DESCRIPTION: A device developed for the positive place-
ment of mobile kitchen equipment. Specic to the restaurant industry, Posi-Set is installed below the rear casters.
Using the Posi-Set bracket will ensure maximum efciency of the re suppression system in the specic cooking equipment
is replaced in the proper location after removal for cleaning.
After the cooking line below a hood has been set in place in relation to the re suppression system, the rear wheels are marked on the oor and the unit is removed.
The Posi-Set bracket is then attached to the oor and the unit
is then rolled onto the Posi-Set brackets. Posi-Set can be fas-
tened using the anchoring system provided with each pair.
POSI-SET MATERIAL:
Posi-Set is a ame retardant thermo plastic resin. Able to resist 500 PSI of direct force. Virtually Indestructible.
