HEAVY DUTY COUNTER SECTIONS

DESCRIPTION:

Shall be Market Forge Mark III Heavy Duty Counter Section

SHELVES:

Shall consist of two upper shelves, three lower shelves, and
two complete sets of rear, counter top, and front posts (or

any desired variation). Each shelf shall be made of heavy

duty 16 gauge material with all four corners uniformly coped

to exact contour to receive internal corner castings in crev­ice-free alignment. The perimeter of each shelf shall have

a die-formed raised marine edge, (3mm) high on a (7mm)
radius. The lower edge of the shelf perimeter shall be

hemmed and pressed tight along the shelf length. Shelves

shall be shipped with set screws for each corner to allow

shelves to be installed or adjusted at any desired spacing.
Shelf corner castings have a hole to take 1-1/4” O.D. shelf
posts. Shelves shall be available as required in any combi-

nation of the following widths and lengths as designed or as
shown on plans. .

POSTS:

Shall be equipped with press t plastic caps at both top and

base. Posts shall be marked at 2” intervals to assist align­ment of shelves during assembly.

In multiple standard sections, one section only shall re­quire six posts and all adjacent sections three posts with
two supporting clamps per shelf. Shelves shall be delivered
knocked down and packed in protective card- board con­tainers marked with the size and material of the contents.
