IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING
1.
This Trainer is intended for class H (H=Domestic) use only. It is not designed for
commercial use.
2.
This machine has been tested to EN 957.
3.
Read the OWNER’S OPERATION MANUAL and all accompanying literature and follow it
carefully befor e using your Elliptical CrossTrainer.
4.
Keep children and pets away from the Trainer at all times. Do not leave children
unattended in the sa me room with the Trainer. T he Trainer is not a toy and therefore parents and guardians should be aware of the natural tendency for children to play, leading to sit uations and behav iour for which the Trainer is not intended.
5.
If children ar e allowed to use the T rainer their ph ysical/mental development and above
all, temperament should be taken into account. Constant supervision is therefore needed.
6.
Position the T rainer on a cle ar levelled s urface which is clear of all obst acles as not t o
restrict mov em ent whilst exercising. DO NOT use the Trainer near water or outdoors.
7.
Exercise equip ment has moving parts. In the interest of safety, keep other s, especially
children, at a safe distance while exercising.
8.
Never hold your breath while exercising. Breathing should remain at a normal rate in
conjunction with the level of exerc ise being performed.
9.
Rest adequately between workouts. Muscle tone develops during these rest periods.
Beginners should work out twice a week and increase gradually to 4 to 5 times per week.
10.
Remove all jewe ll ery, including rings, chains and pins before co m mencing exercise.
11.
Always wear suit able clothing and fo otwear during exercise. Do not wear loose fittin g clothing that c ould become enta ngled with the moving parts of your exer cise machine.
IMPORTANT!! ! THE MAXIMUM RECOMMENDED WEIGHT CAPACITY FOR YOUR TRAINER IS 110KGS.

ASSEMBLY INST RUCTION
STEP 1
Attach rear st abilizer (3) to main f r ame (1), tighten with two curved washers (4), domed nuts (5) and carriag e bolts (2). Then attach the front s tabilizer (6) to the mai n frame (1), tighten with two carria ge bolts (2) ,curved washers (4) and domed nuts (5).

STEP 2
Connect the ext ens ion lower sensor wire (49) with the mi ddle sensor wire (55). Turn the tension control knob w/cable (51) to level 8, connect it to extension tension cable (50). Insert the front pos t (9) into the main frame (1) and secure using four alle n bolts (47) and four curve washers (54).
