DESCRIPTION:

SHELVES:

Shall consist of two upper shelves, three lower shelves,
and two complete sets of rear, counter top, and front posts

(or any desired variation). Each shelf shall be made of 18
gauge material with all four corners uniformly coped to ex­act contour to receive internal corner castings in crevice­free alignment. The perimeter of each shelf shall have a

die-formed raised marine edge, (3mm) high on a (7mm)
radius. The lower edge of the shelf perimeter shall be

hemmed and pressed tight along the shelf length. Shelves

shall be shipped with set screws for each corner to allow

shelves to be installed or adjusted at any desired spac­ing. Shelf corner castings have a hole to take 1” O.D. shelf
posts. Shelves shall be available as required in any combi-

nation of the following widths and lengths as designed or as
shown on plans. .

NOTE: The Following sizes shall be constructed with a
reinforcing bar in the length dimensions for extra security
against sagging under exceptionally heavy loads:

POSTS:

Shall be provided with press t plastic caps at both top and
swivel casters for the base. Posts shall be marked at 2” in-

tervals to assist alignment of shelves during assembly.

NOTE: Special length post are available upon request. In
multiple standard sections, one section only shall require
six posts and all adjacent sections three posts with two
supporting clamps per shelf. Shelves shall be delivered
knocked down and packed in protective cardboard contain­ers marked with the size and material of the contents.
