Any control is only functional as long as it is being pushed.

The bleeder screws (A) are located between the attachment screws of the
superstructure and can be accessed through a drill hole.
If the lift is equipped with runways and wheel-free jack, the WFJ must be fully
raised to make the bleeder screws accessible.
1 Raise the lift about half way up.
2 Remove the sealing plugs and open the bleeder screws (A) on both cylinders
