disc and hold it with flat spanner.

Initial Operation

Switching On and Off/Speed regulation

For starting operation, open the compressed-air
valve 11 and adjust the speed as required by setting
the air intake.

The required flow can be set with the water valve 10.

Operating Instructions

❏ If there is an unusual noise or if the performance

is too low, immediately switch off the tool. Check
the compressed-air tool and the compressed-air
system.

❏ Do not overcharge the tool. Work with the indica-

ted nominal pressure.

❏ Do not carry the machine by the compressed-air

hose or the water hose.

❏ It is expected that users will adopt safe working

practices and observe all relevant legal require­ment when installing, using or maintaining the
tool.

Maintenance and Cleaning

❏ Prior to all works, separate the tool from the air

supply.

❏ Always keep the tool clean in order to ensure pro-

per and safe work.

❏ In order to prevent rust and minimise wear and

tear, clean the compressed-air tool 1 after use.

❏ Drain condensation at the air filter 4 and the

compressor 8 daily.

❏ Clean the air filter 4 from time to time.
❏ Ensure that the pressurised air is clean and dry.
❏ Allow repairs to be performed only by a qualified

repairman.

If the machine should fail despite the care taken in
manufacturing and testing, repair should be carried
out by a Würth Master-Service agent.

For all correspondence and spare parts orders, al­ways include the article number on the type plate of
the machine.

Disposal

The machine, accessories and packaging should be
sorted for environmentally-friendly recycling.

Warranty

For this Würth tool, we provide a warranty in accor­dance with statutory/country-specific regulations
from the date of purchase (proof of purchase by in­voice or delivery note). Damage that has occurred
will be corrected by replacement or repair.

Damage caused by normal wear, overloading or
improper handling is excluded from the warranty.

Claims can only be accepted if the power tool is sent
undisassembled and with the sanding plate to a Würth
branch office, your Würth sales representative or a
customer service agent for Würth compressed-air and
power tools.

Noise/Vibration Information

Typically, the A-weighted noise levels of the tool are:

Pericoli che possono verificarsi collegando un tubo
dell’aria compressa all’utensile:

❏ Evitare di piegare o di restringere il tubo e proteg-

gerlo da calore oppure da spigoli taglienti.

❏ Collegare l’aria compressa esclusivamente con

apparecchio spento. Durante la sostituzione di ac­cessori, la manutenzione e dopo l’uso staccare il
collegamento all’aria compressa.

❏ Non rivolgere mai l’aria compressa verso se stessi

oppure verso un’altra persona. Tubi flessibili sciolti
che sbattono possono causare lesioni serie. Presta­re sempre la massima attenzione affinché tubi fles­sibili e raccordi non siano sciolti oppure danneg­giati.

❏ Non collegare l’utensile pneumatico se il tubo

d’alimentazione non è dotato di una valvola facil­mente raggiungibile e con comando semplice.

❏ Non montare alcun altro utensile di levigatura o di

smerigliatura prima di averne controllato l’idonei­tà presso il produttore oppure i fornitori del pre­sente utensile pneumatico.

❏ Non utilizzare accessori per levigatura in materia-

le composito, come ad esempio mole al corindo­ne. Le stesse potrebbero avere la dimensione adat­ta ma non possono essere utilizzate senza dispo­sitivi di protezione. Per questo utensile non è di­sponibile alcun dispositivo di protezione.

❏ Non adattare l’utensile pneumatico ad un impiego

differente di quello previsto prima di aver verifica­to, insieme al produttore oppure ai fornitori di
questo utensile.

❏ Non collegare l’utensile pneumatico all’alimenta-

zione dell’aria prima di aver montato l’accessorio
e di aver fissato in modo sicuro l’impugnatura sup­plementare.

Pericoli durante il funzionamento:

❏ Non montare mai altri utensili per la levigatura al

posto del platorello. Questo apparecchio non è
dotato allo scopo di alcun dispositivo di protezio­ne adatto. L’impiego di utensili abrasivi non am­messi può causare gravi lesioni oppure la morte.

❏ Utilizzare esclusivamente platorelli che sono am-

messi per il numero di giri dell’apparecchio. Os­servare le dimensioni delle mole abrasive.

❏ Prima di ogni impiego controllare il platorello. In

caso di incrinature oppure di altri danneggiamenti
non utilizzare l’apparecchio.

❏ Durante il funzionamento non toccare il platorello.
❏ Fogli abrasivi strappati oppure consumati non de-

vono essere utilizzati ulteriormente in quanto, a

Pericoli alla postazione di lavoro:

Collegamento dell’aria

❏ Alimentare l’utensile con aria pulita ed asciutta

(max. 6,3 bar). Una pressione elevata riduce
drasticamente la vita dell’utensile.

❏ L’utensile pneumatico è stato realizzato per un

funzionamento senza olio, presupponendo
un’alimentazione di aria pulita e secca. Prima
della messa in funzione mettere alcune gocce
d’olio nell’ammissione dell’aria dell’utensile
pneumatico. In alternativa utilizzare nel tubo
dell’aria un oliatore per aria compressa regolato
al massimo su due gocce al minuto.

❏ Una pressione troppo bassa diminuisce la poten-

za dell’utensile pneumatico. Una pressione trop­po alta è interdetta.

Collegamento dell’acqua

❏ Collegare il tubo flessibile dell’acqua 12 all’uten-

sile. Allacciare il tubo flessibile dell’acqua ad un
rubinetto per l’acqua oppure ad un serbatoio a
pressione per acqua.

In caso di impiego di un serbatoio a pressione per
acqua è necessario prestare attenzione affinché si
lavori con pressione sufficiente (2 bar).

La pressione max. dell’acqua non deve supe­rare i 6 bar. In caso di pressione superiore,
utilizzare un riduttore di pressione!

Sostituzione del platorello

Tenere ferma la superficie per chiave 14 sul mandri­no del motore con una chiave fissa e svitare il plato­rello.

Avvitare un nuovo platorello e tenere fermo con
chiave fissa.

Messa in funzione

Accensione/Spegnimento/
Regolazione del numero di giri

Per la messa in funzione aprire la valvola pneuma­tica 11 e regolare, tramite l’alimentazione dell’aria,
il numero di giri.

Con la valvola dell’acqua 10 è possibile regolare la
portata desiderata.

Istruzioni per il lavoro

❏ In caso di rumorosità al di fuori del comune op-

pure in caso di potenza troppo scarsa spegnere
immediatamente. Controllare l’utensile pneumati­co ed il sistema dell’aria compressa.

❏ Non sovraccaricare l’apparecchio. Lavorare con

la pressione nominale indicata.

❏ Non trasportare l’utensile tramite il tubo flessibile

dell’aria oppure dell’acqua.

❏ È necessario che l’operatore acquisisca un modo

di lavorare sicuro per quanto riguarda il collega­mento, l’impiego e la manutenzione e che osservi
le sostanziali richieste delle normative.

Cura e manutenzione

❏ Prima di tutti i lavori staccare l’apparecchio

dall’alimentazione dell’aria.

❏ Per lavorare bene ed in modo sicuro tenere sem-

pre pulito l’apparecchio.

❏ Per evitare ruggine e minimizzare l’usura dopo

l’uso pulire l’utensile pneumatico 1.

❏ Scaricare giornalmente la condensa al filtro

dell’aria ed al compressore.

❏ Pulire regolarmente il filtro dell’aria 4.
❏ Conservare l’utensile pneumatico pulito ed in luo-

go asciutto.

❏ Eventuali riparazioni possono essere eseguite sol-

tanto da personale specializzato.

Se nonostante gli accurati procedimenti di produ­zione e di controllo la macchina dovesse guastarsi,
la riparazione va fatta effettuare da un punto di as­sistenza Würth master-Service autorizzato.

Per ogni tipo di richiesta o di ordinazione di pezzi
di ricambio, è indispensabile comunicare sempre il

Smaltimento

❏ Ne brancher l’air comprimé sur l’appareil que si

comprimé avant de changer l’outil, avant les tra­vaux d’entretien et après l’utilisation.

❏ Ne dirigez jamais l’air comprimé vers vous-même

ou vers une autre personne. Les tuyaux bougeant
librement peuvent provoquer de graves blessures.
Veillez toujours à ce que les tuyaux et les raccords
ne soient pas détachés ou endommagés.

❏ Ne pas raccorder l’appareil pneumatique, si la

conduite d’alimentation ne dispose pas d’une sou­pape facilement accessible et facile à manipuler.

❏ Ne montez pas d’autres outils de ponçage ou de

tronçonnage, avant de contrôler auprès du fabri­cant ou du fournisseur de cet appareil pneumati­que que ces outils conviennent à l’appareil.

❏ N’essayez pas d’utiliser des outils de ponçage en

❏ Ne raccorder pas l’appareil pneumatique à l’ali-

mentation en air avant de monter l’outil de travail
et avant d’avoir fixé la poignée supplémentaire.

Dangers lors de la mise en service :

❏ Ne montez jamais d’autres outils de ponçage à la

place du plateau de ponçage. Cet appareil ne dis­pose pas de dispositifs de protection appropriés à
cet effet. Le fait d’utiliser des outils de ponçage non
admissibles peut entraîner de graves blessures ou
la mort.

❏ N’utiliser que des plateaux de ponçage agréés

pour la vitesse de rotation de l’appareil. Tenir
compte des dimensions des meules.

❏ Vérifiez les plateaux de ponçage avant chaque

utilisation. Dans le cas de fissures ou d’autres
dommages, ne pas utiliser l’appareil.

❏ Lors de l’opération, ne pas toucher le plateau de

ponçage.

❏ Ne plus utiliser les feuilles abrasives déchirées ou

usées, car ceci rendrait l’opération de travail inef­ficace, et il faudra travailler inutilement avec une
force plus élevée.

Dangers à l’endroit de travail:

❏ Portez des équipements de protection personnels.
❏ Veillez à ce que les vêtements, les cravates, les

cheveux ou chiffons ne puissent pas être happés
dans les parties de l’appareil pneumatique en ro­tation. Ceci peut être très dangereux, parce que
votre corps serait entraîné vers l’outil.

❏ Au cas où de l’eau s’écoulerait du collet de

l’engrenage ou d’un autre endroit de l’appareil
autrement que prévu, interrompre immédiatement
le travail et faire contrôler l’appareil par un service
après-vente autorisé pour outils électriques Würth.

❏ Déplacer toujours l’appareil en le tenant par les

Raccord air comprimé

❏ Alimentez l’outil avec de l’air propre et sec

(6,3 bars max.). Une pression plus élevée réduit
considérablement la durée de vie de l’outil.

❏ L’outil à air comprimé a été conçu pour fonction-

ner sans huile, à condition qu’il y ait une alimen­tation en air propre et sec. Avant la mise en ser­vice, mettre quelques gouttes d’huiles dans l’ad­mission d’air de l’outil à air comprimé. En alter­native, utilisez un lubrificateur d’air comprimé
dans la conduite d’air qui est réglé sur deux gout­tes max. par minute.

❏ Si une pression d’alimentation trop faible dimi-

nue les performances d’une machine pneumati­que, une pression d’alimentation trop élevée n’est
cependant pas admissible.

Raccord de robinet

❏ Raccordez le flexible d’eau 12 à l’appareil. Rac-

cordez le flexible d’eau à un robinet ou un réser­voir d’eau sous pression approprié.

Lorsqu’on travaille avec un réservoir d’eau sous
pression, veiller à ce que la pression soit suffisam­ment élevée (2 bars).

La pression maximale de l’eau ne doit pas être
supérieure à 6 bars. Lors des pressions d’eau
plus élevées, utiliser un régulateur de pression !

Remplacement du plateau

de ponçage

Maintenir la face de clé 14 de la broche du moteur
à l’aide de la clé à fourche et dévisser le plateau de
ponçage.

Visser le nouveau plateau de ponçage tout en le
maintenant à l’aide de la clé à fourche.

Mise en service

Régulation de la vitesse de rotation

Pour la mise en service, ouvrez la valve pneumati­que 11 et réglez la vitesse suivant besoin au moyen
de l’alimentation en air.

La soupape d’eau 10 permet de régler le débit sou­haité.

Instructions d’utilisation

❏ Dans le cas d’une production de bruit trop élevée

ou d’une puissance trop faible, arrêter immédia­tement l’appareil. Contrôler l’outil à air comprimé
et le système d’air comprimé.

❏ Ne pas surcharger l’appareil. Travailler avec la

pression nominale indiquée.

❏ Ne pas porter l’appareil en le tenant par le flexi-

ble à air comprimé ou par le flexible à eau.

❏ On s’attend à ce que l’utilisateur travaille de

manière sûre lors du raccordement, de l’utilisa­tion, de l’entretien et respecte les exigences léga­les correspondantes.

Maintenance et nettoyage

❏ Avant tous travaux, séparer l’appareil de l’ali-

mentation en air.

❏ Pour obtenir un travail satisfaisant et sûr, toujours

maintenir l’appareil en parfait état de propreté.

❏ Nettoyer l’outil à air comprimé 1 après l’utilisa-

tion afin de prévenir la rouille et de minimiser
l’usure.

❏ Purger quotidiennement l’eau de condensation

s’étant formée au niveau du filtre à air et du com­presseur.

❏ Nettoyer de temps à autres le filtre à air 4.
❏ Ranger la machine pneumatique dans un endroit

propre et sec.

❏ Ne confier la réparation de cette machine qu’à

un professionnel.

au contrôle de l’appareil, celui-ci présentait un dé­faut, la réparation ne doit être confiée qu’à un mas­ter-Service Würth.

Peligros que pueden presentarse al conectar la he­rramienta a la toma de aire comprimido:

Únicamente conectar el aire comprimido al apa­rato estando desconectado el mismo. Al cambiar
de útil, en el mantenimiento y tras su uso, desen­chufar el aparato de la toma de aire comprimido.

Jamás oriente el chorro de aire comprimido contra
si mismo ni contra otras personas. Los coletazos
que dan las mangueras sueltas pueden acarrear
serias lesiones. Siempre preste atención a que no
estén sueltas ni dañadas las mangueras, ni las pie­zas de empalme.

❏

No conecte la herramienta neumática a una toma
de aire comprimido si ésta no incorpora una llave
de paso fácilmente accesible y que deje cerrarse
con facilidad.

❏

No monte útiles de Iijar o tronzar diferentes de los
indicados, sin haber consultado primero con el fa­bricante o proveedor de esta herramienta
neumática si son apropiados.

❏

No utilice útiles fabricados con materiales compu­estos como, p. ej., discos de amolar de corindón.
Aunque puede que sean montables, no está per­mitido su uso si no se utilizan unos dispositivos
protectores apropiados. Para esta herramienta no
se ha previsto un dispositivo protector.

No utilice la herramienta neumática para una ap­licación diferente a la estipulada sin haber consul­tado con el fabricante o proveedor de la misma

Peligros durante el funcionamiento:

con unos dispositivos protectores adecuados para
tal fin. La aplicación de útiles no reglamentarios
puede acarrear serios accidentes o incluso la mu­erte.

Solamente emplear platos lijadores autorizados
para operar a las revoluciones del aparato. Con­siderar las dimensiones de los discos de lijar.

❏

Inspeccione el plato lijador antes de cada uso. No
usar el aparato si presentase fisuras u otros des­perfectos.

❏

No tocar el plato lijador durante el funcionamien­to.

❏

Sustituya las hojas lijadoras si éstas están fisura­das o desgastadas, ya que además de trabajar
con menor eficiencia es mucho mayor la presión
de aplicación requerida.

Peligros en el puesto de trabajo:

Utilice un equipo de protección personal.

❏

Preste atención a que su ropa, corbata, pelo o
paños de limpieza no se enganchen en las partes
giratorias de la herramienta neumática. Ello pue­de ser muy peligroso ya que su cuerpo puede ser
atraído hacia la herramienta.

En caso de que salga agua por el cuello del engra­naje o por otras partes del aparato diferentes a las
previstas, interrumpir el trabajo y hacer controlar
el aparato por un servicio técnico autorizado para

operar la herramienta neumática con aire exento de aceite.

Utilización reglamentaria

Este aparato ha sido diseñado para lijar en húme­do.

El usuario es el responsable exclusivo de los daños
que puedan derivarse de una utilización antirregla­mentaria.

Conexión de aire comprimido

❏

Alimente la herramienta con aire limpio y seco
(máx. 6,3 bar). Una presión mayor acorta drásti­camente la vida útil de la herramienta.

❏

La herramienta neumática fue concebida para
operar sin aceite a condición de que el aire abas­tecido sea limpio y seco. Antes de la puesta en
marcha aplicar unas gotas de aceite a la entrada
de aire de la herramienta neumática. Alternativa­mente puede intercalar en el conducto de aire un
aceitador de aire comprimido que deberá ajus­tarse como máximo a dos gotas por minuto.

❏

Una presión muy baja disminuye la potencia de
la herramienta neumática, no siendo admisible,
sin embargo, una presión demasiado elevada.

Toma de agua

❏

Conecte la manguera de agua

al aparato.
Conecte la manguera de agua a un grifo o a un
depósito de presión para agua, apropiado.

En caso de usar un depósito de presión para agua,
deberá observarse que la presión de trabajo gene­rada sea suficiente (2 bar).

La presión del agua no deberá exceder 6 bar.
¡Emplear un manorreductor si la presión del
agua fuese mayor!

Para su seguridad

Instrucciones de trabajo

❏

Desconectar el aparato de inmediato en caso de
emitirse un ruido fuera de lo normal, o si la po­tencia fuese demasiado reducida. Inspeccionar la
herramienta y el sistema neumático.

No sobrecargar el aparato. Trabajar con la pre­sión nominal indicada.

❏

No transportar el aparato asiéndolo de la man­guera de aire comprimido o agua.

❏

El usuario deberá conectar, utilizar y mantener el
aparato trabajando de forma segura y respetan­do las disposiciones legales pertinentes que pue­dan existir al respecto.

Mantenimiento y conservación

❏

Antes de cualquier manipulación en el aparato
desconecte el mismo de la toma de aire.

❏

Mantener siempre limpio el aparato para poder
trabajar con eficacia y seguridad.

❏

Para evitar la formación de óxido y para reducir
su desgaste, limpiar la herramienta neumática

después de su uso.

❏

Evacuar diariamente el agua de condensación en
el filtro de aire y compresor.

❏

Limpiar de cuando en cuando el filtro de aire 4.

Almacenar la herramienta neumática limpia y
seca.

❏

Deje realizar las reparaciones sólo por un espe­cialista.

Si a pesar de los esmerados procesos de fabricación
y control, la máquina llegara a averiarse, la repara­ción deberá encargarse a un servicio técnico Würth
master.

Para cualquier consulta o al solicitar piezas de repu­esto es imprescindible indicar siempre el nº de artí­culo que figura en la placa de características del
aparato.

Eliminación

El aparato, accesorios y embalajes deberán some­terse a un proceso de recuperación que respete el
medio ambiente.

Garantía

Para este aparato Würth concedemos una garantía
a partir de la fecha de compra (comprobación me­diante factura o albarán de entrega) de acuerdo
con las disposiciones que marca la ley en el respec­tivo país. Los defectos serán subsanados mediante
reparación o reposición del aparato, según se esti­me conveniente.

No quedan cubiertos por la garantía los daños ori­ginados por un desgaste natural, sobrecarga o uti­lización inadecuada.

Las reclamaciones solamente podrán tenerse en
cuenta si Ud. entrega el aparato sin desmontar y
provisto con el plato lijador a un establecimiento
Würth, al personal del Servicio Exterior Técnico
Würth, o a un servicio técnico oficial para herrami­entas eléctricas y neumáticas Würth.

οδηγίες που περιέχονται σ’ αυτές.

Κίνδυνοι που µπορεί να δηµιουργηθούν κατά τη
σύνδεση του εργαλείου στον πεπιεσµένο αέρα:

❏ Ελέγχετε πριν απ κάθε χρήση, µήπωσ έχουν

υποστεί βλάβη το µηχάνηµα, η σύνδεση ή ο
σωλήνασ πιεσµένου αέρα.

❏ Η σύνδεση στον πεπιεσµένο άερα πρέπι να

διεξάγεται µνο ταν το µηχάνηµα βρίσκεται
εκτσ λειτουργίασ (στη θέση OFF). Να
αποσυνδέετε το µηχάνηµα απ την τροφοδοσία
µε πεπιεσµένο αέρα ταν πρκειται να αλλάξετε
εργαλείο και/ή για να διεξάγετε τη συντήρησή του
καθώσ και ταν τελειώνετε την εργασία σασ.

❏ Να µην κατευθύνετε ποτέ τον πεπιεσµένο αέρα

επάνω σε εσάσ τον ίδιο/την ίδια ή επάνω σε άλλα
πρσωπα. Ανεξέλεγκτα αναδευµενοι σωλήνεσ
µπορεί να προκαλέσουν σοβαρούσ
τραυµατισµούσ. Να φροντίζετε πάντα οι σωλήνεσ
και τα εξαρτήµατα σύνδεσησ να µην είναι ποτέ
ούτε χαλαροί/χαλαρά ούτε
χαλασµένοι/χαλασµένα.

❏ Μην συνδέσετε το εργαλείο πεπιεσµένου αέρα

ταν η τροφοδοτική γραµµή δεν διαθέτει µια
εύκολα προσβάσιµη και εύχρηστη βαλβίδα.

❏ Μην συναρµολογήσετε άλλα εργαλεία λείανσησ

και κοπήσ πριν τα εγκρίνει ο προµηθευτήσ ή ο
κατασκευαστήσ του παρντοσ εργαλείου
πεπιεσµένου αέρα.

❏ Μην χρησιµοποιήσετε εργαλεία απ

στρωµατοποιηµένα υλικά, π.χ. λειαντικούσ
δίσκουσ απ κορούνδιο. Το µέγεθοσ των
εργαλείων αυτών µπορεί µεν να ταιριάζει, πλην
µωσ τα εργαλεία αυτά δεν επιτρέπεται να
χρησιµοποιηθούν χωρίσ προστατευτικέσ
διατάξεισ. Για το παρν εργαλείο πεπιεσµένου
άερα δεν διαθέτονται µωσ προστατευτικέσ
διατάξεισ.

❏ Μην προσαρµσετε το παρν εργαλείο

πεπιεσµένου άερα σε κάποια άλλη χρήση πριν την
εγκρίνει πρώτα ο κατασκευαστήσ ή ο
προµηθευτήσ αυτού του εργαλείου πεπιεσµένου
άερα.

❏ Μην συνδέσετε το εργαλείο πεπιεσµένου αέρα

στην τροφοδοσία αέρα πριν συναρµολογήσετε το
εργαλείο εργασίασ και στερεώσετε την πρσθετη
λαβή.

Κίνδυνοι κατά τη διάρκεια της λειτουργας:

❏ Να µην συναρµολογήσετε ποτέ άλλα εργαλεία

λείανσησ αντί του δίσκου λείανσησ. Το παρν
µηχάνηµα δεν διαθέτει γι' αυτ κατάλληλεσ
προστατευτικέσ διατάξεισ. Η χρήση µη
εγκριµένων εργαλείων λείανσησ µπορεί να
οιδηγήσουν σε σοβαρούσ τρυαµατισµούσ ή και το
θάνατο.

❏ Να χρησιµοποιείτε µνο δίσκουσ λείανσησ που

έχουν εγκριθεί για τον αριθµ στροφών του
µηχανήµατοσ. Να λαµβάνετε υπψη τισ
διαστάσεισ των δίσκων λείανσησ.

❏ Πριν αρχίσετε την εργασία σασ να ελέγχετε το

δίσκο λείανσησ. Μην χρησιµοποιήσετε το
µηχάνηµα ταν διαπιστώσετε ρωγµέσ ή άλλεσ
ζηµιέσ.

❏ Να µην πιάνετε το δίσκο λείανσησ ταν το

µηχάνηµα λειτουργεί.

❏ Να µην χρησιµοποιείτε φθαρµένα ή σχισµένα

φύλλα λείανσησ επειδή έτσι µειώνεται η προδοσ
εργασίασ και ταυτχρονα καταναλώνεται άσκοπα
πολλή δύναµη.

Κίνδυνοι στο χώρο εργασίας:

❏ Να χρησιµοποιείτε έναν κατάλληλο προσωπικ

προστατευτικ εξοπλισµ.

❏ Προσέχετε, να µην µπορούν να εµπλακούν ρούχα,

γραβάτεσ, µαλλιά ή στουπιά στα περιστρεφµενα
εξαρτήµατα του εργαλείου πεπιεσµένου αέρα.
Αυτ µπορεί να είναι πολύ επικίνδυνο, επειδή το
σώµα σασ τραβιέται προσ το εργαλείο.

❏ Σε περίπτωση που διαρρεύσει απρβλεπτα νερ

απ το λαιµ του µηχανισµού µετάδοσησ κίνησησ
ή απ κάποιο άλλο τµήµα του µηχανήµατοσ
διακψτε αµέσωσ την εργασία σασ και δώστε το
µηχάνηµα για έλεγχο σε ένα εξουσιοδοτηµένο
κατάστηµα Service για εργαλεία πεπιεσµένου
αέρα τησ Würth.

❏ Να οδηγείτε το µηχάνηµα πάντοτε και µε τα δυο

σασ χέρια.

Χρήση σύµφωνα µε τον προορισµ

Για ζηµιέσ που εµφανίζονται ταν το
µηχάνηµα χρησιµοποιείται µε τρπο
ασύµφωνο µε τον προορισµ του την ευθύνη
φέρει ο χρήστησ.

Σύνδεση πεπιεσµένυ αέρα

❏ Να τροφοδοτείτε το εργαλείο µε καθαρ,

στεγν αέρα (το πολύ 6,3 bar). Η χρήση
υψηλτερησ πίεσησ ελαττώνει δραστικά τη
διάρκεια ζωήσ του εργαλείου.

❏ Το εργαλείο πεπιεσµένου αέρα εξελίχτηκε

για λειτουργία χωρίσ τη χρήση λαδιού, υπ
την προϋπθεση, µωσ, τι θα
τροφοδοτείται µε καθαρ και στεγν αέρα.
Πριν θέσετε το εργαλείο πεπιεσµένου
αέρα σε λειτουργία στάξτε µερικέσ
σταγνεσ λαδιού στη είσοδο αέρα.
Εναλλακτικά µπορείτε να συνδέσετε στη
γραµµή αέρα ένα λαδωτήρι πεπιεσµένου
αέρα εν σειρά, ρυθµισµένο σε δυο
σταγνεσ ανά λεπτ.

❏ Η πολύ χαµηλή πίεση ελαττώνει την

απδοση του εργαλείου πεπιεσµένου αέρα
και η υπερυψηλή δεν επιτρέπεται.

απ τα χέρια σασ πριν σταµατήσει εντελώσ να
κινείται το τοποθετηµένο εργαλείο.

❏ Το παρν εργαλείο πεπιεσµένου άερα δεν

επιτρέπεται να χρησιµοποιηθεί σε χώρουσ στουσ
οποίουσ υπάρχει κίνδυνοσ έκρηξησ.

❏ Το παρν εργαλείο πεπιεσµένου άερα δεν είναι

µονωµένο ενάντια σε τυχν επαφή µε ηλεκτρικέσ
πηγέσ.

❏ Να αποθηκεύετε/να διαφυλάγετε τα µηχανήµατα

και τα εργαλεία που δεν χρησιµοποιείτε σε ένα
στεγν χώρο, µακριά απ παιδιά.

Σύνδεση νερού

❏ Συνδέστε στο µηχάνηµα το σωλήνα

νερού 12. Συνδέστε το σωλήνα νερού µε
µια βρύση ή µε ένα κατάλληλο δοχείο
νερού.

ταν χρησιµοποιείτε δοχείο νερού πρέπει να
δίνετε προσοχή για να εργάζεστε µε επαρκή
πίεση (2 bar).

Η µέγιστη πίεση του νερού δεν
επιτρέπεται να υπερβαίνει τα 6 bar. >ταν
η πίεση του νερού είναι υψηλτερη
πρέπει να χρησιµοποιήσετε έναν
µειωτήρα πίεσης!

Αλλαγή του δίσκοπυ λείανσης

Κρατήστε κντρα µε ένα γερµανικ κλείδί
εφαρµοσµένο στην επιφάνεια εφαρµογήσ
κλειδιού 14 του άξονα και ξεβιδώστε το δίσκο
λείανσησ.

Βιδώστε το νέο δίσκο λείανσησ κρατώντασ
πάλι κντρα µε ένα γερµανικ κλειδί.

Θέση σε λειτουργία

Θέση σε λειτουργία κι εκτς λειτουργίας/
Ρύθµιση αριθµού στροφών

Για τη θέση σε λειτουργία ανοίξτε τη βαλβίδα
πίεσησ 11 και ρυθµίστε τον κατάλληλο
αριθµ στροφών µέσω τησ παροχήσ αέρα.

Με τη βαλβίδα νερού 10 ρυθµίζεται η
επιθυµητή ροή νερού.

Υποδείξεις για την εκτέλεση

εργασιών

❏ Θέστε το εργαλείο πεπιεσµένου αέρα

αµέσωσ εκτσ λειτουργίασ ταν
εµφανιστούν ιδιαίτερα υψηλοί θτυβοι
ή/και ταν µειωθεί σηµαντικά η απδοσή
του. Ελέγξτε το εργαλείο πεπιεσµένου
αέρα και το σύστηµα πεπιεσµένου αέρα.

❏ Να µην υπερφορτώνετε το µηχάνηµα. Να

εγάζεστε µε την αναφερµενη ονοµαστική
πίεση.

❏ Να µην µεταφέρετε το µηχάνηµα

κρατώντασ το απ το σωλήνα αέρα ή
νερού.

❏ Αναµένεται τι κατά τη σύνδεση, τη χρήση

και τη συντήρηση του εργαλείου
πεπιεσµένου αέρα ο χειριστήσ θα είναι σε
θέση να εργαστεί ασφαλώσ καθώσ και τι
θα τηρεί τισ αντίστοιχεσ σηµαντικέσ
νοµικέσ διατάξεισ.

Συντήρηση και περιποίηση

❏ Να αποµονώνετε το µηχάνηµα απ

τηντροφοδοσία αέρα πριν διεξάγετε
κάποια εργασία σ' αυτ.

❏ Να διατηρείτε το µηχάνηµα πάντα καθαρ

για να µπορείτε να εργάζεστε καλά και
ασφαλώσ.

❏ Να καθαρίζετε πάντα το εργαλείο

πεπιεσµένου αέρα 1 ταν τελειώνετε την
εργασία σασ· έτσι εµποδίζεται ο
σχηµατισµσ σκουριάσ και µειώνεται
σηµαντικά η φθορά του µηχανήµατοσ.

❏ Βγάζετε καθηµερινά τα κατασταλάγµατα

απ το φίλτρο αέρα κι απ το συµπιεστή.

❏ Καθαρίζετε κάπου κάπου το φίλτρο αέρα 4.
❏ Αποθηκεύετε το εργαλείο σε καθαρ και

στεγν χώρο.

❏ Τυχν επισκευέσ πρέπει να διεξάγονται

µνο απ τον κατάλληλο ειδικ.

Αν κάποτε, παρ΄ λεσ τισ επιµελείσ
διαδικασίεσ κατασκευήσ κι ελέγχου,
σταµατήσει το µηχάνηµα να εργάζεται, ττε η
επισκευή του πρέπει να ανατεθεί σ΄ ένα
συνεργείο master-Service τησ Würth.

Σε περίπτωση συµπληρωµατικών ερωτήσεων
καθώσ και σε λεσ τισ παραγγελίεσ
ανταλλακτικών παρακαλούµε να αναφέρετε
οπωσδήποτε τον αριθµ προϊντοσ (τον
κωδικ αριθµ) που αναγράφεται στην
πινακίδα κατασκευαστή.

Απσυρση

Το µηχάνηµα, τα εξαρτήµατα και οι
συσκευασίεσ πρέπει να αποσύρονται και να
ανακυκλώνονται µε τρπο φιλικ προσ το
περιβάλλον.

Εγγύηση

Γι’ αυτ το µηχάνηµα τησ Würth παρέχουµε
εγγύηση σύµφωνα µε τισ αντίστοιχεσ νοµικέσ
διατάξεισ και τισ ειδικέσ διατάξεισ τησ
εκάστοτε χώρασ. Η εγγύηση αρχίζει την
ηµέρα τησ αγοράσ (επιβεβαίωση µε το
τιµολγιο ή µε το δελτίο αποστολήσ).
Ενδεχµενεσ ζηµιέσ αποκαθίστανται µε την
προµήθεια ανταλλακτικών ή µε επισκευή.

Βλάβεσ που προκύπτουν απ φυσιολογική
φθορά ή αντικανονική µεταχείρηση δεν
καλύπτονται απ την εγγύηση.

Τυχν παράπονα αναγνωρίζονται µνο ταν
το µηχάνηµα παραδοθεί µαζί µε το δίσκο
λείανσησ και χωρίσ να έχει ανοιχτεί σε µια
αντιπροσωπεία τησ Würth, σε έναν εξωτερικ
