IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING
1.
This Bike is intended for class H (H=Domestic) use only. It is not designed for commercial use.
2.
This machine has been tested to EN 957.
3.
Read the OWNER’S OPERATION MANUAL and all accompanying literature and follow it
carefully befor e using your Recumbent Bike.
4.
Keep children and pets away from the Recumbent Bike at all times. Do not leave children
unattended in t he sa me ro om with t he Bik e. T he Bik e is not a t oy and t heref or e par ents and guardians s hould be aware of the natural tende ncy for children t o play, leadi ng to situations and behaviour for whic h t he Bike is not intended.

If children are a llowe d to use t he Bik e their ph ysical/ mental develop ment an d above al l,
temperament s hould be taken into account. Constant s uper vision is theref ore needed.
6.
Position the Bike on a clear levelled surface which is clear of all obstacles as not to
restrict movement whilst exercis ing. DO NOT use the B ik e near water or outdoors.
7.
Exercise equip ment has moving parts. In the interest of safety, keep other s, especially
children, at a safe distance while exercising.
8.
Never hold your breath while exercising. Breathing should remain at a normal rate in
conjunction with the level of exercise being performed.
9.
Rest adequately between workouts. Muscle tone develops during these rest periods.
Beginners should work out twice a week and increase gradually to 4 to 5 times per week.
10.
Remove all jewe ll ery, including ri ngs , chains and pins before commencing exercise.
11.
Always wear suit able clothing and fo otwear during exercise. Do not wear loose fittin g clothing that c ould become entangled with the moving par ts of your exercis e machine.

ASSEMBLY INST RUCTION
Attach the fr ont stabili zer (14) to the main frame (1), securi ng w ith two carri age bolts (13), two curved wash ers (66) and two domed nuts (19).

STEP 2
Connect mi ddle extension pulse wire (63) with rear extensi on pulse wire (64). Attach sliding f rame (26) to main frame (1), and tight en with six allen screws (8) and flat washers (27). Att ach the leveling pad (20) to the bottom of main frame (1). Attach rear stabilizer (30) to the sliding frame (26) and tighten with two carriage bolts (13), curved washers (66) and domed nuts (19). Tip: Avoid pinching the Ext ension Wires

STEP 3
Connect the upper extension sensor wire (10) to the lower sensor wire (12). Connect the front extension hand pulse wire (60) to the middle extension hand pulse wire (63) . Connect the tension control cable (7) to the extension tensi on cable (11). Attach front post (4) to the main frame (1). Secure using four curved washers (9) and four allen screws (8).
Tip: Avoid pinching the Extension Wires and hand p ulse wires
