[PHENOMENON]

When Tuner frequency is changed in the direct key input using CRESTRON, the outside of the frequency band
will be displayed.

[CONTENT]

Improvement of the RS232C Tuner command (part) specification in combination with CRESTRON system.

[SOLUTION]

The firmware was fixed.

1. Update the Microprocessor IC28 firmware Version to [V040831 1]
Please see to the service manual page 9 about details of “6. UPDATE FIRMWARE”.

2. Update the firmware is attached to the e-mail.

File name: SR5500_CPU_V040831_1.zip

Attention

Don't start Zip file from attached file.
Please copy on your PC and be sure to use it after defrosting.

Update of the firmware CPU program disc.
Disc Part no. 90M-SR5500CDR (SR5500_CPU_V040831_1.zip)

1. This problem apply to the following serial number.

SR5500/N1G from MZ000431000001 to MZ MZ000431000250

SR5500/U1B from MZ000434000001 to MZ MZ000434000700

2. This improvement has been done in the production service code MZ01 and after.
