SHELVES:

Each shelf shall be made from one sheet of 18 gauge stain­less steel with all four corners uniformly coped to exact con­tour to receive internal corner castings in crevice-free align­ment. The perimeter of each shelf shall have a die-formed
raised marine edge, (3mm) high on (7mm) radius. The lower
edge of the shelf perimeter shall be hemmed and pressed

tight along the shelf length. Shelves shall be shipped with
set screws for each corner to allow shelves to be installed

or adjusted at any desired spacing. Shelf corner casting
shall have a hole to take 1” O.D. shelf posts. Shelves shall

be available as required in any combination of the following
widths and lengths as designed or as shown on plans.

POSTS:

Shall be equipped with press t plastic caps at both ends. Posts

shall be marked at 2” (51mm) intervals to assist alignment of
shelves during assembly. Available in Stainless Steel Only.

Special length posts are available upon request.

Single Tier

BRACKETS:

Shelves shall be mounted on a pair of brackets which are
each suspended from the wall by a pair of screws in 7/16”

(11mm) diameter holes. The brackets shall be constructed

of welded Stainless steel.

On the top surface of each bracket, projecting up paral-

lel to the wall, shall be two 1” (25mm) high round pins to
receive the open lower ends of the posts in a stable con­nection. Standard brackets shall extend out from the wall

14-1/8” (358mm) and shall have a height of 9” (229mm)

and two 7/16” (11mm) diameter holes shall be centered
with 6” (152mm) between their centers. The width of each
bracket shall be 11/2” (38mm). When two shelves are to be

mounted directly adjacent to each other a double bracket 3”
(76mm) wide shall be furnished.

Shelves shall be delivered knocked down and packaged in
protective cardboard containers marked with the size and

material of the contents.
