Das Telefon besteht aus einem Hörer mit

Anschluss / Montage

Auf der Rückseite des Telefons befinden
sich zwei mit „TCP“ gekennzeichnete

lemmen. Schließen Sie daran die zwei

Adern der Anschlussleitung zur Neben­stellenanlage an. Diese Leitung muss im
Einbaubereich zur Verfügung stehen.
Setzen Sie das Telefon in die Einbau­öffnung. Zur Befestigung des Telefons
befinden sich an den vier Ecken der Front­platte Montagelöcher für die Senkkopf­schrauben.

Pflege und Wartung

Das Telefon ist wartungsfrei. Dennoch

Anrufe entgegennehmen

Eingehende Anrufe werden über den Laut­sprecher akustisch und durch die
flackernde Tastenbeleuchtung optisch
signalisiert. Nehmen Sie den Hörer ab, um
die Verbindung zum Anrufer herzustellen.

Jemanden anrufen

Nehmen Sie den Hörer ab. Sie hören den
Wählton (Wahlbereitschaftston) des öffent­lichen Telefonnetzes bzw. der Neben­stellenanlage. Drücken Sie eine der Ziel­wahltasten oder verwenden Sie die
Zifferntasten, um die Rufnummer Ihres
Gesprächspartners automatisch- oder
manuell anzuwählen.

Rückfrage ausführen

Während eines Gesprächs können Sie die
aktuelle Verbindung trennen und halten,
um eine Rückfrage an eine dritte Person
zu richten. Drücken Sie hierzu die Rück­fragetaste; Sie hören den Wählton (Wahl­bereitschaftston). Wählen Sie dann die
Rufnummer der Person, die befragt werden
soll. Nach erfolgter Rückfrage kehren Sie

zu der gehaltenen Verbindung zurück,
indem Sie die Rückfragetaste erneut
drücken. Alternativ können Sie auch die
Teilnehmer von Rückfrage und gehaltener
Verbindung miteinander verbinden; hierzu
ist lediglich der Hörer aufzulegen. Bei der
Rückfrage handelt es sich um Zusatz­dienste Ihres Netzbetreibers oder der von
Ihnen verwendeten Nebenstellenanlage!

Hörerlautstärke temporär ändern

Während eines Gesprächs können Sie
die Hörerlautstärke für die Dauer der
Verbindung wie folgt temporär ändern.

Telefonkonfiguration ändern

Das Telefon ist mit einem programmier­baren Speicher ausgestattet, in dem Ein­stellungen wie Rufnummern, Lautstärken,
Zeiten usw. dauerhaft gespeichert werden.
Um das Telefon an verschiedene Einsatz­bedingungen anzupassen, sind diese
Einstellungen änderbar ausgeführt.

Jede einstellbare Eigenschaft der
Telefonkonfiguration ist im Abschnitt
KONFIGURATION etwa wie folgt ange­schrieben.

Mit i), gleichzeitiges Drücken der Tasten

und , wird jede Einstellaktion einge­leitet. Mittels der Tasten ii) wird die zu
ändernde Eigenschaft ausgewählt, deren
Einstellbereich durch den symbolischen
Namen iii) ausgedrückt wird. Hierzu
definiert die eingerückte Zusatzzeile v) eine

Auflistung der zulässigen Tasten. Doppel­tastendruck iv) beendet schließlich die Ein­stellaktion und bewirkt das Speichern der
geänderten Einstellung.

Ist der symbolische Name von Klammern
{ } umschlossen, sind 0, 1 oder mehrere
Betätigungen beliebiger Tasten der Auf­listung v) zulässig, andernfalls genau eine
Betätigung.
Nachstehend einige aus obiger Regel
abgeleitete Folgen von Tastenbetätigungen.

EINSTELLHINWEISE

21, Mikrofonverstärkung

Bei Einsatzorten mit lauten Um­gebungsgeräuschen kann die Qualität der
Sprachverbindung verbessert werden,
indem die Mikrofonverstärkung des Tele­fons abgesenkt wird.

70, Änderungssperre

Um Manipulationen der Telefonkonfigura­tion durch nicht autorisierte Personen zu
verhindern, ist es ratsam, die Änderungs­sperre des Telefons zu aktivieren.

Taking calls

Incoming calls are signalled acoustically
via the loudspeaker and optically by the
flickering key illumination. Take off the
receiver in order to connect with the caller.

Calling someone

Take off the receiver. You will hear the dial­ling tone (proceed-to-dial tone) of the
public telephone network or of the exten­sion. Press one of the one-touch dialling
keys in order to dial the telephone number
of the person you wish to speak to auto­matically or use the number keys to do so
manually.

Making a consultation call

During a conversation you can cut the
current connection and hold in order to
make a consultation call to a third person.
To do this, press the consultation call key;
you will hear the dialling tone (proceed-to­dial tone). Then dial the telephone number
of the person you wish to consult. Once
you have consulted this person, you can

area. Place the telephone into the installa­tion opening. For fastening the telephone
there are assembly holes for the counter­sunk screws at the four corners of the
front plate.

Servicing and maintenance

The telephone requires no maintenance.
However, in areas of use with a high

return to the connection on hold by pres­sing the consultation call key again. Alter­natively, you can also connect the consul­tation call person and the person put on
hold with one another; to do this, you just
need to hang up the receiver. The consul­tation call is an additional service of your
network operator or of the extension
system used by you!

Temporarily changing the receiver
volume

During a conversation you can temporarily
change the receiver volume for the dura­tion of the connection as follows.

Changing the telephone configuration

The telephone is fitted with a programm­able memory in which settings such as
telephone numbers, volumes, times etc.
are permanently saved. In order to adapt
the telephone to different use conditions,
these settings are alterable.

If calling in places with noisy surroundings,
the quality of the voice connection can be
improved by lowering the microphone
amplification of the telephone.

In order to prevent unauthorised persons
interfering with the telephone configura­tion, it is advised to activate the change
lock of the telephone.
