Thank you for deciding on MARKER ski bindings. MARKER bindings represent our continuing commitment to introduce bet­ter technology and performance for all skiers. For MARKER, mak­ing a good binding is not enough. We believe that skiers who use our bindings should be able to perform better and have a more enjoyable experience, regardless of snow or terrain conditions. For your own safety we ask you to read and respect the following warnings and instructions very carefully.
WARNINGS
• Skiers should understand that there are inherent and other risks in the sport of skiing. You should, therefore, adapt your skiing and choice of slopes according to your respective abil­ity.
• As the non-skilled installation or adjustment of ski bindings in crease the risk of possible injuries, we seriously recommend that you have an authorized dealer handle installation and ad­justment.
• In order to assure the required function of the ski binding, we recommend that you do not alter the release values adjusted by the authorized MARKER dealer.
• Keep your bindings clean. Dirt, improper storage, or long pe riods of non-use can adversely influence the performance of your bindings.
• Boots that do not meet current standards or which have worn out soles are likely to influence the release capacity of your binding.
• You should, therefore, have your equipment checked by an authorized MARKER dealer at least once per year and any time you experience or suspect problems.
• In order to not lose the ski after a release in deep snow, we recommend the use of a powder cord.
• As ski bindings are exposed to dirt and salt when transported on the roof of a car—conditions which could result in a mal­function of the binding--we recommend the use of a binding cover when travelling.
• Any improper use of the binding, such as on a monoski, or alterations of any kind concerning parts of the binding or the ski brake increase the risk of the binding either not releasing or releasing incorrectly.
• The application of additional accessories or cants can affect proper function of the binding and/or ski brake. Therefore, these modifications should only be undertaken by an authorized MARKER dealer.

Any binding purchased by mail order or over the internet must be taken to an authorized MARKER dealer for mounting, adjustment, testing and evaluation based on the user‘s personal data. MARKER will not accept any responsibility or liability for any adjust­ments made by the end user or anyone that has not been trained and certified as a Certified Marker Binding Technician by Marker.
USER INSTRUCTIONS
Adjustments
Because adjustments depend not only on the type of binding, but also on the boot and the type of skier, they should exclusively be made by an authorized dealer. The dealer is also able to me­chanically check the functions. On the release force visual indica­tor (2) on the toe and on the heel you can see the release values (Z) the dealer has adjusted. Releases values exceeding Z 10 are not recommended by MARKER or by any standards and are at your own risk.
Step-in (also after release): Check to make sure that the boot sole is clear of snow, ice and dirt. If the heel cup is closed, open the heel by pressing down on the opening lever (5) with ski pole,
­ski, boot, or hand. Place the toe of the boot into the toe cups and step down into the heel cup.
Step-out (also after falls): Press down on the opening lever (5) with ski pole, ski, boot, or hand and lift the heel of the boot at the same time.

Piston Control Adjustment
Piston Control bindings have an engagement lever (6) posi­tioned in front of the toe. You can set this lever in two different positions (ON/OFF) according to the following recommendations. The engagement lever of both ski bindings should be in the same position when skiing. Piston ON: packed, groomed runs, hard snow and ice Piston OFF: deep powder
Position for transport: While holding the skis upward, base to base, slide one ski down onto the other ski, until the brake arms (4) lock together.

BINDING CARE AND MAINTENANCE
The MARKER warranty is based on the confidence that these instructions and warnings are respected. You should keep your boots and bindings clean and have your boot/binding system checked regularly by an authorized dealer at least once a year. Preferably at the beginning of the skiing season, this check should ensure that adjustment and function are correct. Store your skis with closed bindings in a dry room that provides moderated tem­perature. Avoid influence of great heat.
WARRANTY
MARKER`s warranty is extended to the customer through the MARKER authorized dealer. MARKER requests that warranty claims or inquires are processed by authorized dealers on be­half of their customers. In some instances, if a retail customer should contact MARKER directly, MARKER may process the claim or inquiry.

ser Entscheidung und wünschen Ihnen beim Skilaufen viel Spaß und Erholung. In Ihrem eigenen Interesse und für Ihre eigene Si­cherheit bitten wir Sie, die nachfolgenden Hinweise aufmerksam zu lesen und zu beachten.
GEFAHRENHINWEISE
• MARKER Skibindungen entsprechen den geltenden nationalen und internationalen Normen (ISO, DIN, ASTM, ÖNORM, BfU) und werden nach diesen Richtlinien von unabhängigen Prüfins­tituten (TÜV Produkt Service) geprüft.
• Dennoch kann keine Skibindung mit absoluter Sicherheit in je der nur denkbaren Situation auslösen.
• Da eine nicht fachgerechte Skibindungsmontage und –einstel lung Verletzungsrisiken zur Folge haben könnte, empfehlen wir dringend, Montage und Einstellung von einem Fachhändler vornehmen zu lassen.
• Um die beabsichtigte Skibindungsfunktion zu gewährleisten, empfehlen wir Ihnen, die vom Fachhandel vorgenommenen Einstellungen nicht zu verändern.
• Infolge von Verschmutzung, längerer oder falscher Aufbewah rung oder Nichtgebrauch kann sich das Auslöseniveau Ihrer Skibindung verändern. Der eingestellte Auslösewert sollte daher insbesondere vor der Skisaison beim Fachhändler mit einem geeigneten Messgerät überprüft werden.
• Nicht normgerechte Skistiefel oder zu stark abgenutzte Stie felsohlen können die Auslösung Ihrer Skibindung beeinträch­tigen. Lassen Sie daher Ihre Ausrüstung regelmäßig oder zusätzlich bei Bedarf vom Fachhändler kontrollieren.
• Um bei Tiefschneefahrten den ausgelösten Ski nicht zu verlie ren, empfehlen wir, zusätzlich einen geeigneten Fangriemen zu verwenden. Lassen Sie sich vom Fachhändler beraten.
• Da Skibindungen beim Transport auf dem Autodach Salz, Schmutz und anderen Verunreinigungen ausgesetzt sind, welche die sichere Funktion Ihrer Skibindung beeinträchtigen können, ist die Benutzung einer Skibindungshülle zu empfehlen.
• Jede unzweckmäßige Benutzung der Skibindung, wie z.B. Ver wendung auf Monoski, Veränderungen an den Bauteilen der Skibindung und der Skibremse erhöhen das Risiko einer Nicht­oder Fehlauslösung.
• Das Anbringen von Zubehör und/oder Zwischenelementen kann die Funktion der Skibindung und Skibremse in Frage stel­len. Daher darf dies nur von einem kompetenten Fachhändler durchgeführt werden.
• Bitte Bedienungsanleitung aufbewahren
• Bitte nicht unter Einfluss von Alkohol und Drogen skifahren
Sollten Sie diese Skibindung über das Internet erworben haben, muss die Skibindung von einem von MARKER autorisierten Fachhändler auf ihre persönlichen Daten und ihren Skifahrertyp eingestellt und geprüft werden. Für jegliche Selbsteinstellung übernimmt MARKER keinerlei Haftung.
BEDIENUNG
Einstellungen
Da Einstellungen nicht nur vom Bindungsmodell, sondern im wesentlichen auch vom Skischuh und Skifahrertyp abhängen, können diese nur vom Fachhändler vorgenommen werden, zumal diese Einstellungen mit Hilfe eines geeigneten Messgerätes kontrolliert werden sollten. Auf der Anzeigeskala (2) am Vorder­backen und am Fersenteil können Sie die vom Fachhändler
­eingestellten Skalenwerte (Z-ZahI) ablesen. Einstellwerte über Z 10 entsprechen nicht der Norm und erfolgen auf eigenes Risiko!
Einsteigen (auch Wiedereinstieg nach einer Auslösung) Reinigen Sie Ihre Skischuhsohle vor dem Einsteigen in die Bindung von Schnee, Eis und Schmutz. Ist der Fersenhalter
­geschlossen, öffnen Sie ihn durch Druck auf den Öffnungshebel (5). Führen Sie die Schuhspitze in den Vorderbacken ein und schließen Sie die Fersenbindung durch Niedertreten.
Aussteigen (auch nach Sturz und in Zwangslage) Drücken Sie den Öffnungshebel (5) nach unten und heben Sie gleichzeitig die Ferse aus der Bindung.

Einstellen des Piston Control-Systems
Vor dem Vorderbacken der PC-Bindungen ist ein Verstellhebel (6) angeordnet, mit dem Sie 2 verschiedene Positionen (ON­OFF) einstellen können. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Verstellhebel
­bei beiden Bindungen in derselben Position steht! Wir empfehlen folgende Einstellungen. Position ON: Präparierter Schnee, hart gefrorener Schnee und Eis Position OFF: Tiefer Pulverschnee

Transportstellung
Während ein Ski auf dem Boden steht, führen Sie den zweiten Ski von oben nach unten an der Gleitfläche des ersten Ski ent­lang, bis die Skibremsarme (4) ineinander verrastet sind.

PFLEGE UND WARTUNG
Die von MARKER gewährte Garantie stellt voraus, dass Sie die Empfehlungen beachten und Warnhinweise befolgen. Darüber hin­aus sollten Sie Ihre Skibindung regelmäßig, jedoch mindestens vor jeder Wintersaison im Fachgeschäft auf ihre Funktionsfähigkeit und korrekte Einstellung überprüfen lassen. Lagern Sie Ihre Ski mit geschlossener Bindung in einem frostfreien und trockenem Raum. Vermeiden Sie zu starke Hitzeeinwirkung.
GEWÄHRLEISTUNG
Die MARKER-Gewährleistung erfolgt über den Fachhändler. Ein Garantiefall liegt dann vor, wenn ein Produkt oder Bestandteil desselben aufgrund von Material- oder Produktionsfehlern nicht bestimmungsgemäß funktioniert. Die endgültige Entscheidung über einen beanstandeten Produktfehler wird allein von einer von MARKER beauftragten Person getroffen. MARKER entscheidet, ob innerhalb von zwei Jahren (bei Verleih- und Demobindungen ein Jahr) ab Kaufdatum eine defekte, im Einzelhandel erworbene Bin­dung repariert, umgetauscht oder ihr Kaufpreis erstattet wird.
GEWÄHRLEISTUNGS-AUSSCHLUSS
Ausgenommen von der Gewährleistung sind Schäden, verursacht durch unsachgemäße Behandlung, nicht fachmännisch vorge­nommene Montage, Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanweisung, unkorrektes Anpassen, ungenügende Wartung und Pflege, Ski­unfälle, falscher Einsatz des Produktes oder normale Abnutzung. Alle Verschleißteile wie Grundplatte und Bedruckung sind von der Gewährleistung ausgenommen. MARKER haftet nicht für ursächliche oder Folgeschäden jedweder Art, es sei denn, dass eine derartige Haftungsbegrenzung vom zu­ständigen Gesetzgeber ausdrücklich untersagt ist. Jeder hieraus abzuleitende Garantieanspruch wird ausdrücklich zurückgewiesen, es sei denn, dass eine derartige Zurückweisung gesetzlich verbo­ten ist. In diesem Fall erstreckt sich der zuerkannte Garantiean­spruch längstens über den Zeitraum der o.g. Garantiefrist.

Nous vous remercions d`avoir choisi une fixation MARKER et nous vous souhaitons beaucoup de plaisir et de divertissement en skiant. Cependant, pour des raisons de sécurité, nous vous prions de bien vouloir lire et suivre les instructions suivantes.
AVERTISSEMENT
• Les fixations MARKER sont conformes aux normes ISO, DIN, ÖNORM, BfU, ASTM et sont approuvées par la service de produit TÜV. Il faut pourtant tenir compte du fait qu`il n`y a aucun système de fixation qui puisse offrir une garantie de déclenchement dans toutes les situations imaginables.
• Le ski, comme tous les sports, comporte le risque de blessu res. C`est pourquoi choisissez les pistes selon votre capacité.
• Afin d`éviter un risque d`accident ou de blessure nous vous recommandons de faire installer votre fixation uniquement par un marchand autorisé MARKER.
• Pour garantir le bon fonctionnement nous vous recomman dons de ne pas changer la valeur de déclenchement vous­même.
• Comme résultat d`encrassement, de fausse conservation, ou de non-utilisation, il se peut que le niveau de déclenchement de votre fixation change. C`est pourquoi il est impératif de faire contrôler et ajuster la valeur de déclenchement par un mar­chand autorisé MARKER avant l`ouverture de la saison de ski ou quant c’est nécessaire.
• Les chaussures de ski que ne correspondent pas aux normes ou dont les semelles sont trop usées peuvent empêcher le bon fonctionnement de votre fixation. Il est indispensable de faire contrôler régulièrement votre équipement par un marchand autorisé MARKER.
• Quand vous skiez dans la neige profonde, nous recomman dons d´utiliser une corde de sécurité pour ne pas perdre les skis. Veuillez, s`il vous plaît, consulter un magasin spécialisé.
• Comme vos fixations sont exposées au sel et à l`encrassement lors du transport sur le toit des voitures, nous recommandons de les protéger par une housse à ski ou bien une housse de protection de fixations MARKER.
• L`application d`accessoires ou de cants peut influencer le dé clenchement de votre fixation. C`est pourquoi veuillez confier le montage uniquement à un marchand autorisé MARKER.
• Gardez ce „manuel d’utilisation“.
• Ne pas skier après l’absorbtion de drogues ou d’alcool
Si vous avez acheté votre fixation de ski par internet, vous devez impérativement faire régler et contrôler cette fixation selon vos caractéristiques personnelles par un magasin spécialisé distribu­teur de Marker. En cas de réglages exécutés en dehors de ces conditions, Marker décline toute responsabilité.
MODE D`EMPLOI
L`ajustement
L`ajustement ne dépend pas seulement du modèle de fixation mais aussi des chaussures de ski et du type de skieur. Il faut qu`un distributeur autorisé installe la fixation et contrôle la valeur de déclenchement. Vous voyez la valeur de déclenchement à l`aide de l`indicateur visuel (2) à la butée et à la talonnière. Les valeurs
­de déclenchement supérieurs à Z10, ne correspondent pas à la norme et l`installation est à votre propre responsabilité.
Chaussage
Assurez vous que les semelles de vos chaussures soient nettoyées
­de neige, de glace ou de boue. Ouvrez la talonnière en pressant sur le levier d`ouverture (5), à l`aide du bâton de ski, du ski, du pied ou de la main. Centrez le bout de la chaussure dans les mâchoires de butée et enclenchez la chaussure verticalement en appuyant le talon sur la pédale de la cale de semelle.
Déchaussage (également après une chute) Pressez sur le levier d`ouverture (5) en vous servant du bâton de ski, du ski, de la chaussure ou de la main, et, déchaussez en soulevant le talon de la chaussure.
Réglage du systéme Piston Control
A l`avant de la fixation de trouve un levier de réglage (6) qui peut se positionier de deux facons différentes. Faites attention á ce que
­le levier soit dans la même position sur les deux fixations.
Nous conseillons comme réglage: Sur la position ON: Piste normalement, préparée, piste dure et verglacée
Sur la position OFF: Poudreuse
Position transport
Tenez les deux skis en position verticale et faîtes glisser un ski contre l`autre de haut en bas de facon que les surfaces de glisse­ment se touchent et les freins-skis (4) s`entrecroisent.

SOINS ET ENTRETIEN
Le bon fonctionnement de votre fixation ainsi que votre propre securité dépendent fortement de l`entretien de votre équipement. La garantie accordée pour les sets MARKER implique le respect des avertissements et instructions données. Nous recomman­dons donc de faire contrôler le bon fonctionnement ainsi que la valeur de déclenchement de votre fixation par un marchand auto­risé MARKER, au moins une fois par an avant l`ouverture de la saison de ski. Tenez vos fixations au sec et en position fermée pendant la saison hors ski. Surtout, évitez d`exposer vos fixations à une chaleur excessive.
GARANTIE
La garantie MARKER est remise au consommateur par le Détaillant Autorisé MARKER. La garantie est valide lorsqu`un produit ou un élément du produit ne fonctionne pas convenablement à la suite de défauts dans les matériaux utilisés ou d`un défaut de fabrication. La décision finale en ce qui a trait à toute réclamation est prise par un représentant MARKER.
MARKER s`engage à remplacer, réparer ou rembourser le prix d`achat d`une fixation défectueuse pour une période de deux ans (seulement USA 3 ans), fixations location/démo un an, suivant la date d`achat. Les dommages causés par un maniement inadéquat, la non-observation du mode d`emploi, un montage inapproprié, un réglage défectueux, un entretien insuffisant, un accident du ski, un emploi abusif du produit ou l`usure normale ne sont pas couverts par la garantie. Toutes les pièces qui sont sujet à une usure normale telles que les plaques de glissement et l`impression ne sont pas couvertes par la garantie.
MARKER n`est pas responsable des dommages causés ou domma­ges consécutifs de toutes sortes, à moins qu`une telle limitation de responsabilité ne soit interdite par la législation en vigueur. Tout droit prétendu aux prestations de garantie qui en dérive serait expressé­ment rejeté à moins qu`un tel refus ne soit interdit par la loi. Dans ce cas, le droit aux prestations de la garantie accordée s`étend sur la période de garantie mentionnée ci-dessus.

AVVERTENZA
MARKER produce attacchi conformi alle normative nazionali ed internazionali ISO, DIN, ASTM, ÖNORM, BfU e collaudati da enti indipendenti, quali il TÜV Servizio Prodotti. Non estite pero attacco che sia in grado di sganciarsi con assoluta sicurezza in ogni im­maginabile situazione.
• Come sciatori dovete tener conto dei rischi intrinsechi a que sto sport. Scegliete e valutate le piste desiderate in base alle vostre capacitá tecniche.
• Siccome un montaggio e una regolazione non corretti degli attacchi da sci potrebbe essere causa di infortuni, consigliamo di far montare e regolare gli attacchi da un rivenditore autorizzato e specializzato MARKER.
• Per garantire il buon funzionamento dell`attacco Vi consiglia mo di non alterare la regolazione effettuata dal rivenditore specializzato.
• Valori di sganciamento impostati possono essere alterati dal non uso, dallo sporco o da prolungati depòsiti. Consigliamo di far controllare il corretto valore di sganciamento da un rivendi­tore specializzato con una màcchina elettrònica.
• Scarpe da sci non conformi alle normative nonché suole spor che o deteriorate possono compromettere lo sganciamento degli attacchi. Fate controllare perció i Vostri attacchi periodi­camente da un rivenditore specializzato.
• Per non perdere lo sci durante la discesa in neve fresca, con sigliamo di attrezzare gli attacchi con dei lacci apposta.
• Durante il trasporto sul portasci della Vostra màcchina, gli attacchi sono esposti a sporco, sale stradale e altro. Per ga­rantire il buon funzionamento, dovreste proteggere gli attacchi con una sacca copriattacchi o portasci.
• Ogni uso improprio degli attacchi, quale il montaggio su mo nosci, la manipolazione dei componenti dell`attacco e dello skistopper aumenta il rischio di uno sganciamento errato o pericoloso.
• L`istallazione e il montaggio di ulteriori componenti possono influire sulla funzione dell`attacco. Fate eseguire pertanto tale montaggio soltano da un rivenditore specializzato.
• Raccomandiamo di conservare le instruzion d’uso
• Non sciate sotto l’influsso di alcol o droghe
Qualora abbiate acquistato gli attacchi tramite internet, gli at­tacchi in questione vanno tarati da un rivenditore specializzato e autorizzato da Marker in base alle vostre caratteristiche fisiche e tipo di sciatore. Marker non si aasume alcuna responsabilitá per le tarature fatte da persone non autorizzate.
USO DEGLI ATTACCHI MARKER
Regolazione
La regolazione degli attacchi non dipende soltanto dal modello ma prevalentemente dallo scarpone e dalle caratteristiche dello scia­tore. So consiglia pertanto di far regolare gli attacchi esclusiva­mente dal rivenditore specializzato MARKER con l`ausilio di una màcchina per la taratura elettrònica. La scala della forza di sgan­ciamento sul puntale (2) e sulla talloniera indica i valori regolati
­(valori Z). Valori superiori a Z10 non corrispondono alla norma e vanno effettuati a proprio rischio.
Agganciamento
Prima di agganciare l`attacco, ripulite lo scarpone da residui di neve, ghiaccio o sporco. Aprite l`attacco facendo pressione (con il bastoncino, lo sci o la mano) sulla leva di apertura (5), inserite la
­punta dello scarpone nel puntale e chiudete la talloniera premendo sul tallone.
Fuoruscita (anche dopo una caduta) Fate pressione sulla leva di apertura (5) con il bastoncino, lo sci, lo scarpone o la mano.

Davanti al puntale degli attacchi Piston Control, e posizionata una levetta di regolazione (6), con quale potete regolare 2 posizione (I-II), la levetta degli 2 attacchi, devono essere su la stessa posizio-

posizione ON: Piste normale, neve battuta, neve dura e polverosa posizione OFF: Neve fresca e polverosa

Tenendo gli sci verticali, fate scorrere una soletta contro l`altra,
­dall`alto verso il basso, finché i bracci dei freni (4) si incastrano tra loro.

MANUTENZIONE
GARANZIA
Il cliente ottiene la garanzìa MARKER attraverso il rivenditore au­torizzato. MARKER richiede di inoltrare le richieste di sostituzione attraverso i propri rivenditori autorizzati. Per prodotto difettoso si intende un attacco, componente o par te di esso che, a causa di un difetto di materiale o della lavorazione non garantisce piú il corretto funzionamento per l`uso previsto. Le decisioni finali in mèrito a qualsìasi difetto rivendicato spetteranno esclusivamente ad un tècnico della MARKER.
MARKER provederà a sua sola discrezione alla riparazione o alla sostituzione di un attacco difettoso. I periodi màssimi di sostituzio­ne dalla data di acquisto sono di due anni per gli attacchi destinati alla vèndita e di un anno per quelli da noleggio e demo. I danni provocati dalla manipolazione impropria, da una mancata osser­vazione delle istruzioni d`uso, da un insufficiente manutenzione, da incidente, da un abuso del prodotto o da normale usura, come le piastra d`appoggio e la serigrafia sono esenti da garanzìa.
MARKER non sará responsàbile per danni accidentali o conse­quenziali di qualsìasi natura a meno che tale limitazione non sia espressamente proibita per legge. Tutte le garanzie lacite vengo­no espressamente disconosciute a meno che tale rinuncia non sia proibita per legge. In questo caso, la validitá della garanzìa si estenderá per tutto il perìodo dei termini di garanzìa sopracitati.

ADVERTENCIA
Las fijaciones de MARKER son unos de los sistemas de fijaciones más eficientes que existen. Se ajustan a las normas internaciona­les y nacionales ISO, DIN, ÖNORM, BfU, ASTM y son controladas por el Servicio de Productos TÜV. El esquiador debe tener presente que ninguna fijación es capaz de desenganchar con certeza absoluta en cada situación ima­ginable.
• El esquiador debe ser consciente de los riesgos que conlleva el esquí y por eso debe seleccionar la pista según su capacidad.
• La instalación o regulación incompetente lleva el riesgo de lesión o accidente con lo cual, le recomendamos urgentemente,de dejar la instalación y la regulación del valor de desenganche a un técnico instruido por MARKER.
• Para garantizar la función deseada de sus fijaciones, le re comendamos de no cambiar las regulaciones, las cuales el negociante especializado ha instalado.
• Como consecuencia de ensuciamiento o inadecuada conser vación de la fijación o durante demasiado tiempo inutilizada es posible que se cambie el nivel de desenganche. Por eso es necesario que el valor de desenganche instalado sea controla­do mecanicamente por un aparato conveniente antes de cada temporada de esquí.
• Botas de esquiar que no corresponden a las normas o suelas demasiado usadas pueden influir en el valor de desenganche. Por eso su equipo debe ser controlado con regularidad por un aparato conveniente. Consulte su proveedor.
• Para no perder el esquí en nieve profunda, le recomendamos de usar una cinta de captura.
• Como durante el transporte encima del coche, las fijaciones son expuestas a sal y otros ensuciamientos, le aconsejamos guardar las fijaciones en fundas especiales de esquí cuando esté viajando.
• Cada empleo inadecuado como p.e. en el monoski, cualquiera modificación de la fijación o parte de ella, aumenta el riesgo de una mala función de la fijación.
• Es posible que la instalación de elementos suplementarios o intermedios como cantos, estorben el funcionamiento de la fijación. Por eso un proveedor especializado debe hacerlo.
• Por favor, guarde las instrucciones de uso.
• Por favor, no esquiar después de consumir drogas o alcohol.
Cualquier fijación adquirida por correo o Internet debe ser facilita­da a un distribuidor autorizado de Marker para su montaje, ajus­te, comprobación y evaluación basada en los datos personales del usuario. Marker no aceptará responsabilidad alguna por ajustes realizados por el usuario final o por cualquier persona que no haya sido instruida o certificada por Marker como Tecnico Certificado de Fijaciones Marker.
USO
Regulación
Como la regulación de la fijación no sólo depende del modelo de la fijación, sino también de la bota de esquiar y del tipo de esquiador, solamente un negociante especializado debe hacerlo. Y también porque él tiene un aparato electrónico conveniente para controlar las funciones. En el indicador visual para la fuerza de desenganche (2) de la puntera y de la talonera se puede ver el valor de desen­ganche el (valor Z) el cual el negociante especializado ha instalado. Valores sobre Z10 no corresponden a las normas y la utilización de ellos es responsabilidad propia.
Para calzar, también después de un desenganche

Compruebe que la bota esté limpia de hielo y suciedad. Abra Ud. La talonera presionando la palanca de abertura (5) ya sea con el bastón, la mano o la bota. Ponga la bota dentro de las aletas de

la fijación y presione hasta calzar.
Para descalzar, también en situaciones incómodas: Usando la mano, el bastón o la bota presione Ud. hacia abajo la palanca de abertura (5) y saque al mismo tiempo la bota.
Ajuste de la Piston Control
Las fijaciones Piston control tienen una palanca de ajuste (6) si­tuada en el frente de la puntera. Puede situar esta palanca en posiciones diferentes (ON/OFF) de acuerdo a las siguientes reco­mendaciones. La palanca de ajuste de las 2 fijaciones debería estar en la misma posición mientras se esquíe.
Piston ON: en pista, nieve dura y hielo Piston OFF: nieve-polvo
Posición para el transporte:
Coja el esquí derecho y calzelo con el izquierdo por la suela hasta que las brazos de freno (4) queden bien sujetos.

MANTENIMIENTO DE LAS FIJACIONES MARKER
Para el buen funcionamiento de las fijaciones, su mantenimiento y el buen cuidado, es esencial al menos una vez al año que sus fijaciones sean revisadas por un técnico instruido por MARKER. Ese técnico también tiene que controlar si la fijación funciona y abre bien. Cuando viaje, guarde Ud. sus esquís con las fijaciones cerradas en un lugar fresco y seco.
GARANTIA
La garantía se realiza por el distribuidor de MARKER. Un caso de garantía se da cuando un producto o una parte integrante de un producto no funciona correctamente debido a un defecto de ma­terial o de fabricación. La decisión final sobre el reconocimiento de derechos de garantía le incumbe a una persona encargada de MARKER.
MARKER concede al usuario una garantía de dos años (para fijaciones de alquilar y demo un año) a par tir de la fecha de ad­quisición para fijaciones de esquí y accesorios de fijaciones de MARKER. MARKER decide sobre la manera de prestar garantía. La garantía queda sin efectos por daños provocados por manejo o uso inapropiado, inobservancia de la instrucciones de manejo, montaje por personas no autorizadas, ajuste incorrecto, cuidado y mantenimiento insuficiente, accidentes de esquí y empleo de fuerza o desgaste natural. Asimismo quedan excluídos de la ga­rantía todas las piezas de desgaste asi como el estado exterior del producto.
MARKER no responde de cualquier tipo de daños causales o con­siguientes, a no ser que tal limitación de la responsabilidad este explicitamente prohibida en la legislación competente. Rechaza­mos expresamente todo derecho de garantía que se derive de ello, a no ser que tal rechazamiento no esté permitido legalmente. En este caso el derecho de garantía concedido se extiende como máximo al período del plazo de garantía arriba citado.
