The wide range of congurations
allow the operator to select precisely the right bale size for individual transport and storage facilities – whatever the crop.
Five models – the choice is yours
These variable chamber balers use a combination of rollers and belts to produce bales of up to 2.0m in diameter. A range
of high specication options
include a double rake feeder, rotor feeder or Supercut for enhanced performance in all crop types, ensuring that they will appeal to a broad spectrum from mixed farmers to large contractors.
MF 160 Series balers are very simple to operate, with all functions controlled from the incab Alpha bale monitor or Light bale monitor– the latest technology designed to take the stress away from harvest-time.

The Self-Cleaning Roller System works particularly well in silage, eliminating the need for a special silage kit.
Horsepower requirement is 80hp, with 540 PTO revs/min. There is one single-acting and one doubleacting spool valve requirement.
With the MF 160 range of balers, baling your crop couldn’t be more simple and stress-free.
Technology at your ngertips
On ‘V’ and ‘VS’ models the Alpha bale monitor puts the operator in complete control, providing the ability to make adjustments to all the important functions and
displaying the most signicant
parameters.
Bale size, density and shape, soft core adjustments, net and twine tying – all are controlled from this simple-to-use interface.
When the cutter is tted, knife
position can be set in, out or for cleaning or removal. In the event of a blockage, this can also be reversed without leaving the driver’s seat.
A constant indication of bale shape allows the operator to make minor adjustments to driving technique to ensure perfectly shaped bales every time, while bale count information enables the operator to maintain daily totals or tallies for individual customers.

The bafe plate with hexagonal
roller boosts baler performance by coping with big swaths at high speeds, while the cam track is double-sided for long life and reliability. The pickup is also suspended, to enable ground contours to be followed.
Up to 2.2m wide, the pickup has
ve rows of cranked tines to ensure
fewer losses, even when operating at higher speeds or when baling a small crop. In addition, it allows a better crop in-take and a smooth, even ow from pickup to rotor. (V and VS models).
Gentle,
efcient pickup
A low-prole pick-up has been developed to handle the bulkiest
swaths and feed them gently into the bales.
