unattended in the same room with the Rower. The Rower is not a toy and therefore
parents and guardians should be aware of the natural tendency for children to play,
leading to situations and behaviour for which the Rower is not intended.
5. If children are allowed to use the Rower their physical/mental development and above all,
temperament s hould be taken into acc ount . Constant superv i s ion is t herefore needed.
6. Position th e Rower on a clear levelled surface w hich is clear of all o bstacles as not to
restrict mov em ent whilst exercis ing. DO NOT use the Rower near water or outdoors .
7. Exercise equipment has moving par ts. In the inter est of safet y, keep other s, especiall y
children, at a s afe distance while ex ercising.
8. Never hold your breath while exercising. Breathing should remain at a normal rate in
conjunctio n with the level of exercise being perform ed.
9. Rest adequately between workouts. Muscle tone develops during these rest periods.
Beginners should work out twice a week and increase gradually to 4 to 5 times per week.
10. Remove all j ewellery, including rings, chains and pins before commencing exercise.
11. Always wear suita ble clothing and f ootwear during exercis e. Do not wear loose fitt ing
clothing that c ould become entangl ed with the moving parts of y our ex er cise machine.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Step 1
Attach the f ront stabili zer (3) to t he front of the main frame (1). Secure using two c arriage
bolts (2), two c ur ved washers (6) and two acor n nuts (7).
Attach the pedal support tube (17) to back of the main frame (1). Secure using two carriage
bolts (19), two flat washers (25) and two acorn nuts (34).
Step 2
P ull out t he lock pin (5 5) fr om the ma in fram e. Inser t the slid e rail ( 26) onto the U ty pe
connect tube ( 58) . Secure using six allen bolts (24) and six washers (25).
S lide the seat (11) onto the slide rail (26).
Attach the end c ollars (22) to t he front and back of the slide rail (26). S ecure using t he
allen bolts ( 23) . Attach the end caps ( 5L & 5R) onto the back of the slide rai l ( 26) .
