DESCRIPTION: Market Forge Model TS3E42 Consisting of
a Model 4200 convection oven combined with a Model TS­3E steamer. Both units are joined with a heavy-duty stain­less steel stacking stand equipped with bullet-feet front and
rear. Model TS5E42 is the same except consisting of a
Model 4200 combined with a Model TS-5E steamer.

CONVECTION OVEN:
Controls will consist of main power switch, 2-speed fan switch, cool down switch, solid state temperature controller with a temperature range from 100°F-450°F +/- 6-7°F (38°C- 232°C +/- 3-4°C), door interlock switch and a mechanical 60 - minute timer with an audible alarm which sounds at the conclusion of the cooking cycle. All controls will be lo­cated on a panel on the right front of the oven. Oven will be equipped with a high limit control.

TURBO-STEAM CONTROLS:
The control housing shall be constructed of stainless steel
with a full access removable panel. The electromechanical controls shall include an illuminated on/off switch, a ready indicator light, cooking indicator light, 60-minute electric timer with contant steam and audible alarm that signals the end of the cook cycle, and a low water indicator light with audible alarm. A door interlock switch shall interrupt steam generation when the door is open and shall be reactivated when the door is closed. Unit shall be eld congurable to single phase and also congures to 2/3 rating.
TURBO-STEAM STANDARD FEATURES:
Standard features include 304 stainless steel exterior, 316 stainless steel cooking chamber with coved corners, heavy gauge stainless steel door with full perimeter gasket, posi­tive lock and seal mechanism with spring release door, 60­minute timer, Illuminated on/off power switch, ready indi­cator light, cooking indicator light,add water indicator light
