Dear Sirs,
the applicants product with the above FCC ID is marketed solely inside transporation

vehicles. Consequently, its functional description will be included in the individual owner’s
manual of the vehicle.

The applicant hereby assures that the following caution statement as per CFR 47, §15.21 is
included in a prominent location of the owner’ s manual of the cars:

The title “CAUTION TO USERS” or “FCC WARNING”: “NOTE” or relevant title and
“Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for

compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.”

In addition, the applicant also assures that the following statement is also included in a
prominent location in the manual as per CFR 47, §15.19(a)(3):

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the
following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that
may cause undesired operation
