THIS OWNER’S MANUAL CONTAINS ASSEMBLY, OPERATION, MAINTENANCE AND
SAFETY INFORMATION. IN THE INTEREST OF SAFETY, PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN THAT
YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW.
1.This Bike is intended for class H (H=Domestic) use only. It is not desi gned for commercial use.
2.This machin e has been tested to E N 957.
3.Read the OWNER’S OPERATION MANUAL and all accompanying liter ature and follow it carefully before us ing your Bike.
4.Keep children and pets awa y fr om the Bike at all tim es . Do not leave children unattended i n t he s ame room with the B ike. The Bike is not a t oy and therefore par ents and guardians s hould be aware of the natural tendency for children to pl ay, leading to situ ations and behav ior for which the Bike is not intended.
5.If children are allowed to use t he B ike their physic al/mental development and above all, temperament should be taken into acc ount. Constant s uper vision is therefore n eeded.
6.Position the Bike on a clear levelled surface which is clear of all obstacles as not to restric t movement whilst exercising. DO NOT use the Bike near wat er or outdoors.
7.Exercise e quipment has moving parts. In the interest of safet y, keep others, especially c hildren, at a safe distance while ex er c ising.
8.Never hold yo ur br eath while exercising. Breathing s hould remain at a normal rate in conjunct ion with the lev el of ex er c is e being perfor me d.
9.Rest adequat ely between workouts. Muscle tone develops during these rest periods. Beginners should work out twice a week and increase grad ually to 4 to 5 times per week.
10.Remove al l jewelry, including rings, chains and pins before commencing exercise.
11. Always wear s uitable clothing and footwear dur ing exercise. Do not wear loose fittin g c lothing that coul d become entangled with the moving parts of your exercise m ac hine.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
STEP 1
A). Remove the plas tic protection c aps from end of Rear Support (#2), re mo ve protection cap on top of Front Post ( #3) . B.) Pull out the Front P os t Loc k Pin (#29). Loosen the Lock Knob ( #24) on Front P os t (#3);
pull Front Post forward and fast en the Lock Knob (#24). Insert back Front Post Loc k Pin (#29).
C.) Pull and ext end the Rear Support (#2). Insert the Rear Support Lock Pin (#27) into th e
upper hole t o f i r ml y l oc k Rear Support in posi t i on.
