DESCRIPTION:

Shall be a Market Forge M-10, 10 gallon (38 liter)
stainless steel stationary steam jacketed kettle
mounted on a cabinet base. Hot and cold water fill
faucet and steam control valve shall be mounted on
a stainless steel counter-top. Kettle shall be
equipped with a 1 1/2" (38mm) sanitary draw-off
valve, which shall be enclosed for sanitary purposes.
Swing drain for draw-off shall be removable strainer.
Kettle shall be equipped with a stainless steel one­piece hinged cover and a removable strainer. ASME
code constructed.

Modular cabinet base equipped with 6" (152mm)
stainless steel legs, reinforced die-formed stainless
steel marine edged counter-top and hinged doors
with magnetic latches.

Hot Water - 1/2" (13mm) OD tubing for hot water
kettle fill faucet.

Cold Water - 1/2" (13mm) OD tubing for hot water
kettle fill faucet.

Drain - Pipe full 2" (51mm) IPS to flush floor drain.

DO NOT MAKE SOLID CONNECTION TO FLOOR
DRAIN.

Condensate Return - 1/2" (13mm) IPS connection
for condensate return from kettle when specified.

Pressure reducing valve is required if incoming pressure
exceeds 30 PSI (2.1kg/cm

Pressure relief valve must be installed in incoming steam
line if not connected to gas or electric steam generator.
Supplied on request at no extra cost.

PVC & CPVC pipe are not acceptable materials for drains.
