This exercis e machine is built for optimum safety. However, c er tain
precautions apply whenever you operate a piece of exercise equipment. B e
sure to read the entire manual before you assemble or operate your machine.
In particular, note the follo w ing safety precautions:
1. Keep children an d pets away from the machine at all times. DO NOT leave
children unat tended in the sam e r oom with the machine.
2. Only one person at a t ime should use t he m ac hine.

4. Position the mac hine on a clear, leveled surfac e. DO NOT use the
machine near water or outdoors .
5. Keep hands and feet away from al l moving parts.
6. Always wear appr opriate work out c lothing when exercising. DO NOT wear
robes or other c lothing that could become ca ught in the machi ne. Running
or aerobic sho es ar e also required w hen using the machine.
7. Use the machine only for its intended use as described in this manual. DO
NOT use attac hm ents not recomme nded by the manufacturer.
8. Do not place any shar p object around the machine.
9. Disabled person should not use the machine without a qualified person or
physician in att endance.
10. Before usi ng t he machine to ex er cise, always do stretching exercises t o
properly war m up.
11. Never operat e the machine if the machine is not functioning pr operly.
12. A spotter is r ec ommended durin g ex er c is e.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1. Inspect and ti ght en all parts before using the machine.
2. The machine c an be cleaned using a damp cloth and mild non-abras ive detergent.

3. Maximum weight on Crutch: 135 kgs.
4. Maximum user weight: 135 kgs.
5. Maximum weight on Leg Developer: 45 kgs.

ASSEMBLY INS T RUCTION
Tools Required for Assembling this Machine: Two Adjustable Wrenches and Allen
Wrenches. NO TE: It is strongly recommended that two or more p eople assemble this
machine to avoid possible injury.
STEP 1 (See Diagram 1)
A.) Do not tighten Nuts and Bolts until instructed to do so.
B.) Connect the two Upright B eams (#1) by a Cross Brace (#3) in the M id-s pan. Secure
each end of the Cros s Br ac e with two M10 x 3 1/ 8” Car r iage Bolts ( #25) , one Brack et
(#10), two ∅ ¾ ” Was her s ( #35) , and two M10 Aircraf t Nuts (#32).
C.) Insert two Crutches ( #2) into the two Upright Beams. Sec ur e each Crutch w ith a Lock
Knob (#12) at selec ted height.

STEP 2 (See Diagram 2)
A.) Attach the Main S eat Support (#4) to the Front Pos t (#5). Secure it with three M10 x
5/8” Allen Bolt s ( #40) and three Ø ¾” Washers (#35).
B.) Attach the Main S eat Support to the Cross Brac e ( #3) . Secure it wit h two M10 x 2
5/8” Carriage Bolts (#26), one B r ac ket (#10), t wo Ø ¾” Washers (#35) , and two
M10 Aircraft Nuts (#32).
C.) Attach the Diagonal Supp ort (#6) to the Main S eat Support an d Front Post. S ec ur e
each end with one M8 x ¾” Allen Bolt ( #28) and one Ø 5/8” Washers (#37).
D.) Securely tighten all Nuts and Bolts installed in Step-1 and Step-2.

STEP 3 (See Diagram 3)
A.) Attach the Leg Developer (#7) to the open brack et on the Front Post (#5). Sec ur e it
with one M8 x 3” Allen B olt (#30), two Ø 5/8” Washers ( #37) , and one M8 Air c r af t
Nut (#33).
B.) Attach the pivot on Backr es t Support (#8) to the open bracket on Main Seat Suppor t
(#4). Secure it with one M12 x 3 ½” Allen Bolt (#39), two Ø 1” Washer s ( #36), and
one M12 Aircraf t Nut (#34).
C.) Attach the pivot on Incli ne Support (#9) to the open bracket on B ac krest Support.
Secure it with o ne M10 x 2 3/8” Allen B olt (#31), two Ø ¾” Washers (#35) , and one
M10 Aircraft Nut (#32). Attach the other end of Incline Sup por t onto the selected
slot on Main Seat S upport to obtain t he desired Backrest inclin e.
D.) Note: Do not over tighten the Nut and Bolt to the pivot. The Backrest Support
and Incline Support need to be able to move smoothly.

STEP 4 (See Diagram 4)
A.) Attach the Bac krest Board (#14) to the Backrest Support ( #8) . Secure it with t wo M8 x
1 ¾” Allen Bolts (#29) and two Ø 5/ 8” Washers (#37).
B.) Attach the Seat P ad ( #13) to Main Seat Support (#4). Sec ure it with four M 6 x 1 ¼”
Hex Bolts (#27) a nd four Ø ½” W as her s ( #38) .
C.) Insert two Foam Tubes (#11) halfway t hr ough t he holes on the Le g Developer ( #7) .
Push four Foa m Ro lls ( #17) onto the Tubes from each end. P lug four Foam Roll End
Caps (#19) to each E nd.
D.) Slide an Olympic Sleev e ( #41) onto the weight pos t on Leg Develop er . Attach a
Spring Clip (#24) onto Olympic S leeve.
