SHELVES:

Each shelf shall be made of solid heavy duty 18 gauge ma-

terial with all four corners uniformly coped to exact contour

to receive internal corner castings in crevice-free alignment.
The perimeter of each shelf shall have a die-formed raised
marine edge, (3mm) high on a (7mm) radius. The lower
edge of the shelf perimeter shall be hemmed and pressed

tight along the shelf length. Shelves shall be shipped with
set screws for each corner to allow shelves to be installed

or adjusted at any desired spacing. Shelf corner castings
have a hole to take 1” O.D. shelf posts. Shelves shall be

available as required in any combination of the following
widths and lengths as designed or as shown on plans.

NOTE: The Following sizes shall be constructed with a
reinforcing bar in the length dimensions for extra security
against sagging under exceptionally heavy loads:

The manufacturer reserves the right to modify materials and specications without notice.

POSTS:

Shall be provided with press t plastic caps at both top and
swivel casters for the base. Posts shall be marked at 2” in-

tervals to assist alignment of shelves during assembly.

Special length posts are available upon request.

In installations where multiple corner sections are required,

removable and adjustable clips shall be provided (optional
at extra cost) to rigidly support adjacent shelves (eliminat­ing the need for corner posts). In multiple sections, one sec-

tion only shall require four posts and all adjacent sections

two posts with two supporting clips per shelf. Shelves shall
be delivered knocked down and packed in protective card­board containers marked with the size and material of the

contents.
