GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Never use distilled petroleum products.
2. Never use latex or synthetic pain or ink products.
3. When using wetable solutions, strain them well before filling the
tank reservoir.
4. Avoid bumping into the tank reservoir when pressurized.
MAINTENANCE
When you have finished using the sprayer, wash the tank well with
clean water and some detergent if possible. Operate the sprayer
with water to wash the pump and the trigger valve. Store the
sprayer in a dry place away from excessive heat and cold.
VERY IMPORTANT!
Never store the sprayer with chemical remains. It can temporarily
or permanently damage your equipment.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
In this manual you will find all the instructions you need to operate
your sprayer properly.
1. Remove pressure pump by untwisting cap
and fill the tank with the product to be
sprayed up to the marked arrow. It is very
important to leave an air pocket to allow
pressure to build up.
When using water base paint; make sure
to strain before pouring into tank.
2. Screw back the pressure chamber.
Operate the pump until it becomes difficult
to pump. The maximum pressure reached
will be approximately 50 psi.
3. To spray, squeeze the trigger valve. The
gun is equipped with a trigger lock to
keep the flow of liquids open without the
need to keep squeezing the trigger during
application.
4. When the working pressure declines shut
off the trigger valve and pump the
pressure chamber again.
5. When the tank is empty or the job
complete, remove the pressure pump
slowly to allow the build up pressure to
escape.
