Service Manifolds
Imperial and Motors & Armatures, Inc., offer refrigeration and air
conditioning service manifolds. The Man Handler™ 4-valve manifolds feature
up to four times faster system evacuation. The 4 valve efficiency provides
vacuum, low side, high side and refrigerant lines individually connected and
ontrolled. No need to switch charging lines. T-grip controls offer non-slip
c
operation. Other features include swivel hanger, brass hose end closure
bracket and a deep, vacuum valve design. The red and blue gauges are
calibrated in psi. MARS #65101 is a standard 4 valve manifold and MARS
#65102 is a 4 valve manifold with four 60” std. fitting charging lines (one 3/8”
line, three 1/4” lines). MARS #65103 is a 4 valve manifold with sight glass. For
R-12, R-22 and R-502 refrigerants.
Imperialʼs convertible 2 valve brass manifolds feature non-flutter gauges,
tough gauge crystals, swivel hanger, brass hose end closure spuds, soft-seat
valves and color coded controls. The red and blue gauges are calibrated in
psi. MARS #65104 is the standard 2 valve manifold. MARS #65105 is the 2
valve manifold with three 36” std. fitting charging lines. For R-12, R-22 and R502 refrigerants.

Manifold Accessories
Imperial patented, UL recognized kwik-couplers are intended for use with
refrigeration/air conditioning service manifold high and low side hoses, when
connecting to core valve type service fittings. Simply push to connect and
pull to disconnect. Valve cores are depressed automatically without
adjustments or loss of refrigerant. An automatic shut off valve retains
refrigerant pressure in disconnect hose.
