Tube Benders

mperial lever type tube benders are used for soft copper, aluminum, brass, steel and

other metal tubing. Each tool bends one size. The open size design slips over tube at any
point. Our tube benders make smooth short radius bends up to 180°. Each bender tool is
calibrated to show angle of bend. The wide hook grips tubing securely and the new fixed
hook has easy 90° start. Our line of lever tube benders feature a swivel handle which may
be repositioned to regain leverage for bends greater than 90°, eliminating bender twisting
and handle crossing. The enclosed swivel mechanism provides extended life. Ideal for
bending stainless steel, as well as other tubing.

Imperial spring type tube benders are for use on soft copper and aluminum tubing. These
tools allow hand bending of soft tubing to any shape without collapsing walls. Special spring
steel, nickel finished. End belled for quick tube removal.

Tubing Tool Kits

MARS #65059, 45° flaring and swaging tool kit is for use on 1/8”, 3/16”, 1/4”, 5/16”, 3/8”,
7/16”, 1/2” and 3/4”OD tubing. Flares or swages. Converts quickly. Features screw-type feed.
Ideal close quarters tool. Swivel type swaging adapters and spreader cone are hard-chrome
finished for easy operation. Self centering, slip-on forged steel yoke. Includes five swage
adapters for 3/16”, 1/4”, 5/16”, 3/8”, 1/2” and 3/4” OD tubing. Packaged in a plastic kit.

MARS #65034, 45˚ flaring kit is for use on 1/8” - 3/4” OD tubing. This compact kit contains
two flaring bars & one yoke. The self centering forged steel yoke has a slip-on feature. The
swivel flaring cone reduces effort. Packaged in plastic case.
