INTRODUCTION

SIZE:

18” Wide x 34” High x 31-1/8” Front-to-Back (457mm Wide x 863mm High x 791mm Front-to-Back)

DESCRIPTION:

The Market Forge 2-HPGR consists of two burner surface units mounted on a 34” high (863mm) cabinet
base. A 10ӯ (254mm) pot or pan is the maximum capacity that may be used on burners. Burners are
removable ring type and shall be provided with a removable drip pan.

Controls are recessed in the front of the burners for ease of operation and cleaning. Countertop and
cabinet base shall be constructed of polished 16 gauge stainless steel and designed to match other
Market Forge equipment.

Cabinet base is equipped with a hinged door with magnetic latch. The 2 burner hot plate shall be
equipped with as standard, a removable drip pan, bottom shelf, four 6” (152mm) adjustable bullet feet
and a pilot safety shut-off valve.
