Alternate Menu Functions
Menu is shown by holding down ALT and then pressing the MENU button. (ALT+MENU). Function selection and cursor movement is performed with the source selection buttons.
CH1 - ID Input 5 character

CH3 - Sequence (Off to30 Second) Changes displayed image at programmed
intervals when SEQN function is selected
CH4 - Miscellany. PIP FORMAT- position and number of PIP windows. DATE/TIME-CH DISPLAY - Characters are displayed on the screen over video images.

Marshall Electronics warranties to the first consumer, that this V-RD151-4 rackmount monitor will, under normal use, be free from defects in workmanship and materials, when received in its original container, for a period of one year from the purchase date. This warranty is extended to the first consumer only and proof of purchase is necessary to honor the warranty. If there is no proof of purchase provided with a warranty claim, Marshall Electronics reserves the right, not to honor the warranty set forth above. Therefore, labor and parts may be charged to you. This warranty does not apply to product exterior and cosmetics. Misuse, abnormal service or handling, improper alterations or modifications in design or con­struction, voids this warranty. No sales personnel of the seller, nor any other person is authorized to make any warranties other than those described above, or to extend the duration of any warranties on behalf of Marshall Electronics, beyond the time period described above. Product Overview
The V-RD151P-4 is space saving monitor in a drawer with a high-resolution 1024 × 768 pixel 15” display. This model also features a Quad Split and Sequential Switcher for composite video signals. The Quad Split feature allows any mix of the four composite video channels to appear on the monitor as real time picture­in-picture images. For added flexibility, this unit can accommodate composite video, Y/C (S-Video) or XGA computer signals for monitoring (S-Video and XGA inputs are only available in full screen mode). All con­nections are accessed from the rear of the drawer enclosure and include a loop through for each signal. When the display is closed into the drawer, the monitor will automatically be placed into standby mode and a keyed lock is provided for secure transport. V-PS12-5V-1 Power supply and owners manual are included.

2. 2. Unpack the V-RD151-4, mounting hardware and accompanying V-PS12-5V1 power supply. Physically inspect for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. 3. After inspection, attach adjustable rear support brackets using the supplied thumbscrews and install the V-RD151-4 in your desired location of a standard EIA 19-inch equipment rack. Adequate ventilation is required when installed to prevent possible damage to the internal components.

4. Connect required cables for signal input and output.
Note: All BNC connectors should be rated for 75Ω. Note: Power must be applied to the V-RD151-4 to activate loop through video connections
5. Plug the V-PS12-5V1 power supply into the A.C. source.
6. Attach the twist lock Conxal power connection from V-PS12-5V1 power supply to the back of the drawer.
7. Completely Slide the V-RD151-4 out from the drawer and tilt to your desired viewing angle.
8. Turn on the V-RD151-4 by depressing the power switch located on the front of the unit.
