Driver Installation and Operation

1 Load the inclu ded driver CD. If th e CD

doesn’t a uto-run, ru n the setup file and
follow the on -screen prom pts. When the
driver installation is complete, restart the
computer.

2 Connect th e included 5VD C power

adapter to t he converter, then p lug the
adapter in to an electric al outlet.

Plug the conv erter into a USB po rt.

Connec t your periphe rals to any of the

eight RS232 po rts. The corre sponding
LEDs (Rx /Tx) will light to indic ate activity.
