Informationen zum Vorbild:

Neben der Einführung von neuen Diesellokomotiven für den Streckendienst musste die Deutsche Bundesbahn als Ersatz für die Dampﬂokomotiven auch neue Lokomotiven für den Rangierdienst beschaffen. Neben der Baureihe V 60, die in den 1950er-Jahren in Dienst gestellt wurde, zeichnete sich der Bedarf nach einem leistungsfähigeren Loktyp ab. Diese Lücke wurde ab 1964 mit der von der Firma MaK entwickelten Baureihe V 90 geschlossen. Der eingebaute 12-ZylinderDieselmotor, der von dem Motor aus der V 100 abgeleitet ist, stellte mit einer Leistung von knapp 810 kW (1.100 PS) genü

gend Potenzial zur Erfüllung dieser Aufgabe zur Verfügung. Als reine Rangierlok wurde bei der V 90 auf den Einbau einer Zugheizung verzichtet. Ab 1968 wurde die Lok bei der DB als Baureihe 290 eingereiht.

Information about the Prototype:

In addition to introducing new diesel locomotives for road service, the German Federal Railroad had to procure new locomotives for switching work as replacements for steam locomotives. After the class V 60, which was placed into service in the 1950’s, the need became acute for a more powerful locomotive type. This gap was closed starting in 1964 with the class V 90 developed by the ﬁrm MaK. The 12 cylinder diesel motor built into the locomotive was derived from the motor for the class V 100 and provided enough power at just 810 kilowatts / 1,100 horsepower to fulﬁll this task. The V 90 was switch engine pure and simple and thus dispensed with having a train heating system. From 1968 on this locomotive was designated by the DB as the class 290.

A la ﬁn de la traction vapeur, la Deutsche Bundesbahn se vit obligée non seulement d’introduire de nouvelles locomotives diesel pour le service de ligne, mais également d’acquérir de nouvelles machines de manœuvre. Outre la série V 60 mise en service dans les années 1950, se ﬁt sentir le besoin d’un type de locomotive plus puissant. La série V 90, conçue par la ﬁrme MaK, vint combler cette lacune à partir de 1964. Avec une puissance de tout juste 810 kW (1.100 ch), son moteur diesel à 12 cylindres - dérivé de celui de la V 100 - offrait un potentiel sufﬁsant pour satisfaire à cette exigence. La V 90 étant destinée exclusivement aux manœuvres, on se dispensa de l’installation d’un dispositif de chauffage pour le train. A partir de 1968, la locomotive fut immatriculée dans la série 290 de la DB.

Naast de invoering van nieuwe diesellocomotieven voor de lijndienst moest de Deutsche Bundesbahn als vervanging voor de stoomlocomotieven ook nieuwe locomotieven voor de rangeerdienst aanschaffen. Naast de serie V 60, die in de jaren 1950 in dienst gesteld werd, tekende de behoefte aan een sterke loctype zich af. Dit gat werd vanaf 1964 met de door de ﬁrma MaK ontwikkelde serie V 90 gesloten. De ingebouwde 12 cilinder-dieselmotor, die van de motor uit de V 100 afgeleid is, stelde met een vermogen van bijna 810 kW (1.100 pk) voldoende potentiaal voor de verwezenlijking van deze taak ter beschikking. Als zuivere rangeerloc werd bij de V 90 op de inbouw van treinverwarming afgezien. Vanaf 1968 werd de loc bij de DB als serie 290 opgenomen.

• Die Lok darf nur aus einer Leistungsquelle versorgt wer

• Beachten Sie unbedingt die Sicherheitshinweise in der Bedienungsanleitung zu Ihrem Betriebssystem.

• Für den konventionellen Betrieb der Lok muss das Anschlussgleis entstört werden. Dazu ist das Entstörset 74046 zu verwenden. Für Digitalbetrieb ist das Entstörset nicht geeignet.

• Setzen Sie das Modell keiner direkten Sonneneinstrah

lung, starken Temperaturschwankungen oder hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit aus.

Hinweis: Wird der Entkupplungsvorgang vorzeitig abgebrochen, ist die Kupplung möglicherweise nicht verriegelt. Es kann

Telex coupler as a working function:

After the uncoupling procedure is completed, this function must also be deactivated with the button on the locomotive control

ler. Note: If the uncoupling procedure is shut off too early, the coupler may not be locked. It is possible that it will not couple to

another coupler. This problem can be corrected by activating/deactivating the coupler again

(uncoupled).

Remarques importantes sur la sécurité

•

La locomotive ne peut être mise en service qu’avec un système d’exploitation adéquat (Märklin AC, Märklin Delta, Märklin Digital ou Märklin Systems).

• Utiliser uniquement des convertisseurs et transformateurs correspondant à la tension du secteur local.

Fonction attelage Telex Une fois le processus de dételage terminé, la fonction doit également être désactivée via la touche de l’appareil de commande.

Remarque : Si le processus de dételage est interrompu prématurément, il se peut que l’attelage ne soit pas verrouillé.

L’accouplement devient donc éventuellement impossible. Pour éviter ce genre de problème, activer/désactiver à nouveau l’attelage (non enclenché).

Veiligheidsvoorschriften

• De loc mag alleen met een daarvoor bestemd bedrijfssys

teem (Märklin AC, Märklin Delta, Märklin digitaal of Märklin Systems) gebruikt worden.

• Alleen net-adapters en transformatoren gebruiken waarvan de aangegeven netspanning overeenkomt met de netspanning ter plaatse.

• De loc mag niet vanuit meer dan één stroomvoorziening gelijktijdig gevoed worden.

• Lees ook aandachtig de veiligheidsvoorschriften in de gebruiksaanwijzing van uw bedrijfssysteem.

• Voor het conventionele bedrijf met de loc dient de aansluitrail te worden ontstoort. Hiervoor dient men de ontstoor-set 74046 te gebruiken. Voor het digitale bedrijf is deze ontstoor-set niet geschikt.

• Stel het model niet bloot aan in directe zonnestraling, sterke temperatuurwisselingen of hoge luchtvochtigheid.

Algemene informatie

• De gebruiksaanwijzing en de verpakking zijn een bestand

deel van het product en dienen derhalve bewaard en meegeleverd te worden bij het doorgeven van het product.

• Voor reparatie of onderdelen kunt u zich tot uw Märklin winkelier wenden.

Werking van de telexkoppeling:

Na het afsluiten van de ontkoppelingsprocudure dient de functie, door nogmaals op de toets van het besturingsapparaat te drukken, gedeactiveerd te worden.

Opmerking: als de ontkoppelingsprocudure voortijdig wordt afgebroken, kan het zijn dat de koppeling niet vergrendeld is. Mogelijk kan er dan niet meer aangekoppeld worden. Door nogmaals de koppeling te activeren/deactiveren

(ongekoppeld) kan

dit verholpen worden.

Aviso de seguridad

• La locomotora solamente debe funcionar en un sistema de corriente propio (Märklin AC – Märklin Delta – Märklin Digital o Märklin Systems).

• Emplear únicamente fuentes de alimentación conmutadas y transformadores que sean de la tensión de red local.

• La locomotora no deberá recibir corriente eléctrica mas que de un solo punto de abasto.

• Observe bajo todos los conceptos, las medidas de seguridad indicadas en las instrucciones de su sistema de funcionamiento.

• Para el funcionamiento convencional de la locomotora de

ben suprimirse las interferencias en la vía de conexión de la alimentación. Para ello debe emplearse el set supresor de interferencias 74046. El set supresor de interferencias no es adecuado para el funcionamiento en modo digital.

• No exponer el modelo en miniatura a la radiación solar directa, a oscilaciones fuertes de temperatura o a una humedad del aire elevada.

• Las instrucciones de empleo y el embalaje forman parte íntegra del producto y, por este motivo, deben guardarse y entregarse junto con el producto en el caso de venderlo o transmitirlo a otro.

Funcionamiento del enganche Telex:

Una vez concluida la maniobra de desenganche, además debe desactivarse esta función pulsando dicha tecla en la unidad de mando.

Nota: Si se cancela antes de lo previsto la maniobra de desenganche, es posible que el enganche no esté enclavado. En tal caso, es posible que no pueda acoplarse. Este problema puede solucionarse activando/desactivando de nuevo el enganche (desacoplado).

Avvertenze per la sicurezza

• Tale locomotiva deve essere impiegata soltanto con un sistema di funzionamento adeguato per questa (Märklin AC, Märklin Delta, Märklin Digital oppure Märklin Systems).

• Impiegare soltanto alimentatori “switching“ e trasforma

tori che corrispondono alla Vostra tensione di rete locale.

• La locomotiva non deve venire alimentata nello stesso tempo con più di una sorgente di potenza.

• Vogliate prestare assolutamente attenzione alle avver

tenze di sicurezza nelle istruzioni di impiego per il Vostro sistema di funzionamento.

• Per il funzionamento tradizionale della locomotiva il binario di alimentazione deve essere protetto dai disturbi. A tale scopo si deve impiegare il corredo antidisturbi 74046. Tale corredo antidisturbi non è adatto per il funzionamento Digital.

• Non esponete tale modello ad alcun irraggiamento solare diretto, a forti escursioni di temperatura oppure a elevata umidità dell’aria.

Funzione aggancio Telex:

Dopo che la procedura di sganciamento si è conclusa, tale funzione deve parimenti venire disattivata tramite il tasto sull‘apparato di comando.

Avvertenza:

Qualora la procedura di sganciamento venga interrotta in anticipo, è possibile che il gancio non sia bloccato dal fermo. Eventualmente, ad esso non è allora possibile agganciarsi. Mediante una ripetuta attivazione/disattivazione del gancio (non agganciato), questo può venire eliminato.
