• If this appliance falls into water, unplug it
immediately. Do not reach into the water.

• Never store this appliance in temperatures
exceeding 140 degree F (60 degrees C).

• Do not store this appliance in a hot or humid
room, a short circuit or electric shock may occur.

• Never place or store this appliance or any
attachments by heated surfaces or other
appliances.

• Keep the cord away from heated surfaces and do
not pull, twist, or wrap cord around the appliance.

• Never use an unauthorized source of power to
operate this appliance.

• Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol
(spray) products are being used or where oxygen
is being administered.

• This appliance should not be used by, on, or near
children or invalids.

• This appliance is for use on human hair only. Do
not use for any other purpose.

• This appliance and attachments may become very
hot while in use. Therefore, please allow this
appliance to cool before handling and with
extreme caution at all times.

• Never use this appliance while sleeping.

• While operating this appliance, never place on
any surface.

• Never use an extension cord to operate this
appliance.

• Unplug appliance immediately after use.

• Do not attempt to clean this appliance with any

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

BEFORE OPERATING YOUR APPLIANCE /

• The intended areas of use should be visually
inspected in great detail before attempting to use
this appliance.

• Always make sure the intended areas of use are
completely clean and dry before attempting to
use this appliance.

• If you have any medical problems, irritation,
rashes, signs of blood or discomfort in your
intended area of use – do not attempt to use this
appliance.

• Use of a handheld and wall mirror will help you
identify most problematic areas of hair growth.

• Heavy growth and problematic areas will need
several attempts to efficiently remove all hair.
Results will vary among different individuals.

CHARGING YOUR APPLIANCE /

• Make sure both the shaver, charging power

cord and your hands are dry before
attempting to charge this appliance.

• Always charge this appliance in a cool, dry

location.

• Never allow charging power cord to be near

water or by any possible place it could be
submerged into water.

• Never operate appliance near a water

source while charging power cord is in
contact with appliance.

• Plug charging power cord into base of

shaver for 5-6 hours before initial use.
Recharges will be completed quicker after
the initial use.

• The power light on your appliance will light

on when charging is taking place and to
green when fully charged.

• If your shavers light turns green before the

suggested initial charging time, you are free
to start using immediately.

• To preserve the life of the batteries, let them

fully deplete every six months and then fully
recharge them for a 24 hour period.

• This appliance can be used with power

cord for maximum power and in between
charges.

• To trim your facial hair in the most effective

and efficient way, shave against the natural
direction of hair growth.

• The direction of hair growth will vary for all

individuals and on different areas of the face
and neck areas. Therefore, changing angles
and directions of shaving will help you learn
and with practice, enable you to achieve
optimum results.

• Your skin may need several weeks to adjust

to an electric shaver. Once your skin
adjusts, you’ll get an extremely close and
perfect trim.

Trimming Your Hair For The 1st Time
With Your New Appliance / Ultimate Pro
Do-it-Yourself Haircut Kit

• Only use this appliance for its intended
household use as described in this manual.

• Always comb the intended hair area with a
fine comb before you start trimming.

• For the initial trim, it is recommended you
grow your hair to a considerable length and
start with one of the largest combs, then
moving to lower shorter comb size until you
achieve your desired length. Note this
length for future trims.

• Trimming should always be done slowly and
carefully, as you do not want to pull any
hairs. The longer the hairs, the more apt it is
to have pulls.

• Never shut the trimmer off while trimming
and only turn the trimmer off while being
held away from face, head or body areas.

• You can use this shaver cordless or corded if
you choose when there is little charge
remaining in the unit or you forgot to charge
after last use.

• Once you completed trimming – turn the
appliance off by pressing the ON/OFF button
to the OFF position.

Tips And Techniques For Trimming Your Hair

• You will always want to use the trimmer in a
motion against the natural direction your
hair grows. For most, this will always be an
upward motion toward the very top of your
head as the center point.

• Try holding your new trimmer in multiple
directions to achieve a nice and even
haircut. This will take some practice to learn
the best angles and directions to use.

• First, we recommend starting on the back of
the head shaving upward and with one of
the larger combs, while remembering to go
slowly and gently to avoid any pulling and
promote even trimming results.

• Second, we recommend switching to trim
your sides, again in an upward motion and
using the same size comb or a little shorter.
You will need to try some different combs to
find the perfect length for your individual
hair and style.

• Use multiple directions upward on the sides
of your head always going against the
natural direction of hair growth. Everyone’s
hair is different.

• Lastly, you are now ready to trim the front
of your head. Choose the same comb you
used for the sides of your head or shorter
based on your desired style, then use the
trimmer in a motion from the front of your
hairline to the top of your head. You should
be trimming to a point on the top of your
head similar to the same spot where you
earlier shaved to from the back of your
head.

• Now you can see your new complete haircut
and go over any spots again to even out
areas that are longer or shorter than
desired. Please note with time you will be
able to achieve a perfect haircut in minutes,
so please be patient the first few haircuts
and go slowly and gently.

Trimming Your Neckline And Sideburns

• With unit turned OFF, simply remove any
comb attached, then flip it over so you can
easily use the extra wide flat edge of the
blade against the skin for a super close
detailed trim. (See diagram below).

• When the combs are not attached, please be
sure to trim slowly and with extreme care
and caution, due that this will allow you to
avoid any irritation or scratching.

• When using the trimmer for detailing, please
note that you will now use the trimmer in a
downward motion oppoisite of how you used
it with the guards on trimming hair

• Important – please make sure the trimmer
blade is in complete contact with skin at all
times and blade is flush on skin, do not use
the edges. (See diagram below).

• For optimum results, please take your time
and repeat trimming motion if necessary
until all hair is trimmed to desired length
and pull skin taught with your hand if
necessary.

Cleaning, Maintenance and Storage

• Clean this appliance after every use.

• Be sure appliance is unplugged from its
charging power cord before attempting to
clean.

• After each use, remove adjustable length
comb and then rinse under running water.

• For even more intensive cleaning, remove
the trimmer blade by: flipping the shaver
upside down and facing away from you in one
hand, then with the hand holding the unit,
gently push the 2 little silver buttons on the
sides of the unit with 2 of your fingers. At the
same time, use your other hand and thumb to
push the blade unit away from you as indicat­ed in the diagram below until the blade pops
off. Blow, brush or rinse out under running
water any remaining hairs and replace doing
the reverse. (See diagram below).

• When not in use, always store the trimmer
with a comb affixed on the main body of the
unit. This will protect the trimmer blade and
help keep it clean.

Rechargeable Battery Removal

• When this appliance is deemed no longer
useful, the batteries must be removed from
the shaver and recycled or disposed of
properly in accordance with your state and
local requirements.

• Remove the blade on the main body of the
unit of appliance, then use a screwdriver to
remove the lower part of the unit from the
top.

• Once this is removed, you will now be able
to separate the inner frame and its compo­nents of the shaver from its outer shell with a
screwdriver by gently prying each section
apart from one another without excessive
force.

• Once the inner frame and its components
are removed, you will see both the circuit
board on top and battery compartment on the
bottom. Cut the metal tabs connecting the
circuit board to the inner frame and remove
the battery pack.

• Dispose of the circuit board and batteries in
accordance with your state and local require­ments.

CAUTION:
Do not put in fire or mutilate your batter­ies when disposing as they may burst and
release toxic materials. Do not short
circuit as it may cause burns. Dispose of
properly in accordance with you state
and local requirements.
