Assembly leg
Begin the process by assembling leg support to center crossbar with provided knob screw.
With Bass End Leg Assembly lying flat on the ground, place the Center Cross Bar in to square housing at position (A) and position (B). Align the hole, insert knob screw in and tighten with moderate pressure.
Set the Bass End Leg Assembly upright, cross bars are horizontal to ground, repeat the process on Treble End Leg Assembly.
Engage brakes before setting Leg Assembly in upright position. This will provide stability and traction. Wheels with brake should be positioned facing playing side.
Assembly rails
Using labels on rails and frame end brackets as guide, attached rails to corresponding position on the side frame. Numbering are labeled on bass end of rails and side frame. Please begin assembly rails with sequence of no.3 → no.2 → no.1 → no.4.
Attach resonators
Resonators are setup under the frame. Pick up one resonator, make sure suspension arms is at open position; attach resonator set by seating arms firmly into notches on side frame & rails.

Unroll the bars
Carefully unroll the tone bars on the flat floor, flip the bars over so that the playing side faces up (arch side faces down). Keep out the springs and sharp object away from tone bar. Prevent scratch or damages to bar surface.
Use soft wrapping to protect bars, do not scratch.
Tone bar leveling
Due to the resonator weight, the rail might sag in the middle after resonators are attached. This can be corrected by extension screw length located inside hinged center.

Connect stabilizer bracket
For better resonator stability, you can find stabilizer arms locate on the rail side. Pull up the arms, swing over resonator top and insert to corresponding rubber notch. Press down to complete the assembly.
Position tone bars
Place the Natural note bars on top of the lower rails (close to player side). Position each tone bar in between bar posts, begin from treble end, working progressively down towards bass end.
Repeat above process with accidentals (refer to C chromatic scale), placing tone bars over capped resonators only. Open resonators should have no bar.
Fasten Cord & spring
Once tone bars are in place, pull excess bar cord through bass end, bring bar cord around end posts and hook the springs together
.
The springs has a small tension after they are booked. You can adjust knot on the cord to get different tensions after springs are connected.
Instrument Height
You can elevate or lower the Instrument height by tuning the hand crank handle located on each side of instrument. Use imprinted scale guide for leveling.
To maintain balance of adjustment, atjust one end at a time, do not exceed 2 increment at a time.
