The 2 in 1 trainer is not a toy and therefore parents and guardians should be aware of the natural tendency for children to play, leading to situations and behaviour for which the 2 in 1 trainer is not intended.
5. If children are allowed to use the 2 in 1 trainer their physical/mental development and above all, temperament should be taken into account. Constant supervision is therefore needed.
6. Position the 2 in 1 trainer on a clear levelled surface which is clear of all obstacles as not to restrict movement whilst exercising. DO NOT use the 2 in 1 trainer near water or outdoors.
7. Exercise equipment has moving parts. In the interest of safety, keep others, especially children, at a safe distance while exercising.
8. Never hold your br e at h while exercising. Breathing sho ul d remain at a normal rate in c onjunction with the level of exercise being performed.
9. Rest adequately between workouts. Muscle tone develops during these rest periods. Beginners should work out twice a week and increase gradually to 4 to 5 times per week.
10. Remove all jewellery, including rings, chains and pins before commencing exercise.
11. Always wear suitable clothing and footwear during exercise. Do not wear loose fitting clothing that could become entangled with the moving parts of your exercise machine.
IMPORTANT!!! THE MAXIMUM RECOMMENDED WEIGHT CAPACITY FOR YOUR 2 in 1 trainer IS 120KGS.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
STEP 1
Attach the front stabilizer (63) to the front of the main frame (67) and secure with two carriage bolts (57), two curved washers (8), and two acorn nuts (60). Attach the r ear s ta bil izer (58) t o t he r ear of th e main frame (67) securing wi th tw o carr iag e bolts (57), two curved washers (8) and two acorn nuts (60).

STEP 2
Connect the upper sensor wire (12) from the front post (22) to the lower sensor wire (27). Ensure the Te nsion Control Knob is set to number 1. Connect the upper tension cable (15) to the lower tension cable (26). Please see the next page for a detailed description of this part of the assembly. Insert the front post (22) into the main frame (67). Secure using two allen head bolts (28), allen head bolts long (29) two nuts (23) and four curved washers (8). Do not fully tighten the bolts at this stage.
