For Your Safety
Working safely with this machine
is possible only when the operating and safety information are
read completely and the instructions contained therein are strictly
followed. In addition, the general
safety notes in the enclosed booklet must be observed.
The machine must not be wet and
must not be operated in a moist environment.
If the mains cable is damaged or cut
through while working, do not
touch the cable but immediately pull
the mains plug. Never use the
machine with a damaged cable.
Wear protective glasses.
For long hair, wear hair protection.
Work only with closely fitting clothes.
Dust developing during the mixing
procedure is harmful to one’s health.
Wear a dust protection mask.
❏ Connect machines that are used in the open via a
residual current device (RCD) with an actuating
current of 30 mA maximum. Use only extension
cables that are approved for outdoor use.
❏ For food-hygienic reasons, only stirrers/mixers
with stainless steel stirrers and special grease
lubrication may be used in the food industry.
Therefore, this stirrer/mixer may not be used for
the mixing of food stuffs.
❏ Use the machine only with the auxiliary handle 5.
❏ Always direct the cable to the rear away from the
machine.
❏ Do not carry or hang up the machine by the cable.
❏ Insert the mains plug only when the machine is
switched off.
❏ When working with the machine, always hold it
firmly with both hands and provide for a secure
stance.
❏ Observe the reaction torque of the machine.
❏ Explosive materials, e.g., easily inflammable sol-
vent and similar materials with a flash point
below 21 °C must not be processed.
❏ During the mixing procedure, do not reach into the
mixing container with your hands or any objects.
Provide for a firm and secure stand of the mixing
container.
❏ If the machine fall into the material to be stirred,
pull the mains plug immediately and have the
machine checked by an after-sales service agent.
❏ Always switch the machine off and wait until it has
come to a standstill before placing it down.
❏ Do not drill into housing or attach rivets in order to
mark the machine. The double insulation is then no
longer ensured. Use stickers.
❏ Use only original Würth parts and accessories.

Intended Use
The machine is intended for mixing of fluid and pulverized building materials, e. g., paint, varnish,
mortar, adhesives, plaster and similar substances.
The machine is not suitable for mixing of materials
containing graphite powder, hydrochloric solutions
or liquid manure. Mixing such materials can damage or destroy the machine.
The user is responsible for damage caused by usage
other then intended.
Mounting the Hand Guard/
Auxiliary Handle
❏
Before any work on the machine itself, pull the
mains plug.
Gear Selector Switch
Two speed ranges can be preselected with the gear
selector switch
Have the speed selector switch engage in the respective position. If the selector switch does not engage
in a gear position, lightly rotate the drive spindle by
hand.
Actuate the gear selector switch only when the
machine is at a standstill!

Stepless Speed Control
Light pressure on the On/Off switch 4 results in low
rotational speed, thus allowing to begin in a smooth,
controlled manner. Further pressure on the switch
results in an increase in speed.
