INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING: DUE TO THE TECHNICAL NATURE OF THIS PRODUCT,
AND SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT, PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION IS
RECOMMENDED.

STEP 1

Properly raise and secure vehicle on either a drive-on automo­tive lift or place front wheels on ramps which are positioned on
a level plane to prevent front suspension from being unevenly
loaded side to side.

STEP 2

Note position of anti-roll bar links in relationship to vehicle
mounting points as Qwik Links will be installed in an identical
manner onto vehicle.

STEP 3

Remove O.E. anti-roll bar links.

STEP 4

Install Qwik Link studs to vehicle mounting points and posi­tion for ease of removal and installation of hairpin cotter. Fully
tighten stud into place.

CAUTION: INSTALLATION OF THIS PRODUCT REQUIRES WORKING
UNDER THE VEHICLE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INSTALLER
TO ENSURE A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT. THE USE OF AN
AUTOMOTIVE LIFT IS RECOMMENDED. MAKE SURE THAT THE
VEHICLE IS SAFELY SUPPORTED AND ALWAYS USE JACK
STANDS. ALWAYS WEAR SAFETY GLASSES.

STEP 7

Install outer sleeve onto stud with chamber against rod end
and then install hairpin cotter to secure link in place. Tighten
rod end jam nuts.

NOTE: To preload sway bar, loosen jam nuts and adjust linkage rod
length accordingly then tighten jam nuts back into place.

NOTE: To remove end links, pull cotter pins and slide end links off
the mount studs. For best results, park vehicle on an even surface to
remove or install end links.

WARNING: Reinstallation of end links is required for safe operation on
public highways.

STEP 5

Install jam nuts on rod ends until bottoming and install one RH
thread and one LH thread rod end onto link until bottoming.

STEP 6

Adjust length by turning linkage rod while rod ends remain
stationary until proper length is achieved and link installs onto
studs.
