7.) Attach nuts to other side of each bolt and tighten, but do not tighten completely.
8.) Adjust headboard and bed frame to desired position.
9.) Tighten all bolts securely.
Instructions
1.) Assemble your headboard and bed frame prior
to attaching them to the adapter plates.
2.) Insert long bolts into the legs of your headboard.
TIP: Keep the heads of the bolts towards the wall to
avoid scratches.
3.) Place vertical slots of mod-adapter plate over
the bolts.
4.) Attach nuts to each bolt and tighten to hold plate
in place, but do not tighten completely.
5.) Hold bed frame headboard bracket over horizontal
slots of mod-adapter plate.
6.) Insert short bolts through the slots in the bracket
and the plate.
