1.0 Introduction
1.0 Introduction
Congratulations on your purchase of the MM-R and/or MM-RC remote controls from Magnum Energy, Inc. These remotes are designed to be simple to install and use, and enable easy control and quick indication of the inverter’s (and charger’s) status.
Remotes Available
The MM-R and the MM-RC are the two remote controls available for use with the MM/MM-AE Series inverter. The appropriate remote to use depends on whether your inverter includes the battery charger feature. For the MM Series inverter that does not have the battery
charger, the MM-R is the recommended remote; for MM/MM-AE Series inverters that do have the battery charger, the MM-RC is
recommended. The MM-R and MM-RC remotes offer the following features:
MM-R - Provides three LED indicators for inverter status, and
includes a remote ON/OFF switch. The unit comes with 25’ cable. This remote is for the MM612 model (requires serial number L1201 or higher).
MM-RC - Provides six LED indicators for inverter and charger sta-
tus, and includes a remote ON/OFF switch. The unit comes with 25’ cable. This remote is for the MM1212, MM612AE, MM1512AE, and MM1524AE models.
