Installation & Loading Instructions - Please Read Before Beginning

Mounting Bolt

. Insert mounting bolt (50mm or 60mm) into one of
the Base’s side hex holes. See image 1.
T-Knobs (8)

. Insert mounting bolt through one side of a Jawz
adapter and loosely apply T-knob. See image 2.

. Place the carrier onto the driver’s side front load
bar with the rounded side of the Base facing out.
Swing the Jawz adapter under the cross bar as
shown. See image 3.

. Insert mounting bolt through the opposite side
hex hole and Jawz adapter. Loosely apply the
second T-knob. See image 4.
. Repeat instructions 1-4 for the remaining three
saddle assemblies so that all four are loosely
mounted on the front and rear cross bars.

. Gently place the first SUP onto the vehicle roof.
One at a time, reposition and tighten each saddle
so that the SUP is centered on the roof, and, the
sides of the SUP are fully captured and supported
by the saddles. See image 6.
. The SUP should now be evenly positioned in the
saddles and centered in the middle of the roof.
The saddles should be firmly secured to the
cross bar. See image 7.

. Place and center the second SUP onto the
Spacer Pads. See image 9.
. Place the two Spacer Pads onto the SUP. Locate
each Pad parallel with the front and rear saddles
and centered on the board. See image 8.
NOTE: If only one SUP is to be transported, skip
Instruction 8 and go directly to Instruction 10.

. Dress the buckle end of the Load Strap under the
saddle and back up and over the top SUP.
See image 10.
NOTE: This instruction is applicable for both one
or two SUPs.
. Pull the buckle end of the Load Strap so that
one continuous loop is over the top SUP. Cross
the loop for additional holding power.
